YOU WON'T BELIEVE... how wonderful a small change of perspective and live Jazz band can show you a new side of Prague. I'm not a big fan of Jazz, but was pleasantly surprised how the food, views and Jazz all came together to make the evening special.

A perfect idea for clients dinner that you like. I highly recommend for those wanting to see Prague for the first time or for those regulars to see the city from a new perspective.

Choose the upper-deck to maximise the views. (you can hear the band still!)

Great food and great Jazz

This ia a terrific way to spend an evening in Prague, particularly if you like jazz. Different groups take the stage every night with some regulars returning often. The food needs to be pre-ordered when you book but it was really good. We would highly recommend this.

We recently went to Prague on our honeymoon and my husband likes a bit of jazz. I’m not really that keen but it was on a boat and they sell alcohol so I thought why not!

What a lovely evening, the highlight of our trip!

The jazz band were so talented, sweet and funny and love what they do. I’d heard of most of the songs and they did 3 sets including Dixie jazz, ragtime and big band.

We even had a little dance, photos with the band and bought a CD of their music.

We didn’t book the 3 course meal that you can choose as we’d already eaten but it looked nice quality and value for money. Instead we got a cheese and meat plate and too much red wine!

The boat staff were lovely too and very efficient.

A great evening.

I had really high hopes for this and found it to be sort of a let-down. First, I would say it’s a bit difficult to find in the dark with no signage at the top of the road leading down to the boat. Second, I would say that though this seems to be sold as a romantic evening, I think it would be much more fun in a group. We had done this as a night out for my husband’s birthday and we both love jazz but actually found it a bit boring (I would definitely recommend upgrading to the window table for two people). We didn’t eat but the food looked nice enough. The mulled wine was quite delicious. The water was overpriced. The singer was just alright and most of the band seemed like they were as bored as we were. You also spend/waste quite a lot of time in the lock. I would recommend this as a group trip during the summer months; there is a great outdoor space up top where you can sit or take photos, plus there would be more to see in the twilight hours. A bit underwhelming in the cold winter darkness.

Superb Evening with excellent food, great service and really good jazz. The boat cruises along the Vltava River while attentive, efficient and friendly staff serve a pre-ordered meal and drinks. I reserved my table online and chose my meal from 3 choices. I had a little difficulty finding the departure gate (my error - I didn’t read the electronic ticket properly). Reasonably priced for the quality of the trip and the cuisine. My trip was one of the first after coronavirus pandemic restrictions had caused it to cease for a short time. It was only about a quarter full but made up in quality of guests anything it lacked in quantity, people were chatting, laughing, applauding, cheering. Fun and friendly. Highly recommended.

Cruise offers great 3 course meal for everyone and food is realy tasty. The band which is 3 gentlemen who know each other for years and years back as they are older generation but i have to admit they have great sense of humour, musical talent and interact with cruise gests in fun way. Boat is heated inside which makes it perfect for a cruise in cold season like we did in february. Cruise takes you on 3 hour night trip along the river where u can see amazing lights around the prague town and many of its beautiful buildings.

Great night in all respects, only minus being uncertainty over finding the meeting point on on a dark evening in February at 20.00! Better signage eg "Jazz boat rendezvous" would help. The boat was smart, well laid out and had clean toilets. The accomplished jazz musicians were brilliant and the highlight of our evening. The cruise itself was calm and serene with stunning views. We didn't have a window seat but could see all the passing architecture clearly. The preordered meal (chicken main) was delicious, the beer (dark) was full bodied and the house white wine was dry, flavoursome and great value. Service was friendly and efficient and in every respect this was a great evening. We'd do it again and would recommend it highly.

A most enchanting evening...
Wow is all I can say - such a wonderful evening in fantastic surroundings. Worth every penny. We didn’t eat but food looked stunning & received great feedback. The views are unreal & loved the way the boat paused near the Charles Bridge for perfect photo opportunity.
We booked a window seat for an extra 100 CZK - would definitely recommend - Don’t miss out!!

Fantastic Jazz dinner cruise

If in Prague the Jazz dinner cruise is a must to do. Especially if you're a couple and wanting something extra special and cozy then this dinner experience is fantastic. For a little bit extra need to choose the window seat and the meal is value for money. Our second time in Prague and the jazz dinner cruise never disappoints us. The music is superb! Don't listen to negative comments because I can't fault this for sure.
