- In winter time we use special winter snow tires so ride on snow is absolutely safe
- In case of light rain, proper raincoats are provided free of charge and tours run as planned. In cases of extreme weather your tour may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund for your safety.

Some of the route on the road was not for the feint hearted but Randall made sure we were ok. He enjoys meeting diverse types of people. 2 hours is the perfect length for an ebike tour. He was friendly and humourous as well as being knowledgeable about the city. We just planned to join a day before and we are so lucky that Liza picked we up. She is so professional and totally change my mind and feeling to Prague. She is so wonderful and amazing, and she is good at take photos for us haha. Highly recommend to join the tour especially with Liza, FANTASTIC🫶🏻

We were 2 of us on the Segway and our Tour guide was Anthony
1. Anthony taught us how to ride the segway very well. We at once got along as he was very friendly and warm. He was also very patient and helpful
2. He was very well versed with the history of Prague and their main attractions and explained them to us very well
3. We had a 2-hour tour and we didn't even realise how time flew
4. We also asked him to shoot the entire ride on our phone and he didn't hesitate at all
5. If you are staying close to Old Town Square then it is walking distance to their office. You can just ask around or use google maps and you can find it very easily
If you are in Prague for a few days and would like the cover the main attractions of the city, I would highly recommend this tour
And for people who would prefer an English speaking guide, I would highly recommend Anthony

With a family of 4 and the two kids 18 and 22, they wanted to do something more than walk around. The Segway offered a great opportunity and an unexpected visit to the castle and monastery. In fact I would not have known about the great beer from the monastery without our guide Micki. He was great telling us about things and great taking pictures. This is an awesome activity that I could not recommend more and my entire family felt the same way.

Cool segway experience of Prague. We were in the Castle and monk's brewery Stragov. Also passing through Beverly Hills quarter and some green areas. Perfect guiding and very friendly guide.

My wife and I scheduled an evening private "Beer and Fun" segway tour - our 5pm didn't get started till almost 6pm. From the main office we took a shuttle to the other side of town and in the middle of the ride stopped for 25m waiting for the guide to arrive. There was no communication for the delay or any consideration that we might have evening plans and need to finish on time.
Our guide whose name I will omit needs to step up his game. You can't be on a private tour with two people and spend so much time on your personal phone doing Instagram or texting. He also didn't ask us almost any questions or show interest in us. We still gave him a tip as he was a nice person and appreciated some photos and videos he took but compared to other guides we've had it was very underwhelming.
The actual segway was fun to ride but we didn't realize that segways are banned in almost all the real touristic areas of Prague unlike other major cities. So you're relegated to more boring areas of town. Also the beer tour doesn't actually include any beer. We should have done more homework before booking this but if we realized we would get home 90 minutes late, spend so much time sitting around and waiting for the tour to begin, and not be able to see the main sights of Prague on the segway we would have booked something else. Very disappointing.

We took this on our last day in Prague,
by then my legs hurt (the pavements of Prague are torture on my feet) and we still haven't been to Prague castle and didn't want to miss out.
So we checked what trip advisor had to say and called Euro Segway,
luckily they could fit us in and we got a private tour, our guide Alexei was so nice, attentive and informative
We couldn't hope for a better way to see this part of Prague and a better guide.
For sure we will try this experience again.

There is a obvious novelty about cruising through such a old & historic city on such a modern mode of transport and it just gets better from there.
Meeting our guide, Ceaser, adjacent to Old Town Square, we set off to the starting point to begin our fun tour of Prague by segway. Ceaser performs multiple roles as he first teaches us novices how to control the segway before setting off towards Prague Castle to act as our guide. His knowledge of the castle, its routines and the legends that make up its history left us in awe as we took it all in. His knowledge meant we didn't get caught in any of the tourist traps and could freely ask him anything we wanted to know.
From the castle, we set off through Prague's 'Beverly Hills' before finally reaching the Monastery atop the hill. A welcomed break from the cold as we sampled some of the Monk's famous brew while we appreciated the incredible views of Prague from that vantage point.
Overall, we had such a fun time hanging out with Ceaser, swopping stories and seeing one of the most beautiful cities in one of the most unconventional ways.
I would definitely recommend Ceaser & the team at Euro Segway to take you through the city and have some fun. The segways can be tricky (especially going downhill) but it's all part of the experience.

This was our first time on a Segway and we had so much fun! Our guide Stan was excellent, provided lots of information, and helped us learn to use the Segeways. We took a tour of the castle, an old monastery area, and down through some neighborhoods. Perfect break from the hectic old town. Highly recommend!!!

Very nice way of seeing the city. We totally recommend it! The scrooters were very easy to ride and we got some freetime during the sightseen to walk around a little bit and to take some pictures.
