Booked the day before our visit. Staff arrived at stated meeting point in good time to meet guests. Online voucher exchanged for tickets very quickly. Guide Steve was very informative & funny during introductory talk before we were able to explore at our own pace.

Great experience with just enough information and extra time to explore on your own. The guide walked us around the Jewish area and gave us information on each temple and what exhibitions to expect in each and other relevant information which was super helpful for us. We received a map of the area and some suggested dining options. We ended up eating at the 5th delicatessen and it was yummy.

Excellent balance of history and information. Walking around the castle with an excellent and informative guide was the best way to see the main aspects. Highly recommended.

The palace inside the castle was underwhelming and the state rooms are not open. In reality you have access to the main banquet hall, the throne room with the crown jewels and a few side rooms. Worth it if you want to see these. The cathedral was historically beautiful although renovation works are taking place so you enter through the exit. If you want the main picture shot from the entry doors of the alter then you are able to get that at the end. My ticket did not include the Story of Prague Castle exhibition but you can purchase extras. Fabulous views of the city from the top. A good half-day out.

Our tour guide, Mischa (sp?), was fabulous! She was funny & knowledgeable & made our tour very interesting. It was a great experience! I only wished we had booked an earlier time slot because all the little shops closed at 4pm & our tour ended around 3:50, so we didn't have time to do any shopping.

Interesting tour. Half day only included the prison or small fortress so if you want to see more choose a full day option. But our guide was great and super friendly!

Very clear and explained everything. She was very wary that everyone heard and knew what was going on. It was my rush as some tours can be we have a selection of older and Young people in the group and she coped well with everyone.

Such a nice guide who are very passionate about the castle. Took care of us like a mother goose. Very nice experience, especially the crown jewels, but the main event will be the cathedral.

The tour guide offered historical information with wit and insight. The walk across the Charles Bridge was rich with explanations of the many statues and their symbolism.

The tour of the Astronomical Clock was very nice. Our guide tool the time to explain interesting things about the city and the clock.

Peter was terrific and the walking tour was very good. My only suggestion, is to get headphones for the guests. Sometimes it was hard to hear the history and details Peter was telling either because we couldn't get close enough or it was loud in the church or castle for example. Other than that, it really was an excellent tour!! Worth the time and money!

The trip was brief but we covered a lot of sights. The guide Peter was very knowledgeable and entertaining, and he made out trip amazing! I highly recommend.

Terrible tour. We couldn't understand the German guide at all. It was terrible and a waste of money
