We enjoyed our drive around the city, Thomas was very informative and gave a lot of information about the sites that we drove by, he even stopped occasionally for photo opportunities and to explain things in more depth.
The negatives were that my seatbelt in the car did not work and I was told to "pretend" it was fastened. This worried be a little bit due to the very bumpy roads and quick accelerations that were happening. Also, the price is a bit steep. There was just two of us in the car, so a 90 minute tour worked out as 1,500CZK each... if you had a larger group and could split the cost then maybe it would be more worthwhile, but as a couple, it simply isn't worth it and I would opt for the hop on hop off bus in future.

On our first day in Prague, my family and I saw this sightseeing tour in the vintage car and even though we were little bit skeptical about the service, we decided to give it a try on our last day in Prague. Long story short, it was truly amazing! The booking experience was simple and straightforward, just had to drop in the details on the website and within an hour, we got the confirmation email. When we walked out of our hotel this morning, the car was already waiting for us. Our driver/tour guide, Martina, was so wonderful, friendly and professional. She first gave us a brief introduction about herself, and explained the detailed plan for the trip. She even asked us if we had any preferring places that we want to visit. During the ride, due to the unexpected weather, it rained occasionally. Martina stopped the vehicle to put on the roof whenever it rained and put it off whenever it stopped with no hesitation. Thanks to her professional service, we were able to fully appreciate the beautiful scene in the city of Prague without getting wet at all. She explained us the history of Prague at each location and answered very friendly to all of our questions. I myself had a great experience and most importantly, my parents were very happy with the experience. We paid CZK3000 and it might seem expensive but I can assure that the tour experience I had with Martina was 100% worth it.

Pity it was lightly raining for our ride around Prague in the Prague Old Car. The heating caused the plastic roof of the car to fog up and the visibility wasn’t great, especially if you were facing backwards.
Surprisingly, 1 hour goes past very quickly and covers a lot of Prague. However, parts of Prague can only be covered by foot, so walking is essential sometime during your stay in Prague.
The commentary was informative, but because of the accent, sometimes hard to understand over the car noise.
Blankets are also provided, however unnecessary as the car is so warm.
If you don’t mind paying the money, it’s well worth your time.

Thank you for your nice review. We are glad that you enjoyed the 60min tour around the old town, lesser town and Prague castle area. We are sorry to hear that the car got foggy, its probably because there was no air from the outside and we will make sure to work on that. The blankets in the car are usually used when the car is roofless, or without windows, it can be a bit chilly.
We will gladly see you in the summertime when the cars are cabrios.

I had a fantastic experience driving around Prague in a beautiful vintage and comfortable car with a driver who provided us with lots of interesting information about the various places we passed by. He often asked us if we wanted to take pictures and made a special stop at Prague Castle where we were able to witness the changing of the guard. The driver was very friendly and accommodating, and the car itself was comfortable with the roof down, which was perfect for the summer weather. Even though we are from the Czech Republic and it wasn't our first time in Prague, we enjoyed it very much. We would recommend the ride to anyone who wants to learn some information about the sights of Prague from the comfort of a car and in a reasonable amount of time.

This was one of the best tours we participated in on our European trip.
Lucas is a great guy, he was super communicative, punctual informative and an all round enjoyable tour guide to complete this tour with.
We got great sunset pictures and kept warm on the cold evening with heated seats, heater and blankets to keep us comfy: I would highly recommend this for anyone visiting Prague. 200% 😉

An absolute highlight to explore the city of Prague. We booked the 90 minutes tour in the gold-colored "Alfa Romeo Spider" and it was "royal to drive so through the city". Our driver picked us up very punctually at our hotel. Nice, friendly welcoming. The car was fantastic and comfortable and the blankets (for cold weather emergencies) were a good addition. Our driver Victor was very friendly and informative - as a result we booked the tour again for the next day, this time many thanks to JJ for the nice company during the drive.
We can really recommend this tour, it was very entertaining.

Good way to get a glimpse of Prague with some running commentary from the driver as he takes you around the most common sites of interest. We chose the 1 hour option and other than the speaker cutting in and out to the back of the vehicle, we enjoyed our tour. If you have 5 passengers, choose a vehicle that is a full convertible - ours had a roof over the front where the driver and one passenger sat and the view from in here was really limited due to the low roofline.

Excellent! The tour was everything I could have asked for especially if you have a very limited time for sightseeing. The guide, our driver, was friendly, fluent in our language, and provided superior commentary and history of sights and of Prague. If you have a husband who is an old car buff, even more to like about this tour. We absolutely loved this tour. Honestly, this tour and guide was so much better than one of the dinner river cruises we took of the city. I would highly recommend the 1.5 hour old timer convertible Prague sightseeing tour for the young, middle age, and old population.

I live in Prague and my friends, older but experienced world travelers, thought this would be a fun end to our week together, learning more about all of the sites we'd walked around and seen.
First, the positives:
The driver was friendly and safe.
The seats were heated and the car was warm.
We saw things.
We were able to get a reservation on very short notice.
Now the negatives:
The driver asked us where we wanted to go - I thought this was a tour with an itinerary. The driver seemed confused as to where he should take us.
In the course of making small talk the driver learned we had all lived/worked together in Country X; he asked if he could use Language X instead of English because he was more comfortable in Language X. It worked out, since all of us are fluent X-speakers, but it was weird not to have a guide comfortable in the language we had requested.
Zero commentary. "This is Prague Castle." "This is the Vltava river." Frankly I could have given a better tour and saved a fortune by using public transit.
If you want to SEE a lot of "the sites" in comfort and relatively quickly, this is a good way to do it all in 60 or 90 minutes.
If you want to LEARN about the sites, look elsewhere.

In our company working around 30 drivers some of them are very good driver and guide because they work in our company long time and they know how important for our company and clients to give them the best experience from the sightseeing tour. You are right the driver wanted to be more friend than professional driver and guide.

This is an amazing experience. Nice drive through the most beautiful streets of Prague. Thanks to our driver and guide Katerina we got all the useful information about the buildings we were passing. As above but at this time of year they are not as popular as in the hotter months, so you can leave such decisions until your car arrives at your hotel or you arrive at their central Prague location depending on which "Pick Up" option you choose.

As for the car we drove with there was space for four adults and one in the front next to the driver. It depends on the age of the children and if you are allowed to keep them seated in your lap, which I am really not sure for as the coupe is really low.

hey kalani, my kids are 4 and 8 and there are suitable belts for them, yes you can , the car goes very slow, but its your call. Our driver was very family focussed, and went very slow. Hope this helps David
