Communication was clear. Driver texted me to let me know that pick up would be 5 minutes late - our plane was late and that threw things off. Clean car. Driver did not speak English well, but that was OK.. Overall good experience and would recommend

The driver met us at the airport baggage claim area, was very professional, and the vehicle was clean. We felt safe and would recommend this company for international travelers.

amazing service my family and I have just returned from a 4 day break in Prague. The transfer process was so easy and professional, I would highly recommend. I received a txt message on arrival to inform us of our drivers name, car and reg plate. The drivers both ways on arrival and departure back were so professional taking our bags making sure we were comfortable. It took the pressure and worry out of arranging for a random taxi and being over charged as its well known in Prague. The price was very reasonable and competitive when I return to Prague I will be using this service again and I will be recommending to my family and friends thanks guys!

Great experience; the driver was waiting in the arrivals area - and the company had sent text updates while we were waiting for our luggage. The car was new and clean. The driver was very helpful - and gave us some great insights to Prague. Highly recommended service.

We prepaid and booked a van to pick us up at the airport and it never showed up. We had 2 small children and grandparents in our party. Our flight had been delayed but we had been in touch with the company several times by phone to keep them updated and they had the flight number to track our arrival time. When we arrived at the airport We had received no information about our car being delayed so we called an agent and they said a car could come in about 20 minutes. Then after a second call with the company they said they actually had no car available! It was late at night so we had to book 2 taxis for a higher cost with no child seats. The company simply said sorry but we had to ask for a refund, they did not offer this. We live in Prague and have used this company many times but there have been increasing issues (no car seats, late pick ups), poor safety standards etc. The company used to be excellent but they have gotten consistently worse over the years and we will not use them again. They simply can not be trusted to actually be there for pick up. To be clear, This is the third time that we have pre booked an airport pick up with this company that has failed to show up!

Our flight was delayed by more than 2 hours, but they were tracking the flight and arrived 10 mins before. The driver was waiting on the arrivals hall as per the very clear instructions provided. I got a text confirming this as we landed. The car was parked right out the front of the terminal. There is access to a free walking tour offered if you book with these guys, but it only runs 3 days a week, so it did not suit us.

We were super fast getting through Prague airport so our driver wasn't there immediately to meet us but he and the company contacted us to say he'd be there shortly. He was, and the shared journey was great! The bottles of water and guidebook, map and walking-tour voucher were added bonuses. This was an excellent transfer that I highly recommend.

Excellent service, nice smart friendly driver awaiting for us at airport on arrival ( even though we were early) very high standard clean car , dropped off right at hotel door and supplied with guide book and local tourist map ( very helpful) .

So pleased with this service! Our flight got in at 2:00 am and the driver was there waiting for us. We had a return to the airport at 4:15 am and the driver was right on time. Very dependable and at a great price!
