        Kutna Hora van trip
The guide was not sympathetic to the tourists who had issues with mobility. He simply ran away , so the people who are slow fail to catch up and they simply disappear. minimum courtesy would be to wait in front of the entrance to the cathedral and count the heads . `it would be just a matter of few minutes. Very insensitive .

        Great town and tour guide
A very interesting and beautiful town with lots of photo opportunities. Our guide Martina was excellent- very knowledgeable and interesting. The day was a bit damp and overcast which kept tourist numbers low and so made the visit even better!

Amazing tour of a unique part of Czechia
Hopefully I'm reviewing the right tour, we really enjoyed our tour with the guide Vera. She was extremely knowledgeable on the history of the area, as well as the architecture and art in the cathedrals. She was fluent in both English and German (and Czech) that we saw and likely spoke several other languages. Our driver was not overly friendly, but was a very competent driver and gave us pick up and drop off from our hotel. The tour ran smoothly, our guide balanced giving us detail with keeping the tour on track and to time. If you're interested in the history and seeing the beautiful cathedrals and ossuary I think it's well worth your time. If you're more interested in shopping and eating, or can't handle people speaking in a different language, look elsewhere.

        Nice, but a bit disappointing
The place is beautiful, but we felt that the price was too high compared to what we got... The guide was nice, but we got 3.5 hours of free time (the pool was just a regular pool, not a warm one), so he told us that it's not that nice. We felt like we needed to hear more about the place and take a full tour together with maybe 2 hours of free time.

Get ready to eat, drink and dance!
We were picked up right on time and arrived to a fabulous traditional atmosphere. The show was such fun, and teaching people to get up and dance was even more fun. The food was cooked to perfection and there was plenty. Serving tables at a time, allowing all to fill their own plate works brilliantly. The drinks were definitely unlimited and the serving staff were going past every couple of minutes. We loved the music. This is a truly fun night out and I would do it again!

Amazing Cesny Krumlov - A must see city when in Prague
We booked a full day tour with Prague Bus Tour company and were thoroughly satisfied with the service. The driver didn't speak English but was friendly, competent and safety minded. Our three-hour trip each way was comfortable in a well kept and clean bus. The tour guide spoke perfect English, amongst other languages, and provided interesting historical facts on Prague and Cesny Krumlov. When in Prague I recommend the Prague Bus Tours and a trip to Cesny Krumlov, an amazing city is a must see destination.

        Good day out.
A very good trip, picked up from the hotel and taken on a small bus to visit the Ossuary at Kutna Hora and the Cathedral. Our guide spoke good English and both attractions were quite amazing. I think one of the best parts was being left for an hour to explore the town of Kutna Hora which was a very pretty town although a bit quiet as it was a Sunday. Would highly recommend especially as it runs from around 12-6pm so you still have the evening in Prague.

        Lovely medieval tow
The destination was lovely, but the guide had a very boring, monotone voice. She knew her content and was friendly but just droned on continuously.

        An amazing place to visit
Amazing place to visit, really enjoyed walking around the beautiful town. Our guide was very enthusiastic and took good care of us, the only down side was that he was difficult to understand especially on the bus as this was very noisy. The bus itself was the only disappointment. It was not comfortable for the passengers seated in the single seats, particularly the taller guests as there was very little leg room. The promised WiFi never happened despite being given the code .

        Good but sound system broken
Everything was great except the sound system on the bus we had for the tour. The tour guide talked and it was impossible to hear him, the speakers weren’t working in the bus so we missed out on the whole history lesson. If they fix that it would have been perfect. The town itself was gorgeous and we are at bolero restaurant which was not cheap but a VERY GOOD meal, best meal we have in Czech Republic.

Missed the main reason we came. Waste of time and money.
We were picked up a full hour early and waited with just my group for the hour in front of a train station with a driver who didn’t speak English. No bathrooms available. We barely saw St Barbara’s cathedral, not even time for pics when we asked. There had been road construction so we had to walk a good portion of the way and the guide said we didn’t have time because of that. I will likely never have the opportunity to be here again and the guide couldn’t give us 10 min?! I love history and learning about the places. There was almost no commentary at the sites themselves. The guide did talk on the way there though. It was joint with some French speaking which was very annoying and also made for wasted time as what little the guide did say had to be repeated in both languages. In short we wasted a day which was invaluable to us. Frankly a refund is in order.

        Book the Live Guide
The ossuary is very interesting and definitely worth a visit. My mom and I booked the audio guide to have the ability to go at our own pace. However, we reccomend booking with a live guide. It was not clear that pick up and drop off as well as tickets were not included in the audio guide price. Additionally, the audio guide was short and not very detailed, and at the second location (St. Barbara's Cathedral) we were expected to walk from one side of the city where we were dropped off, at the Cathedral, to the other for pick up without a guide. The live guide (Eva) provided fantastic information while on the bus. No knowing the quality of the audio guide we definitely would have preferred to hear more from her.

        Kunta Hora bones museum .
Too much walking fast, after several protests & requests from from fellow travelers & me & my family. Guide agreed to let us take a break, have potty break & eat. we than we're given to rest. It is very hard to walk on cobblestone anyway. Although it was a unique & nice area to visit, with little rest it would have been A 5 star tour.

We had a disappointing visit. Very monotonous guide who speaks French quite poorly and who does not make the visit very interesting or interactive. The sites are interesting but not much highlighted and therefore without much explanation it becomes very uninteresting.

Of course, this is nothing like going to the death camps of Germany and Poland, but still a very eye-opening and somber experience nonetheless. This small walled town in northern Czechia should typically house about 6,000 people but during WWII, it housed as much as 55,000 at a time. It functioned as a concentration camp and a stop-off spot between being torn from their homes and most commonly to Auschwitz from here. About 33,000 people died in this camp due to poor conditions. Approximately 150,000 Jews were sent here during the war, of which only about 17,000 ultimately survived, including the loss of about 99% of the children that come through this camp. Pretty heady stuff. Part of the tour is in the small fortress adjacent to the town that was a prison which is interesting as well. For those of us from the US, this is very far removed from anything in our country so it is very important to come to places like this to get a small understanding and insight into a horrible time in human history. The tour was good in that we got to have a history lesson on the way to Terezin to help understand what we would see and the history around the place before WWII. Our guide was very informative and accessible for questions. A great experience all around.

The trip was really good but the tour guide was under the impression we were all Spanish so began speaking to us in Spanish when we all got on the bus and then was stumbling across her words as to what the English word were for certain things. I’m not saying she was terrible but I couldn’t understand half of what she was saying so I googled things afterwards. We were rushed through the main part which was the actual camp I would have preferred to spend longer there than anything else but then again the woman who did the tour there was terrible her English was atrocious at best I just wandered round not knowing half of the stuff she was saying. Self tour would be your best bet if that’s an option

The tour guide was nice and knowledgeable. With the help of the sand bus, you can easily visit Terezin and learn about its history. Actually, there is no need to bring anything to eat because the tour is already full and it ends at 2 pm.

Eva was a great guide and it was a very informative trip. Would recommend them to friends. One watch-out is that they were supposed to pick us up at 9:00am and told us the morning before that it would be 8:20am. We stayed at an AirBnB but they only pick up from designated hotels. They also wanted to drop us off at the main train station, but they agreed to drop us off in the central square.

The driver just ruined the whole experience of the tour! We were picked up by the driver from the hotel and took us to meet up with the rest of the people at the main railway station. However, the driver went the wrong way (I believe) and the van got stuck at the entrance of the car park. The ceiling window of the van was broken and it fell on us! However, the driver only said sorry and went to check on the van first but not us! Luckily we were fine. There was another lady from the company explained the situation to us but still tried to get the van out of the car park and continue to pick up the other travellers (full of broken glasses inside the van), obviously it was unsuccessful and they had to call another van to come. The tour was delayed because of the incident and initially they promised us they will extend the tour a little bit. However, we were rushed to join the on-site tour at the ghetto and missed a few bits as we arrived late. The rest of the tour was just fine. We were not happy with the overall tour as we were rushed due to the delay we didn’t make! Would not recommend this tour!

Reise was booked in German for reasons, the day before the German guide is supposedly ill. Therefore everything only in English, therefore unfortunately difficult to understand partially. Unfortunately, we were only informed after the cancellation period that the guide will not be there. That was extremely annoying, otherwise we would have cancelled it.
Pick up at the hotel worked great, bus ride and the tours at the individual locations was really great.

Was not our guide’s fault but I was disappointed with this tour.
We were 2 english people in a small group with an Italian family.
The guide was swapping languages so much it was very difficult to follow what he was saying.
Would have preferred to be left to our own devices to look around at our own pace.

Guide talked constantly enroute to destination. Spoke very quickly and we were unable to access information. Also at the various places we were hurried and so missed out on accessing the exhibits at length. A disappointing trip overall however the guide at the camp was superb.

This tour was not worth 60€. We took a tour of the small fortress and then were simply rushed through 2 small museums. I was under the impression that we would be touring the full ghetto and the crematorium, but this was not the case. There was no mention of the crematorium or explanation of why we did not visit, and this seems to be the most interesting and evocative part of the whole tour, so I was very disappointed.

Also, some members of the tour were told that they would be dropped off at their hotels at the end of the tour, but we were simply dropped off at Wenceslas Square. I was fine with this, but some others were upset because they had been promised hotel drop off.

My advice is to book with a different tour company.
