The tour was amazing with a very knowledgeable guide! The owner Daragh was our guide and knows the subject matter extremely well, easily answering my many questions. I was very impressed and will definitely use his company when I return to Prague.

This was a really cool tour through some very unique “local” Prague establishments. The NYE fireworks blew me away despite very foggy weather . Apparently “banned” by the Prague gov’t a few years ago for various understandable reasons (cost, environment, animal welfare), the various Prague neighborhoods (private citizens) set up and hold their own fireworks display in a mad competition of one-upsmanship trying to outdo one another. Excellent vantage point to take in this wild display of +/- 10 neighborhoods holding simultaneous fireworks. Late night EDM club is something like Burning Man constructs in a post-wall East Berlin setting - this I will remember for a long while. Daragh is a great host and a very interesting conversation as well.

This was a wonderful tour with Daragh. His knowledge about the city was amazing. He told us stories of the war with such compassion and answered any questions we threw at him. Took us to some amazing places we never would have found on our own. His warmth and humor was appreciated. Thanks Daragh for a wonderful experience!

From the meet and greet to our final tour stop everything was amazing! The way our guide Daragh explained the history of Prague during World War 2 was very informative and interesting. This was a charming walking tour that my partner and I very much enjoyed. While billed as a WW2 tour, the story's that are focussed on cover history beyond just WW2 and includes items relating to the Soviet era following the conclusion of WW2 as well. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the stories that he was telling us and the places that we were visiting and was very relaxed and personable, allowing you to feel very at ease having a conversation with him. The tour includes a meal and the restaurant/pub that we ate at was lovely, it had a nice atmosphere and the food on offer was very tasty. We stopped for a drink at each subsequent location and our guide introduced us to the locally popular version of cola - kofola, which was a nice bonus at our 2nd stop. The tour is very unhurried, so there is plenty of time to ask questions and take in the sights around you and the walking is sedate and easy, so is fairly accessible for people. Personally, I would recommend taking this tour early in your stay in Prague as our guide was able to provide us with lots of suggestions on places to eat or visit during our stay, and was great at introducing us to the tram system in Prague, so making this an early activity on your trip means that you get a good amount of local information that you can use for the rest of your stay.

this was a must-do event for any solo traveler - i met a big group of interesting people and darragh was super accommodating - i’ve recommended this activity to everyone who tells me they’re visiting prague. would definitely do it again

Had the best time! Daragh is a fantastic host and took us to some really cool places in Prague. Met some really nice people, enjoyed good drinks and danced the night away :-) I highly recommend this experience.

This tour is the perfect way to get a glimpse of the bar scene in Prague. Daragh was such an awesome guide! Very fun, friendly and making sure everyone in the group is having a great time. You’ll check out very different bars so there will be something for everyone in the group. It was a fantastic night sharing laughs with the group and enjoying what Prague has to offer. Daragh was even kind enough to check on my interests for the rest of my days in town so he could share recommendations as to where to go and make the best out of my Prague visit. Couldn’t recommend this tour enough and will certainly take it again next time Im in town!

We had so so so much fun on this tour. Pubs, bars, food, darts and clubbing. A lot of variety and Darragh the guide is a legend. There was 8 of us, some of us knew each other before, some didn’t and we all got on great. 100% should do this if you’re in the city for a night.

We were a group of 6 friends, and we all had a great time! We tried different types of beer, met a lot of interesting people, while chilling in 3 different local, not so turisty pubs. The burger was excellent and the company was great! At midnight the guide took us at a great viewing point and we witnesed the best firework display ever! After that we partied hard in a huge club with a lot of industrial/comunist influence. The guide was really fun and he really tried to show us an authentic czech experience!

I went one night on the regular pub tour because this tour was fully booked, and it was terrible. The alternative tour how ever is amazing. You'll see some really cool places, and meet interesting people. What more could you want? The host is super generous with his time, knowledge and people he know. Highly recommended for a fun time! I couldn't have asked for a better way to get to know the city. Daragh had tremendous amount of information and knowledge about Prague and its history. Great beer tasting and food! I highly recommend this if you are looking for some special way to explore Prague !
