      Dinner and no drinks
The original boat was down, and the check in and subsequent departure was chaotic and late, and the substitute boat had a difficult seating area up top, and there was only a cash bar, so not even water was included. It was only cash, not credit cards... which was not clear prior to boarding. The cruise itself was nice, albeit being shorter than advertised.

Your was good but too expensive
Unfortunately it was raining so our tour had to be cut short. The cruise was not an hour, there were other tour groups going on the same boat so it took long to load and unload which made rive cruise shorter.

Excellent tour -- loved the river cruise included
This was amazing! It included a walking tour, and river cruise at the end. We were able to see all the main sites during this time. Perfect for those on time crunch!

      Not worth it.
The trip was sold as an hours river cruise, we left the dock at 5.15 and we’re back at dock at 5.45. 30 minute cruise, we queued for longer. Don’t bother.

      Ok but not as sold
A45 minute boat trip not an hour as sold. Boat clean and commentary good if a little behind. If I’d researched better I would have gone with a smaller boat

Review of city tour and boat trip
Excellent tour, excellent guide, very clear only too prepared to answer questions and never seemed in a hurry even at the end of the tour... would thoroughly recommend this tour of Prague which is very good value for money

      A nice overview of Prague
Nice overview of Prague, including the history. A good combination of bus, walking and boat. There is a chance to eat on the boat, but food is very simple, though inexpensive. The bus was warm so dress appropriately. The guide was good. A little free time at the castle. The pace is good but there are some hills and steps.

      High level overview
Very high level overview. No entrance fees included. No narration of sites while on boat. Not the tour for y you if you are looking for detail.

      Room for improvement
There was a large group in line with no tickets. The non ticketed group should have been instructed how or where to buy tickets while waiting in the line rather than holding everyone up buying when boarding. Refreshments on board were cash only in Czech money. This was not mentioned on the website. We could not hear much of the information coming from the speaker. Fortunately the views were lovely.

      Relaxing Day Trip
A trip to Karlovy Vary was an enjoyable day trip out of Prague. Our guide Karolina was so friendly, we felt like family. The hot springs are interesting and different. The ride up the funicular to the watchtower gives you a good view of the beauty of the homes, businesses and landscape.

Half Day Trip to Kutna Hora and Bone Church from Prague
Great afternoon .Our tour guide Sofia was wonderful and so interesting information we heard.I have never seen anything like the bone church. It needs to be seen to be believed. After the churches we had an hour or so to look round the village. Found a lovely great cheap food. Highly recommended.

      That's a nope for us.
We really wanted to see the bone church. We booked this tour at the last minute because I liked that it went in the afternoon, giving us the morning in the city. Our guide Sophia was awful. Very difficult to understand, and rambling, confusing facts. Would start on one subject, jump to something else, "but I'll tell you about that later", never returned to the original thought. Absolutely zero enthusiasm and disinterested in engaging her participants in the subject matter, but was insistent that the whole group follow her around and quietly listen to her nonsensical ramblings like we were first graders on a field trip. Literally put me to sleep on the bus with her monotone. We were the youngest couple on the bus (50's) and the others became easily tired. Sophia had no patience for the stragglers, lots of eye rolling and exasperated sighing. She was obviously appalled and fed up by the behavior of others in the various places we went. We went by a store she didn't approve of (Halloween stuff), and she tsk'd and "that's awful"'d her way past it. She shushed people in the bone church. There was a 25 minute stop in the center of town that she acted as though she was doing a favor for us to make. When we got on the bus, our driver got lost on the curvy little streets before we finally made it out. We did not tip her as we left. And we're Americans, we tip everybody!

      Beautiful and charming town!
Great tour - a definite must-see as a day trip from Prague. Timona was a great guide. Bus ride was comfortable. The lunch was not included, but the group went all together to a good place where we got our own downstairs room. Absolutely beautiful and charming town. The tower was a bit overpriced, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend that, but this tour overall was definitely worth doing and a good value for the price.

A great tour of a gorgeous city
Vey well organized. The right amount of walking for my out-of-shape body. And Tatiana, our guide, was absolutely a gem.

We took a day tour to see Karlstejn Castle from Prague were we were guided from our hotel to await our small bus a couple blocks away. We then had a tour guide who spoke to our group almost non-stop all during the trip. Our group was made up of English and Spanish speakers, so she would repeat herself in each language. Eventually it was decided that the Spanish speakers knew enough English that it the ride would continue in English. She pointed out different places as we drove out of the city as well as interesting facts and history about Prague, Bohemia and Czechia. Later through winding narrow streets we made our way up towards Karlstejn. It took a good 45 minutes to get there but it was well worth it. We parked the bus and walked uphill on the small main street of the town of Karlstejn. Very quaint town with interesting little canal that runs in front of houses. Their driveway is a little bridge over where some park their car, totally unique. You could see the castle at the top of the hill. We stopped at one of the souvenir shops and cafe to browse, get refreshments and use the bathroom. We continued our climb up the hilly street and eventually got to the Karlstejn Castle gates. Once inside we stopped at a courtyard to await our tour start. We had a choice of tour guides, one spoke English the other Spanish and we started inside. This castle unlike some other large ones I've been to had quite a lot of actual furniture, paintings and many period pieces throughout the many rooms we visited. I took turns listening to each guide and they both were very good explaining the history of the king and castle. We were able to take photographs all along, which I love doing. We also got to walk along the fortified walls for a breathtaking view of the lovely town bellow and the surrounding hillsides. A great view of the castle's buildings from here made for a great photo too. At the end we visited the large tourist souvenir shop in the castle. The tour was extensive and we got more information than we'd ever remember. We proceeded to leave and walked along a winding sidewalk back towards the town and then to our bus. The ride back was similar to the ride there and we were dropped off near our hotel. I must say that our tour guide Karolina quite informative and overall was excellent.

The castle is not horrible, I suggest a visit as it is not far from city center - 45 minute drive. However, the tour was one of the worst I have ever been on. The guide did not know about the castle or Czech history. She took far too long to just drink coffee and stop at all the shops and took multiple breaks walking up the hill. I'd be ok with that if she had known anything about the castle to share. The bus was not the best condition, but ok. I lost all trust in this company to provide a knowledgeable guide. A wasted 5 hours!
