About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Mantaray_Sarah0 contributionsPrague at night is unmissableBeautiful night time city cruise - Prague is a beautiful place and especially beautiful when lit up at night. It was bitterly cold (as it’s in January and you are on the river) so something to bear in mind. My reasoning for “ very good” and not “ excellent” include: -‘Welcome drink’ was a shot - fun but not a glass of wine or beer etc. which is worth knowing - no audio guide to be found. But then again, we didn’t ask as we were enjoying the music, sights and atmosphere Food was good (it is what you expect for the money you pay). Seeing the city at night in the most beautiful setting is what makes this unmissable.Written January 19, 2025
- A19834080 contributionsInteresting tour with an amazing ladyWe were very lucky to have just us on the tour so a private tour with the lovely Tatiana (sorry if spelt wrong) she was very knowledgeable and a fantastic guide: even had other people come up to us later in the day to compliment how good she was and wanted her information Thank you for a brilliant experienceWritten January 18, 2025
- AdamC20520 contributionsTour Cancelled With No NoticeI booked a tour with Premiant through Expedia, I arrived at the meeting point advised on the booking (their office) to be told I was in the wrong location for the start of the tour and that Expedia had given me the wrong meeting point. Supposedly they have told Expedia many times and I should have contacted Premiant to check the location. The team member then phoned the tour guide who advised the tour had been cancelled as I was the only booking. Elena who was working in the office was unapologetic, when asked why they hadn’t advised of the cancellation prior to the start time of the tour she said people sometimes book at the last minute so they don’t know until the time of it will go ahead. I built this four hour tour in to my schedule so disappointed with the response. I wouldn’t advise booking with Premiant if you want to guarantee that the tour will be running.Written January 13, 2025

- acw340 contributionsMagnificent Cathedral! We pre-booked a half day tour to the Sedlec Ossuary at Kutná Hora and St Barbara's Cathedral with some free at the end to grab a bite to eat and look around. It was a wonderful tour led by Jarka. She was very knowledgeable and provided lots of background information about the sites. The bone chapel was quite eerie. A strange arrangement of human bones and skulls. We kind of wondered why it was done like that. Jarka explained that it was the architect's idea as he renovated the church. People were respectful though. We also looked inside the largest church next door, also being renovated. It was vast but largely empty. St Barbara's Cathedral was magnificent! Soaring vaulted ceilings and interesting frescoes and paintings. Well worth a visit! Great to get out of Prague and see a little of the countryside!Written January 7, 2025
- 925filipek0 contributionsdisappointment sums up my feeling wellI figured it would be fun or at least romantic. I believe most of those who were there also thought the same. Reality was a moving boat that served food. Couples had no privacy because it was a table with unknown people. I didn't have a good song. There was no way to get down halfway and it was necessary to withstand all the time of the tour. With the cold it was impossible to go out outside. Honestly I didn't like it, I was disappointed and wouldn't do it again.Written January 6, 2025
- 268nickyr0 contributionsFabulous trip to Kutna Hora, great guide. This was a fabulous trip to the famous bone church, Brandon our guide was friendly fun and very knowledgeable. We liked the fact that we went on public transport including the train and local bus, and the restaurant recommended was fabulous, great Czech Food and beer, a really smooth trip no queuing or hanging around. I highly recommend it.Written January 5, 2025
- 274blndie0 contributionsWorth a visitHad a lovely time on the dinner cruise. Great selection of food for the buffet and plenty of it. Desert was a little poor with little choice of cakes. Boat was very warm which I guess was because it was winter but could have done with heating turning down a bit as it got excessive for me. 3hrs was a bit too long though.Written January 5, 2025
- TonyH40900 contributionsLovely town, average experiencePros: The tour left and arrived back on time. Cost was fair. The town was lovely and a must see. Cons: The tour company joined the English and Spanish tour groups to fit us all in one bus with one guide who covered the tour narrative in English and Spanish (no prior notice). This meant we wasted a fair bit of time waiting for both language versions. Seats on the bus were a wee bit tight, so they split people who were travelling together to fit larger people with smaller people. A bit rude, I thought.Written December 31, 2024
- EldritchIniquity0 contributionsNice EnoughThe buffet was a small selection of things, but nice quality; not much of an order so you're better off waiting for the crowd to subside since items are continuously refilled. The main issue was the audio guide. With unreliable wifi connection, it was sparsely available so we missed out on most of the information as we passed the sights. Could also schedule the tour earlier due to not many sights being well lit for night viewing. The audio guide was also not well structured with simple images and no names or titles. The operator could improve the tour by announcing when passing each sight. Staff was friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with. Takes Euro.Written December 30, 2024

We took this tour because the tours to the medieval town we wanted to go to did not run on mondays. It was a very small group. The tour guide tried very hard but there simply wasn’t much to talk about. The town has some mineral springs which had drinks from but apart from that it is an expensive rich persons resort town and as the two activities listed were unavailable to us on the day ( an elevator breakdown which our guide knew about but didn’t tell us about until we arrived and a trip to a lookout on very crowded public buses that did not eventuate ) we simply walk around the town for four hours then drove back to Prague. Bad luck aside it’s not a terribly interesting place but it’s a day outside of the city

My wife and I took a tour to Karlovy Vary with Karolina being our tour guide and she was fantastic about answering any questions asked and she handled Spanish and English questions with ease. This was a nice tour thru the Czech countryside passing through small towns and many fields of barley and hops used in brewing the great Czech beer. Karlovy Vary is a very charming town with lovely architecture, shops and restaurants.

Had an amazing time. The tour guide, Karolina was amazing and was extremely knowledgeable of the history of not only Karlovy Vary but also the history of the Czech Republic. She was very calm and patient. I would definitely recommend this tour. The place itself was beautiful and although one of the main springs was closed it was well worth the trip.

A trip to Karlovy Vary was an enjoyable day trip out of Prague. Our guide Karolina was so friendly, we felt like family. The hot springs are interesting and different. The ride up the funicular to the watchtower gives you a good view of the beauty of the homes, businesses and landscape.

Amazing experience on a full day trip to Karlovy Vary with Karolina as our guide. She was extremely well versed with the history of the place and explained us very nicely. Had a great time at an amazing place, Karlovy Vary the spa town.

We loved Karlovy Vary and the Moser Glass Factory, but our guide was awful. We had wished we took a bus or train on our own. We had a few Spanish speaking people so our guide needed to explain in two languages. I certainly don't mind that, but she started each sentence in English, and finished in Spanish. As a result, none of us knew what she was talking about. She didn't seem too knowledgeable because she didn't answer any questions we asked. We ended up leaving the walking tour of Karlovy Vary early, and meeting them later for the ride back to our hotel. We had a very nice time wandering around the town, and we had a great lunch on our own. We noticed that most people left the group too. A 1/2 hour before we got back to Prague, Suzanne had the driver drop her off. I have never heard of a tour guide leaving the tour early! Unfortunately, we don't feel the tour was worth the money due to the unprofessional guide.

Dear ilene3,
thank you for taking the time to share your experince.
Tour runs in one language only in case that we have fully booked bus in one language but otherwise we normaly do bilingual tours and we inform clients about it at our site and also in our leaflets. Guide told all information in both languages.
We are really sorry that you were not satisfied and I hope that you enjoyed your stay in Prague despite this fact.
Yours sincerely,

We booked a tour with the Getyourguide app:
Guide was awful. Didn't give a **** about us. Scarce information. He ran away as soon as "break" started. Didn't even smile once. And he dared to ask for tips.
Bus driver drove like crazy.
The meal was regular.
The town is cute, but there is nothing to do there. And everything is ridiculously expensive.

lovely day visit to a beautiful town spa... yesteryear architecture lends a charm not so easily found today..wonderful visit with an excellent guide Michaela and courteous and safe driver ... visit to Moser factory was interesting but disapponting in that it did not include the glass cutting part of the factory as in Waterford, Ireland
