- angielF5125TF00Fast and Furious. One of my least favourite hop-on-hop-off tours. There was barely a pause at any of the notable sites. The audio recordings were often off-sync with where we were, and it seemed clear that the main goal of the staff operating the tour was to get to the next stop as quickly as possible, rather than to provide a warm or welcoming experience. I would recommend hiring an Uber to visit the same locations; the price for us (4 adults) would have been the same or less than the cost of 4 tickets for this tour.
- NYfamilytravelers400Skip this oneMaybe it was a bad day because of the rain but here's what happened. We booked last minute on line and I had a confirmation but never received the tickets for scanning. There were 2 different piers listed that were next to each other and each one had a boat that clearly was not going anywhere. Others were wandering around as confused as we were. We finally called and were told the name of the boat which we saw on the water returning from the previous hour. Nobody explained that we were getting on from a different pier that had a 'boat restaurant' we had to walk through but we finally figured it out. I showed the confirmation and they did not even have our names but they let us on. We sat in a crowded cabin at a table and because everyone was talking, we could not hear the narrative over the speaker which was also too soft. There was one waitress who skipped right over us so we never ordered drinks. It was a waste of an hour, skip it and pick another boat tour.
- T6876MEbobr00See aboveThere seemed to be two very similar hop on, hop off operations which was rather confusing. Also, there was a chart showing stops at certain points and what time the bus would be there. It seemed somewhat complicated for a first time user. We got off at the old town square stop, which was near our hotel to eat dinner, thinking we would get back on after that. However, when we returned, we missed the bus by a few minutes, not knowing that we had missed the last stop of the day at that location. Someone showed us the chart, but too late. Even though there was plenty of light sky left. ☹️
- Tour2730865040600Unique excursionThe trip to Kutna Hora was unique and interesting! We learned a lot from our guide. The town was very quiet on a Monday with most shops closed -but made the locations we visited not busy also. Recommend this excursion!
- D1074UBruthk00Average way to see the cityGood way to see the city. 1 day is plenty - included boat tour is average - lots of people crowding to board the ship, so your chance of getting outside seats is low. Recordings are robots, so a little distracting.
- mikejI8633KW00Prague Hop on/off bus service suckedBeware of the red umbrellas. They were everywhere and they oversold this expensive so-called convenience. Supposed to be by every 15 mins, we waited 75 for the first bus, and there were still at least 3 salespeople with red umbrellas all around our 75 person line hooking for more innocent tourists. And the route they took was boring. Figure out the metro: it’s a much, much cheaper and more flexible option!
- 820Williams8700Lots of options so do some researchThe tour advertises 2.5 walking tour. We were done in under 2 hours. The guide was friendly but appeared rushed - nearly lost her in the crowd a few times. For paying almost 60 dollars Canadian a more thorough and as advertised tour would have been appreciated. You can get a FREE (tip based) with some companies. We were not in a position to do this unfortunately but if I had to do it again this would be the route I would take.
- 178justicec00Perfect ending to our lovely holiday in PragueWe bought tickets on spec, from the little sentry type office located on the bridge, for a 1 hour cruise. We'd just missed one, so took a drink on the quay side at a friendly run tiny cafe. We departed from bay #4 onto a really nice modern boat with great seating on the top deck. They too offered a good selection of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages. Commentary was very interesting. Certainly gave us a chance to appreciate more of Prague's lovely classic architecture and learn about it's history. Not sure that I'd like to try the suspended restaurant over the river that we saw, but many others clearly did! The sun was shining and it was a lovely, relaxing ending to a great holiday.
- 268philippar00Poor valueThere was no commentary so you had no idea what you were passing unless you had done your homework. The live music was a guy on an accordion that you could only hear if you sat downstairs.
- 517kennm00Very Worthwhile Cruise! The cruise length was just right, and a great way to get different views of the amazing sights. The recorded comments were a bit hard to hear in the back of the boat but a very worthwhile trip. The top deck fills up first so go there for the best views!
- bonyp45600A good activity for a big groupLadislav was incredibly versed in his history and gave us a great wealth of information. I highly recommend taking this tour early in your visit to get a good overview of the city.
- MAMNAGAAR00Excellent tour by Premiant, thank you Adam!Excellent experience booking Prague City Highlights tour with Premiant City Tours. The guide Ladislav Stoupa wad knowledgeable and covered the highlights tour very well giving the information at the level that the time would allow. The tour covered the tour through bus, foot and boat. I would have appreciated if the time spent on boat journey was less and the foot walking tour had more depth, especially in Jewish quarters and old town. The main person who needs a hig applause is Adam for managing the front office so well! ....so knowledgeable and helpful that he is a joy to interact with! I really want to thank Adam for making our Prague city tour happen, despite our tardiness and being so understanding!!! Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏
- SteveL69500Not very interestingWe took this tour because the tours to the medieval town we wanted to go to did not run on mondays. It was a very small group. The tour guide tried very hard but there simply wasn’t much to talk about. The town has some mineral springs which had drinks from but apart from that it is an expensive rich persons resort town and as the two activities listed were unavailable to us on the day ( an elevator breakdown which our guide knew about but didn’t tell us about until we arrived and a trip to a lookout on very crowded public buses that did not eventuate ) we simply walk around the town for four hours then drove back to Prague. Bad luck aside it’s not a terribly interesting place but it’s a day outside of the city
- 309debram00Our experienceBus was enjoyable with great history using ear phone. Drivers were very helpful. Wish it ran a bit more often. At one pint we waited an hr
- 698kirsteni00Great guide, great organisation and amazing baroque ossuary!Really incredible opportunity to see the ossuary at Kutna Hora and two of the churches key to the region's development. The bone church is stunning and I really liked that photos were not allowed, as it meant everyone moved around the space thoughtfully and fluidly. Our guide, Eva, gave lots of context and information about the mining industry in the area and our lovely driver Ivan got us there and back safe and sound. Amazing day!

Our guide, Sasinka, for the half day tour was very knowledgable on Prague and its history. He also demonstrated his knowledge of 8 different languages whilst on the tour.
Unfortunately even though we booked a English tour, the company put the English and German groups together. This was described as the company policy. This meant that Sasinka was carrying out the explanations twice, once in English and in German. When on the bus, this resulted in on occasion, sights were missed, as introductions were late. When walking around, this also meant that we were standing around, whilst all the explanations were completed. Would have been ok in the Summer, but as this was in January, left us getting cold in some places.
Sasinka was a great guide, its just a shame he was booked to do two at the same time. Rating would have been much higher, had it been a single language tour.

Dear Pradeep,
thank you for taking the time to share your experience and your kind words about our guide Jakub.
Tour runs in one language only in case that we have fully booked bus in one language but otherwise we normally do bilingual tours (this information is provided). We are really sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations. Despite this experience, I hope that you spent a great time in the Czech Republic.
Yours Sincerely,
Nicole

We were on tour number one led by Lasidlav. He was very good at giving information to our group, despite the challenge of two different languages to contend with. He kept the tour moving at all times to ensure we fitted everything in, but we never felt rushed. Overall, a great tour guide and a really enjoyable way to spend our first day in Prague.

It was really straight forward for pick up, we had a really lovely guide called Ladislav and we headed to the first part of the tour on bus where it was a little hard to hear Ladislav talk due to cobbled roads so would advise you sit close to him!
We then went up to Castle and had a walk round before heading down towards the river and famous clock, Ladislav was really knowledgeable so we found out lots of about city!
Finally was the boat tour, we sat outside and grabbed a complimentary blanket before ordering some drinks, I had mulled wine but the boyfriend would recommend grog..hot rum drink the fisherman used to sip...very strong but tasty!
The tour was value for money and I would recommend highly 👌

40 euros is a too high price for this tour. The gid told few facts about the city and the buildings. It is better:
1) to buy a written guide for a walking tour or use of many apps for a phone and explore the city on your own
2) buy a separate river cruise

Fantastic experience, especially if you have a limited amount of time. Our guide Ladislav S. was so knowledgeable and friendly, he answered our questions and was incredibly engaging. Prague is a beautiful city, and this tour was the perfect balance of seeing as much as possible in just a few hours while also not feeling rushed. Thank you so much Ladislav!

We were extremely disappointed with this tour. First, we booked a full English tour and were put on a tour that was half Italian/half English. This would not have been a big deal if it was actually half/half. The problem was that the tour was about 70% in Italian and the 30% in English was very hard to understand. Our guide Jana has only started learning English for the last 2 years so her english was very limited. I command her for trying to learn a new language but she should have NEVER been put on as a guide for a FULL tour in English. Her explanations/information in Italian was much more complete compared to what we got in English. I myself understand Italian so I knew for a fact that her guide in English was unacceptable.
Second, please be aware that this is more of a walking tour even though the description states “Transport by air-conditioned minivan”. We were walking 85% of the time when the minivan could have easily picked us up to drive us to the next destination.
Third, the river cruise was on an overcrowded old boat. There were not enough seats on top so we had to go down to the bottom and could not see anything. The audio guide, which last about 10 minutes, did not even match what we were passing and our tour guide was only seating without any sort of attempt to explain anything to her English speaking customers. She basically took an hour break. I could not wait for the cruise to end.
We had to book another tour that afternoon and my group truly found out how much information she was not able to tell us due to her limited knowledge of the English language.
I always use Tripadvisor/Viator to book my activities and was surprised that this quality of a tour was even bookable on their site. I contacted them to report my issue and was very disappointed with their lack of resolution. They offered to give me the same tour for the next day which was not possible since we were leaving at 6AM. I was open to a partial refund or credit but received an email from them stating that the tour company said that the tour was in both languages so they couldn’t offer me anything. Obviously, that’s not what I booked since mine was a “Full Tour In English”….I also took videos of the tour so that I could provide them if needed but was never asked.
Bottom line - please save your money and book another tour.

What a wonderful way to see Prague. We did this tour on the first full day of our visit, and it was a great way to get our bearings and have a real sense of the size and scale of Prague, and make plans for the rest of the week. Our guide, Martina, was superb. She was knowledgeable and full of stories, and very willing to answer questions and make recommendations. I highly recommend this tour.

What a blast this was! In a remarkably efficient 4 hours we got to see how the various city components (Old Town, New Town, et al) fit together, took a walk through key city squares, then boated down the river. And don't forget the castle! Awesome visit to the fairy castle atop the hill.
Our guide, Landislav Stoupa, spoke eloquently in English, seemed to know everything about the sites and their thousand year history, and added a measure of flavor to all we saw. It's quite an accomplishment to weave together the mosaic of sites and history that are the tapestry of Prague. Mr. Stoupa did just that, and it was a delight.

We booked this tour online and found the start point/pick up point easily.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and the half day tour was the perfect length to see all the main sites in Prague.
We found the castle stop to be a little rushed, with little free time to explore or take pictures. If you want to do a tour of the castle you will have to return or book this separately as you don't get that much time there.
Overall the tour was good, the only reason for 4 stars was that the 'cruise' was a little disappointing and was crammed with people.

Our Guide was excellent and we really enjoyed the part of the tour that was in his hands.
We were also really lucky and grateful that after narrowly missing the date we booked the previous day we were allowed to join the following day. So kudos to the tour organiser for his kindness.
The tour took in all the main attractions of the old town, castle and castle town as well as the small town.
The boat trip element was less pleasing as entry to the boat was confusing, one minute our tour was allowed through the next the other passengers rushed forward and the boat operator left us hanging about. It was difficult to follow the recorded commentary it didn't seem yo run in sinc with the boats progress. Our Guide was happy to answer questions though. It was a 4 hour tour on a freezing day and no snacks were available to buy on the boat for lunch. You could purchase drinks however.
