Fabulous Walking Tour with Alzbeta

We just finished a wonderful walking tour with Alzbeta! She was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Prague, with fascinating history and stories about every place we visited. She was just lovely, funny, and spoke excellent English. It was like having an local insiders perspective that you would never get from a book or audio guide. The tour started on the Charles Bridge, through Lesser Town, up to the Castle and Church, then back down to Old Town. We very very highly recommend starting your trip with this tour and Alzbeta, as we not only learned and saw so much, we also now feel like we have a great sense of the city and how to best plan our upcoming week.

Great tour

Buma was our tour and she was lots of fun and very knowledgable and considerate of the group. There was 14 of us and she made sure we all got what we wanted from the walking tour as well as toilet and drink stops on way to castle. Tour lasted a little longer (4.5 hours) and was well worth the price. Great way to get round the major landmarks and get a feel of the city. We did it on our first day in Prague which was a great idea. Would definitely recommend.

A great way to explore and get your bearings
We absolutely loved our walking tour with 'Buma'. The weather was horrific to begin with and we were totally unprepared...do not believe the forecast! However, as we crossed the bridge, the clouds parted and the howling wind died down...heaven. Buma looked after our group of 15 brilliantly, pointing out water stops, toilet options and making sure that everyone could keep up. She was soooo knowledgeable and kept everyone interested. We did this on our first full day and it really helped us get our bearings for the rest of our stay. I would highly recommend this.

Best of Praque
We joined the "Best of Praque" tour arranged by the "Fun in Praque" agency.
Martin, or guide was, very knowledgeable and very good company. The tour started and ended, with a boat trip, at Křížovnické náměstí (located on the side of Charles bridge) next to the statue of Charles IV.
It was a really nice tour (we were extremely lu
cky with the weather and the crowds in Juli 2020)
We paid the tour in advance, by international bank transfer, and there was no problems at all.
I'm happy to recommend "Fun in Praque" and Martin to everyone!

We only had 2 of us on this tour which made it better. Anna was our guide and she was very knowledgeable! We took the tram up to the castle and walked down. It was a cold day and she tried her best to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks Anna!

A very interesting and informative tour. Maybe not for you though if you have trouble walking or you have small children with you as it's four hours long. Anna, our guide, was very friendly and answered any questions we had whilst taking us over Charles Bridge, through the streets of Prague, on a tram to Prague Castle (which isn't actually a castle but still very impressive), through parks and the Jewish part of Old Town and finally on to the Old Town Square. We saw various monuments and statues on our route and learned why each one was there and the relevance they had to the Prague of today. All in all it was a great tour and I would definitely recommend it.

A great way to begin

This tour was extremely comprehensive for its short duration. Our English-speaking guide, Andrea, was informative, enthusiastic and added details that we could not have ever discovered on our own. In the Palace area, we even stood on a carved rock structure that resonated sound in an uncanny manner when we spoke. Of course, the Charles Bridge, St. Vitus Cathedral and many other sights were included.
Clearly a great way to start a visit to Prague with later, more detailed exploration of other sights visited. Thanks, Andrea.!
