About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- TrushamRed0 contributionsWonderful view of Charles Bridge and the city.Charles Bridge is very, very busy whereas the Tower is much less so,and therefore worth a visit. The stairs are steep, but the views of both the bridge and the city are well worth the climb. An unexpected delight.Written September 11, 2024
- Trek209792966770 contributionsOne of the best museums in EuropeWhat a fabulous museum, one of the best after visiting many cities. The building is magnificent and the exhibits are fascinating, you could easily spend at least half a day there, excellent value for money.Written August 30, 2024

- piyushm3530 contributionsGood tour but tiring climb to Prague CastleKnowledgeable and engaging tour guide who shared a lot of historical information. The walk up to Prague Castle was exhausting (we expected a tram ride as mentioned on the web site). By the time we reached the castle, we were so tired we left for home. We re-visited Prague castle the next day at our own leisure.Written August 25, 2024
- KevSF7770 contributionsIncredible, beautiful and rich history to experienceIncredible rich and important history. So thankful Prague preserved it. Amazing to witness. Younger generations of all people should see and learn the history, especially with all the disgusting antisemitism in today’s world. Highly recommend!Written August 11, 2024
- Nomad2617870 contributionsGreat guided tour. Worth the time and costGreat guide with a detail history of the Jewish quarter. Very knowledgable, very articulate with a great method for discussing a very rich and deep history that all but vanished after WW2.Written August 8, 2024

- megan_stewarttt1550 contributionsFelt like I was in Night at the Museum! This museum is one of the better ones I have been to when on holiday. Lots of interesting exhibits, my favourite had to be the animals from around the world exhibits! Something for everyone and when using the app it was great to get an audio guide of the exhibits!Written July 31, 2024
- SSikora860 contributionsReally nice tour of the Jewish QuarterReally nice tour, excellent tour operator who was very nice. The group wasn’t too big which was great. We overall enjoyed the tour and would recommend for anyone without a small child. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 rating is because perhaps I shouldn’t have taken my little one on the tour as she’s a bit young and it wasn’t that enjoyable for me as it could have been. Not the tour operators fault, this is my own fault.Written July 25, 2024
- Aaron T0 contributionsThought we were getting moreWe were able to skip the line, but there wasn't much more than that. Purchased the audio guide that did not even match the exhibits. It had missing sections and not in the correct order. This audio guide was from this company and not the official guide of the Prague Castle.Written July 24, 2024
- Harrisfc0 contributionsJewish quarter visitThe Jewish quarter walking tour was very interesting. The guide we had was informative with the perfect balance of seriousness when discussing topics and humour. It was great to see all 4 synagogues that Prague had with stunning architecture and the trip was also very moving. Will definitely return to the quarter when visiting Prague again.Written July 23, 2024
- 508reneer0 contributionsRough start, but something not to missI wish I realized that we had selected our tour time before we arrived, and had the option to add the the additional town hall and under ground tour, with our original ticket to plan better for the time needed for this tour. The guide was very knowledgeable, but we did not realize that we needed our phones for the audio guild, and felt a little uncomfortable having to sign in to my email on the streets of Prague. It was truly a nice experience, once on our way, and I would recommend adding the town hall and underground tour , to the time spent hereWritten July 16, 2024
- Vickioli0 contributionsVery interesting! This was a great tour that gave us all the information needed about the clock. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. The weather wasn’t great that day so we spent most of the time inside the building. The views were amazing from top of the tower! Overall it was a nice tour and I’d recommend it.Written June 22, 2024
- adamzeealj0 contributionsNot a great experienceI took this tour and what it basically comes down to is the tour guide. Our tour guide I never caught her name, red head, she really dropped the ball. She became judgemental and irrated with an older man and became very defensive. She talked too fast and never attempted to ensure that those on the tour had any specific needs (hearing issues for instance). This is my 4th tour and the worst one so far. Avoid this guide. It started downhill right from the beginning with the guy who was suppose to be organizing each group,Written June 21, 2024
- THOMASFROMDAMASCUS0 contributions...more than 600 years thus making it the oldest astronomical clock in the world which is still operational....One of the most famous tourist sites in Prague is its Prague Astronomical Clock. It is attached to the Old Town Hall in Prague’s Old Town Square. I understand that it was first mounted in 1410, making it the third oldest astronomical clock in the world. It has been in continuous operation for more than 600 years thus making it the oldest astronomical clock in the world which is still operational. On the hour large crowds of tourist assemble in front of this celebrated clock to hear its chimes and movements and the parade of the Apostles. But I found it was more interesting to read about the two main parts. The upper colorful circle is the astrolabe, and the lower circle is the Calendar Board. Just as an example of this extra knowledge there are three sets of numbers on the main dial: Roman numerals; Gothic numerals and Arabic numerals, many tourists never notice this major item. Finally, I found the best time to view this famous astronomical clock is in the early morning around eight am, long before the crowd’s line up in front of this famous clock.Written June 19, 2024

Under other circumstances, this tour would be definitely worth taking. However, long queues firstly getting into Prague Castle and then some of the internal attractions meant that of the +/- 2.5 hours the tour took probably 75 mins was spent standing in lines. The tour guide did a good job of keeping up an illuminating commentary via a radio link while we were waiting, but eventually she ran out of words. Once inside the guide had to constantly rush us through the various churches and halls to keep to the tour schedule. At the end we were cold, fed-up of standing around and disappointed with the haste with which we were shepherded through the interesting bits.
Recommendation: do not take this tour when there are a lot of tourists in Prague, ie check out the queue length for getting into the castle before booking.

Dear client,
we are very sorry that you were disappointed. However, there is nothing we can do about the queues. The security check is compulsory for everyone and Prague is a popular city among tourists especially around this time of the year. We hope you had a great time in Prague anyway.

A fantastic tour! Our guide Jakob was most generous with his time and sharing his knowledge (despite the frequent interruptions of some on the tour - his patience is to be commended!). Young children were made to feel welcome without disruption to the tour quality. A great introductory tour to Prague Castle (and valuable lessons on how to get around in Prague). Thanks Jakob for a great afternoon.

The tour is sold on not needing to wait in line for tickets and such, there was zero queues when we went on our tour so that selling point is a bit redundant, however, I’d highly recommend doing this tour just for the knowledge of the tour guide. Mischa was incredible kept us all going at a leisurely pace so it didn’t feel like a full day chore or that you’re scared to miss anything rushing around. The castle is beautiful but having the history of the buildings given to you from mischa made it very worth while choosing this tour. Highly recommend

I had an amazing guide who had so much information on anything, was so unbelievably friendly and she had really interesting anecdotes. The tour started on time and everything was well organised. I had a small group around 15 so it felt very personal. I had a fantastic time and learned so much that I would not have been able to pick up online. Would definitely recommend!!!
The only feedback I would give is that if the tour started half an hour or an hour earlier it would have given us more time to go round the Golden Lane and the tower. This is because by the time we finished I only got round one room in the tower ( there are at least two) and was kicked out due to it being closing time and a couple of the shops had already shut. To be honest the golden lane was not my favourite part of the tour so don’t let that discourage you.
Thank you so much!!

We had a wonderful tour with Misha yesterday. At first I was worried because the starting group was very large, however this was broken into two manageable groups. We were lucky to have Misha who was a wealth of knowledge. She catered to everyone’s needs and made the tour fun and informative. You could feel her passion for the history of the city and it just made us want to learn more. I wish all my tour guides were like Misha because she was truly amazing.

Having a limited amount of time to spend in Prague we chose utilize a guided tour of the very large Prague Castle rather than tackle it on our own. Our guide Mischa met us on the Old Town side of the Charles Bridge and subsequently led a fun, lively, and educational tour of the bridge and Prague Castle area. Mischa’s insight and knowledge of the surrounding area, Czech history, and current events led to us having a wonderful learning experience which enriched our Prague experience. We highly recommend anyone searching for a worthwhile Prague Castle tour, sing up for this one.

This tour was great, our guide was knowledgeable and funny. The meeting place (St. Charles statue by the bridge) was busy but we easily found our guide. The tour stops for a snack and toilet so remember to bring money for food and access to the facilities (always throws off Americans). Prague Castle is a huge complex - be prepared to walk through a small city, much of it on cobble stones and on inclines. After the tour stopped in the castle we were free to explore the grounds.

Since the ticket holders were divided into languages, we we’re assigned Misa (pronounced mee-sha). She was very knowledgeable, her voice projected well, and her sense of humor was the icing on the cake. The castle tour was especially interesting and well worth the price of admission. Even though Misa kept up a brisk pace, she made sure no one was left behind. My wife, who is pretty frugal, even said halfway through the tour, “Make sure you give her a good tip.” I was already thinking the same thing!

Today, I was lucky enough to have a great tour guide for a 2.5 hour Prague Castle Tour. It actualy lasted closer to 3.5 hours, but no one in the group was complaining.
I've taken tours in a lot of places. Maria is a standout above the rest! Her historical knowledge was off the charts. She had a good sense of humor and she watched out for the group. Not sure if there was anything that could have been improved on to be honest.
Wow, did I just say all that?
Anyway, highly recomended!

How many people are in the tour? Is it a huge tour group?
Written February 28, 2020
Hi Daphne, we were only 3 people in our tour, but that's because we spoke Spanish. The groups had more than 10 people as we observed. However, the tour is excellent!! Our tour guide answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable.

Where is the exact meeting point on Charles Bridge? I read from an answer it was in front of the statue which one?
Written October 13, 2019
Charles' statue is on the east side of the river (bridge), coming from the plaza of the big clock. The castle will be on the other side of the river.

We need a ticket to be able to take photos. Is the photo ticket included in the price or do we need to purchase those separately?
Written August 26, 2019
You can take pictures of the Castle, no problem. I believe that there are 1 or 2 areas where no one is allowed to take pictures.
You may have heard about buying a "photo license" to take pictures, but that's not for the Castle; it's for a library that's further West than the Castle; I have not seen this library but heard that the cost of the visit + photo license is too high for what the library has to offer.
