We were part of a Small Group doing a Saturday Afternoon Tour. We visited the Old Town Brewery, New Town Brewery and The Lod Pivovar Floating Brewery.

At the First Two, we sampled Dark and Light Pilsners as well as Cut (Mixed Light and Dark) beers as well as a Liquor made from Beer at the Old Town Brewery. At Lod PIvovar there was also Pale Ale available as well as a number of Czech snacks.

Our guide gave a great insight into the breweries, beer history and culture plus interesting information about Prague and the Czech people.

One thing to note is that the itinerary says 'Unlimited Beer' at the last location. What this means is unlimited to the end of the tour (Approx three hours from the start), but that is a good amount of beers anyway,

After our tour we spent a couple of extra hours with our Guide just drinking and chatting.

A Great Tour, highly recommended.

Knowing that Prague has quite a few breweries, we thought it a bit difficult knowing which ones make their own beer, and where to go to get to taste a few different ones. Luckily we found this tour while searching on google for bereweries, and we were able to book us in on a sunday. We had a lovely time. The guy that took us around was very friendly and knew his ways in beermaking, the historical landmarks and of course where to go to enjoy a few beers that are only available at the very place where they make it. Just what we wanted! For the thirsty visitor, it is possible to have quite a few beers during the three hour tour (and even a few more after that), so we think it is a tour that isuitable for different types and needs. We had a lovely time! /Katrin and Tomas, Sweden

We were shown around three micro breweries by Jan, who did an amazing job. Of the 3-4 tours we did in Prague, Jan was by far the best guide. Knowledgeable, personable, and led a great experience. The beer was good and the food at the end was delicious and much more substantial than we were expecting. We were a group of 6 adults and we did not end up needing a dinner that night.

I would recommend more for the casual beer fan than the home brewer/connoisseur, but for us, it didn’t miss the mark.

Three breweries that were NOT Pilsner Urquel in three distinctly different Prague breweries. Our guide Zoltan was knowledgable about all the beer and a fair bit of history in the neighborhoods we walked through. He was also a lot of fun. We got the full experience even though we got lost finding the meet up point a d were a bit late. We would definitely recommend this tour.

I went on this tour with my wife and it turned out very personal as we were the only two people on it. Sorry but we can't remember the name of our guide, but we most can certainly remember that he was an excellent and very well informed guide for our tour.
He took us to 3 different breweries which all had their own restaurants attached to them. At the first brewery he gave us the basics and must follow rules of brewing a Czech beer, very interesting it was and not only did we get to sample 3 different beers but we got a certificate as well.
Brewery number 2 included multiple tasting of their beers, all the time our guide kept us entertained not only about the Czech beer scene but also about other aspects of Czech culture.
The final brewery we visited not only gave us 3 of their beers to try, we also got beer snacks to eat which were excellent. This brewery was on a boat and we were also treated to a traditional 3 piece Czech band playing.
All in all a thoroughly enjoyable trip and highly recommended.

Had a great time on our tour, tour guide was very informative and answered all our questions with humor. Vojta, our guide met us at the door and our tour started right away. Gave us an option for our last brewery which was great, portion sizes were more than expected and all tasted great. Will do tour again when back in Prague.
