On time pickup. Courteous and safe driver. We had drop offs at 2 different terminals, and I think the driver was,ess than thrilled about that, but otherwise an excellent experience. Would recommend.

We had an excellent experience with our arrival transfer so decided to book it again for our departure . The departure driver was extremely rude to the point I wanted to cancel. He complained that he has an expensive car and didn’t want to put both our checked in luggage in his trunk of car. 2 normal size suitcases under 20kg . I had booked for 2 people for airport how silly of me to think luggage was the norm. Mind you, his trunk was full of bakery items. So he eventually rearranged his groceries so we could fit our luggage in and placed all bakery goods on top of our luggage, which then after the journey had tipped out into trunk and crumbs all over luggage. The journey to airport was very awkward from the initial greeting

The service was excellent. It was very easy to book online. The driver was waiting for us when we got off the plane. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver from the airport didn’t speak much English but he was friendly. The driver from the hotel to the airport was great, pointing out sites as we drove and gave a little history. We would highly recommend!

We prepaid and booked a van to pick us up at the airport and it never showed up. We had 2 small children and grandparents in our party. Our flight had been delayed but we had been in touch with the company several times by phone to keep them updated and they had the flight number to track our arrival time. When we arrived at the airport We had received no information about our car being delayed so we called an agent and they said a car could come in about 20 minutes. Then after a second call with the company they said they actually had no car available! It was late at night so we had to book 2 taxis for a higher cost with no child seats. The company simply said sorry but we had to ask for a refund, they did not offer this. We live in Prague and have used this company many times but there have been increasing issues (no car seats, late pick ups), poor safety standards etc. The company used to be excellent but they have gotten consistently worse over the years and we will not use them again. They simply can not be trusted to actually be there for pick up. To be clear, This is the third time that we have pre booked an airport pick up with this company that has failed to show up!

We were super fast getting through Prague airport so our driver wasn't there immediately to meet us but he and the company contacted us to say he'd be there shortly. He was, and the shared journey was great! The bottles of water and guidebook, map and walking-tour voucher were added bonuses. This was an excellent transfer that I highly recommend.

Booked a shared airport transfer to my hotel online. Even though my flight was late the driver was waiting when I arrived at the arrivals lobby. It was a quick ride to the hotel. On the return trip the car arrived early (which was good by me) and the trip to the airport was uneventful. The price each way was much better than the prices offered by the hotel. Would book again.

We used Prague Airport Transfer with the option 'minivan, 8 people - for 990 czk' and was very happy with the service! It seemed to have been a small misunderstanding where we were supposed to be picked up, but the driver called us and solved the 'problem' really quick. We got help with our luggage from the friendly chauffeur, and at the car we were provided with both water, a tour guide book and a map. There was a quick ride (25-30 minutes) to our hotel in central Prague, and when we a few days later booked a ride back we got the same driver again.

Every driver was professional and friendly , as a mom traveling with her daughter we felt totally safe and comfortable. One of our trips there was an accident on the road ahead of us on a narrow road, the driver got out and carried our packages and personally escorted us to our hotel lobby a couple of blocks away, now that is customer service!!! We used them multiple times during our stay in Prague. 100% recommend this company!!

Our driver was excellent. We had luggage missing so it took us extra time to get out. We were so relieved to see him waiting for us with a big smile. Enjoyable conversation on way to hotel. He had so many great suggestions. Highly recommend

So easy to book online. Martin was there to meet us after passing through customs. Very easy to find with sign board. Van was clean, free bottles of water provided and a map of Prague and info booklet. We had difficulties with our phone service, so Martin was good, to call our accomodation for us and check they were going to be there to meet us. Arrived safely and Martyn pointed out attraction on drive from Airport. Made our arrival Stress free. Thankyou Martin.

You can book with confidence with this company, everything they promise on their site is genuine. We booked a return transfer between airport and city hotel in Prague and both trips were excellent. The drivers arrived on time and both were polite and professional and the taxis were spotlessly clean. Bottled water is provided both ways and a map and free sightseeing tour are offered during the journey to your hotel. We would definitely book again with this company again if we return to Prague. 5* from us.

The difference between a Good company and a Bad company is how they rectify errors and treat customers. This is a Bad company! Having booked a return trip to the airport and received an acknowledgement we expected a seamless transfer. Unfortunately although the driver was in the hotel lobby as we checked out it seems he didn't bother to ensure that the first person to approach him was actually his correct passenger and departed. After a short while we called the company who checked and admitted the error but then told us they couldn't help and all we could do was take public transport to the airport!! To make matters worse, when the incorrect passenger paid the driver we received the invoice by email saying we had paid. Mistakes happen but to just brush a customer off without even trying to rectify the problem is disgusting and I would not recomment to anyone - use Bolt or Uber.

Amazing service; the driver was early, reminded me that is there via 2 messaging platforms, prepaid rates are fair (if you search other companies you be surprised what they charge) driver speaking English and friendly. The bottom line is I do recommend this service.
