Driver don’t come to correct address! Actually notified of arrival of driver by WhatsApp over 1 hour late! Hotel notified us of driver arrival!

Wonderful value and excellent service provided on our ride from and back to the airport. I highly recommend this service. Booked online with ease and the drivers were always there early awaiting our arrivals. Very good drivers - safe and friendly!

Excellent service, very good communication, you get the driver name, vehicle, vehicle registration, their WhatsApp. Very prompt, smartly dressed and vehicles very clean. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

For the second year running, this service was a disappointment. The driver arrived 20 minutes late, forcing us to call customer service and wait on hold for 10-15 minutes. Despite advertising that the driver would meet us with a name sign and provide water and a map, none of these promises were fulfilled. While the driver was polite, the delay and lack of advertised amenities were frustrating. We ended up using a hotel-arranged taxi for our return, which was punctual and reliable. I wouldn’t recommend this service due to its repeated lateness and failure to deliver as promised.

Easy to book online, driver arrived on time and even gave us bits of historic information on the way. Very friendly and would highly recommend.

Amazing service with regular updates and all the info set out clearly. 15 Euros cheaper than hotel transfer. The service also also included a free guide book and a free walking tour voucher from Old Town Square. I was so impressed I also booked return from hotel. I had paid for my private hire and it was all correct and confirmed. The day we was leaving, they wasn’t there too pick us up on our time slot we chose. Turns out they didn’t have a driver for us and had to get someone else to collect us 40 mins later , luckily we made our flight.

Excellent driver & vehicle. our driver met us outside of the baggage claim area at the airport, assisted with our luggage & drove us directly to our hotel. Communicated well and provided us with tour information & literature on things to see in the city of prague.
