Went here for dinner with friends and overall, we all enjoyed it. Happy hour between 5 &7 meant we had cheaper cocktails and beers. Our server Kate was fun and enthusiastic and patient while we chose are meals and cocktails. The music videos are fab with lots of memorabilia on display and this place is set over 3 floors, so could get busy. The burgers were cooked as requested, but one portion of frys were cold. These were replaced with fresh. My issue was with the 16oz ribeye. Although it looked amazing, once I'd got into it, 1/3 of it was fat and gristle. Not what I want from an expensive steak. Kate suggested that ribeye was like that when I commented on what I had left.
Having room for a dessert, I ordered the Apple cobbler. It was massive. At least 6 inches square! Anyway, I powered through it and felt very fat afterwards. Not cheap for Prague, but makes a change if you like Americana.
After dinner we wandered round the shop and my friends bought t-shirts for their family (starting at £30).

We were on a hen party.. around 18 of us in total, on arrival we were quickly shown to our table, and given menus. Now bearing in mind this Hard Rock Cafe was 3 floors there were numerous other parties in too, the service was outstanding. Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout meal. And also let ya pay separate for our own food & drink as other establishments weren’t willing to do this for ya whilst we were there. Also even in the gift shop again the staff were friendly to wards us all. Was my first trip to a Hard Rock Cafe and certainly won’t be my last.

We love the hard rock so much! The service was amazing everyone was very friendly, we were sat down instantly. Lovely vibe and amazing food as always !
