Waste of time and money
Don't expect hotel pickup even if mentioned as an option on the description of tour. After requesting it in advance when booking was told to email or call to confirm prior to tour. Emails unanswered and told on phone call 'we don't offer hotel pick up'.
Most of tour is spent in mini van travelling (sometimes somewhat dangerously) to/from Vienna.
Only shown a few sites in Vienna. In fact we saw nicer landmarks only briefly as we were leaving the city. If only we'd had the chance to check these out earlier. Time wasted on useless walk around certain sites. Then given short amount of time to eat for the day and make own way around key attractions.
There is no way you can see sufficient sites in Vienna on this trip and not organised or guided well enough to make the most of time you do have... Not worth they money or time.

Waste of Time and a Bit Dangerous
Sep 2018 • Couples
We booked this tour to be on a trip with several couples and get a nice relaxing tour day in/on way of Vienna from Prague. It was a very poor choice, one incident away from a disaster.
First the tour guide, Edward (sp?) was rude and was not fluent in English. I speak a little Russian which let me pick up some of the Czech that he and the driver spoke incessantly. Also let me understand an argument they had with another Grey Line tour guide before we left. The tour guide needed a shower and to wash his hair-he had body odor and was often scratching his greasy hair. Hygiene needed buddy.
Unfortunately, we were the only ones on the tour. It was in a Mercedes mini bus which was ok. The tour started with the tour guide saying "We go now" and walking away.
The drive is very long and they took many "shortcuts". The highways are 2 lane divided ones, so passing requires getting in the oncoming traffic lane. Our driver did that many times and it was dangerous as hell. Honestly thought we would have a wreck a few times. Drove like a stupid teenager though he was clearly in his 60s.
There was no stop for lunch, just one stop to use the restroom and get a drink (15 minutes); same going and coming.
When we got to Vienna the guide pointed out some landmarks like the Ringstrasse and we stopped to use the restroom at the Hundertwasser house for 15 minutes. Then we went to the Hofburg. There was a 20 minutes very hurried walking tour which had little info at all, and instructions to meet back at the var at 5PM (this was approx 1PM).
We made our own tour and visited the Hapsburg mausoleum, the Hofburg collection with the crown jewels and St. Stephen's Cathedral.
We eventually met back with the "guide" (in quotes since he sucked at being a guide) at 5. We asked him what he did during the 3-4 hours and he said "waited for you". Rude.
The drive back was hair raising. Very reckless driving by the driver who clearly just wanted to just get home. We felt like this tour was another bad experience that let us learn and have a story in the future.
Summary: This tour sucks, don't do it. Vienna is huge and requires more time to appreciate at best. Why pay to risk your life with bad driving and a rude smelly pretend tour guide? Better to not go at all.

Great tour!
Eva was our wonderful tour guide, and we really enjoyed our day trip to Vienna! Learned a lot of history and had some time to explore the city’s monuments, eat a traditional lunch, and have Viennese dessert!
