- pano_cha_da0 contributionsFailed transferI booked through MyTransfers because we are arriving in Malpensa Airport evening time and I wanted a convenient ride for my family. However, the driver didn’t understand our situation and didn’t wait for us. The company should understand that there are circumstances that we could not control. There was a delay in our landing because of a certain situation in the tarmac. Upon landing it took a while before we were allowed to deplane. During this time I sent a message to the driver through WhatsApp regarding our situation, but didn’t see my message. As we were lining up at the immigration, the driver called me at 10:11 pm. I reiterated that the 60-minute waiting period shall apply upon landing and that he should understand because we were not allowed to deplane immediately. We have collected our luggage at 10:45 pm. I called 3x but no answer. In short, the service was not provided and we were ripped off. I won’t book through this company again, both for my personal trips and for my clients.Written August 24, 2024

Efficient, received a confirmation by email and a reminder the day before travel. Then on the day, no car arrived. It took 3 phone calls to the emergency number for them to finally admit no driver was available to take us. This left us having to make arrangements at very short notice to travel by train and ferry to our destination. Luckily we did not pre-pay for the car. Appalling service. - franciscoe1640 contributionsAwful service from mytransfers.com is a scamOur flight ended up delayed 3hrs out of Paris bound to Milan. The driver never showed up, we had to take a bus to the city. There is no information before you book the service that after 45min delay the company will not render the service. Now they do not want to make a full refund for a service not rendered. This is a scam company not adjusted to the actual needs of travel.Written June 24, 2023
