We(12 of us) booked day trip with Fattori Car Service and went into the countryside. Rome to Roman Castles Tour We visited Castel Gandolfo Lake, Ariccia & Nemi. We were able to explore each, have wonderful lunch and treats in each. Our drivers Ando & Mimmo were wonderful and it was the perfect day out of the city.

When booking transportation for our trip to Italy I was nervous to book all our rides with one company. After reading reviews I picked Fattori and another company. Do not book anyone other than Fattori! From the start Federica was very helpful with the bookings. We had a group of 11, arriving different times, heading to different locations in Italy. Saturday, 7 of us arrived in Rome. We were picked up by Neil and driven to Tuscany. There were issues finding the Villa, Neil called the caretaker a few times and clarified how to find the house. After a 7+ hour flight, almost 4 hour car ride, issues with finding the villa could have been very stressful, but Neil was calm and confident. Once we got to the actual road, we saw that it was a very narrow hilly road. Not ideal but Neil took it as an adventure and put us all at ease! Sunday 4 others were driven from Rome to Tuscany, while the 7 of us were picked up for Pisa by Francesco. He was amazing. That night him and Antonio were picking up all 11 of us for a vineyard. Francesco suggested we leave early and showed us San Gimignano. We all enjoyed it and appreciated the extra effort. The next day we were scheduled for Cinqueterre, but the weather was going to be bad, Francesco came up with a few different options for us if we wanted to do something else. We decided to brave the weather, so he messaged me a gameplan for our day there. They had umbrellas for all of us and tracked our location. At one point he couldn't see my location so checked in to see that we were OK. My 21 year old son sat up in front with Francesco for all the rides and enjoyed talking about anything and everything. He truly cared about making our experience enjoyable. The next day we had the other car service scheduled, they arrived late and when they saw the road called to say they refused to drive down it. They wanted us to walk the 1.5 miles down the hilly, bumpy road. We told them we could not as we also had elderly family with us. They left. I called Federica and the miracle worker had 2 vans picking us up within the hour! She also arranged for us to have a ride the following day. We would have missed out on a day in Florence and Venice if it was not for Federica! My family had a wonderful trip to Italy and appreciated all the help from Fattori, Federica and all the drivers!!

Love Rome. Can't wait to return. Our driver was waiting for us on time. This time we brought our granddaughter and her husband.

Fattori car service and the tour option we added on our transfer from Rome to the cruise port was one of the best decisions, absolutely fantastic! Communication was responsive and reassuring at each step. They assisted with payment options. The drive through the countryside was comfortable in an immaculate upscale vehicle and the stops we made to the well preserved castle and UNESCO tombs were some of our group’s favorite. We arrived right on time for our embarkation and our driver Carlo was thoughtful and courteous the entire trip.

Hands down the best car service we have had. Drivers were on time and dressed professionally. Cars were very nice. Both BMW’s. Our first driver provided water after we arrived in Rome. It was just what we needed. The drivers don’t speak English, but google translator made communicating easy. Claudio communicated through iMessage to let us know drivers had arrived, and he communicated throughout our trip to ensure we knew we had our reservation. Outstanding from start to finish.

We contacted this company as we were panicking how to reach Cascia from Rome. Trains and buses are super limited. Cascia is 138km from Rome and completely isolated. Its close to I possible unless you drive or part of an organised group/tour both TIME wise and MONEY wise. This company fixed a private tour for 3 people within the matter of a couple of hours for the next day, with pickup and drop off from behind the door of our hotel. Driver was super knowledgeable of the road, super careful, punctual and a really great guy.

From the minute I booked a driver to pick us up at the airport I received professional communication. Our pick up was exactly as planned. Our connecting flight was a little late. I texted the driver as soon as we landed. Once we received our luggage and exited our driver was waiting for us. He drove us to our Airbnb. The car was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend this service.

We used Fattori car service for our transfers between Rome airport FCO to Trastevere, and later on from a hard to find hotel in the city center. They were super easy to deal with (i used Whats App), punctual, had clean Mercedes vans, excellent drivers and were reasonably priced. when we arrived after a long flight, they were ready and waiting when we exited baggage claim, and showed up early for our return to the airport. in addition, they were super responsive. We had some poor transportation experiences during our time in Italy, so we appreciated Fattori even more for their excellent service. We will definitely use them again!

Claudio was wonderful… delayed flight, lost luggage and he was still there for us:) drive on was uneventful which is the best kind.

Very nice driver arrived late but got us to our hotel expeditiously. Efficient but nothing special for the price. I was expecting better air conditioning and to be met promptly at the appointed time. Car was clean and driver was very professional.

Fantastic company with very professional driver and staff. All communication was clear and responses were prompt. Driver was there on time in the designated waiting area. Picked up in a clean and brand new Mercedes E class with a truck large enough for two large suitcases a standard size carryon and two backpacks

The ride was smooth and got us to where we needed to go. However, the driver was not there when we were leaving the terminal. We were almost scammed by another driver pretending he was the driver we had booked. Luckily we didn't go with him; he left us and our luggage stranded far from the terminal. That left us to go back and try to find someone to help us reach the driver or the company to find out what had happened. This was unsuccessful and I was just trying to find the emails from the company when he showed up....about ONE HOUR LATE! No apology. Nothing. I asked him what happened and he just said "Traffic." This is his ONE job to know how long it takes to get there and pick us up! It was a very stressful start to our trip after a very long flight.
