Thoroughly enjoyable. Russell was an able and interesting speaker and captain. His connection to his Country was very obvious. The colours of the gorges and the sunset sky were amazing. I would suggest that it is better to wear sturdy shoes as you need to be able to clamber over rocks between the first and second gorges. It was fascinating to view 10000 year old rock paintings on the cliff face high above.
The meal, served after the completion of the second gorge tour, and a return across the rocks beneath the rock art, was spectacular - a choice from 3 main courses accompanied by a tasty ribbon salad followed the delicious flavours of first course. The flavours were quintessentially Australian, including paperbark smoked chicken, crocodile and char grilled kangaroo. Absolutely delicious. A truly enjoyable evening.

Wonderful afternoon and evening.
Professional from starting point throughout entire cruise.
Clear concise instructions at commencement of cruise .
Wonderful information throughout the cruise by Jamie who not only has a fantastic knowledge base but delivers it exceedingly well with a dry sense of humour .
Spectacular beautiful scenery.
Walk between boats to reach the different gorge..with some great aboriginal rock art .
Evening meal superb..recommend the barra however friends had the beef and described it as cooked to perfection.
Entree consisted of taste of crocodile, kangaroo, chicken smoked in bush herbs.
Dessert delicious.
One sparkling wine on arrival. Other drinks not included in price.
All to the sounds of Gurrumul..and didgeridoo by the chef and the beautiful setting
Staff and Jamie need to be commended as they work together well and provide a totally amazing evening.
Totally worth ever cent paid

Great cruise, great crew, loved the food, highly recommended. The entree was a tasty dish of Crocodile, Kangaroo, and chicken cooked in a traditional Aboriginal way. The main was a choice of tender steak, local Barramundi, or a vegetarian dish. The desert was a fantastic chocolate cake. A welcome drink was included in the price and additional drinks could be purchased. Because of the quantity of food I only managed to fit in one additional drink. An evening cruise not to be missed.

You need to book this early. Yes, it is expensive, but it's a unique experience and was made extra beautiful with a full moon rising over the water. Staff were most attentive. There is some walking involved between gorges so mobility is required. ( but it is mostly flat level surfaces) The best thing for us was that we had done the hike up to Pat's Lookout and Jedda's Rock during the day ( a long hot walk!) and were able to look up from the water and see the spots where we had been looking down into the gorge. What a spectacular place and an awesome experience!

First of all, this tour needs to be booked in advance. I think it only runs a couple of days a week and gets filled pretty quick. A driver and boat take you up the end of the first gorge. Then you must walk a little to a different boat but same driver, to go up the second gorge and back. Then you walk back to the first gorge where the dinner boat awaits. We used the same driver for that. The food was very good, the staff friendly and our driver knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour.

This is a magical experience. Watching the sunset as you cruise in the Katherine Gorge while partaking of scrumptious food. The stars come out and 100s of fruit bats move across the sky like a river. Servers were exceptional. Alcohol is extra, but the wine list is commendable. Do this if you can. You will not be disappointed.

Simply fabulous. This is a well organised and descriptive tour with a sensational dinner all cooked on the boat BBQ. Kangaroo and crocodile for entree. I had the Barramundi for main which was exceptional and followed by a yummy brownie. And the scenery is OMG. The gorge was formed 25 million years ago by earthquakes. There’s plenty of indigenous people history as well explained by a highly knowledgeable guide. A must do tour!

If you are visiting Katherine Gorge, then this is one of the best ways to experience a gorge cruise followed by a surreal dining experience on board a barge that would rival silver service restaurants. Tour guide was good and the local stories he told us relating to the gorge interesting and entertaining.

Cannot put into works this experience. The sheer beauty of Katherine Gorge with an enchanting evening on the water and fine dining.

A truly exceptional experience. The colours of the gorges are beautiful in the fading daylight. Dinner food and service were excellent. Loved the lights shone on the cliffs as we floated along during dinner. Very special.
