Professional, the driver was waiting when we arrived. Professional and friendly. Vehicle was clean and air conditioned. The ride was relaxing and the driver even gave us suggestions for our time Guanacaste. The driver who picked us up for our departure was impeccable be arrived early and took is to several local markets for liquor and souvenirs. Oh did I mention they have very competitive prices. We also booked this company for our trip to La Fortuna/Tabacon Spa Resort. Wonderful experience all around.

Professional, safe, and on time. Our driver took the time to show us wildlife on the trip to the hotel. He even pulled over on the way so we could get out and see a howler monkey in the trees. The kids loved it, and I think it created additional excitement for everyone. We were also able to make a stop at a local grocery store to get items needed for the week. The same driver picked us up again for the travel back to the airport at the end of our trip. Quick note - upon arrival into the Liberia airport, look for your driver to be standing outside the airport with maroon shirt, and your name on a sign. We thought he would be inside, so it created minor confusion, but was cleared quickly. Drop off at airport for departure was seamless too. Great trip.

We had Erick as our driver and he was wonderful! Our flight was delayed and he was following our flight info, so reached out as soon as we landed to let us know he was waiting. He asked if we wanted to stop at grocery store or restaurant and we did for sunscreen and quick snack. He pulled over along the way for a beautiful vista of the sunset! We asked him about other tours and booked another excursion for later in the week.

Everything was flawless and easy. Not much more needs to be said. Driver was polite and got us to the hotel in good time.

I am glad I found Guanacaste Viajes. I booked transportation to and from Liberia Airport to Dreams Las Mareas and they were on time and very nice. I enjoyed speaking with Jose Fernandez, he is very informative and keeps you entertained. Would Absolutely Recommend !

Eddy was wonderful!! Highly recommend. He even stopped at the super market for us on our way to the resort we were staying at. He also was very informative.

We arrived late due our flight being delayed but our driver waited. He was easy to find with the sign. The minivan was clean and our driver safe. The communication was excellent with driver information provided before the trip.

Was able to connect via email prior to coming. We worked out how to recognize each other and they had a sign. Just arriving to a foreign place can be nerve racking but it was smooth as can be. Took the hour + ride to the JW Marriott without any issues.

We travelled 3 times with Errick to the Dreams, then to another resort then back to the Liberia airport, with our toddler and young baby. He arrived early each time so we never had to wait. Though English was limited, he did his best to tell us about what was around us. Car seats weren’t as expected by North American standards so we did what we could to keep our kids safe. I highly recommend using this company. The driver that picked us up from the airport was patient and greeted us with much needed cold water. he was very engaging and professional. A safe and respectful driver. The return trip the driver greeted us with a smile and even arrived early. Kept the car cool and comfy the entire journey.

Easy booking and payment online. Driver details sent via email closer to the trip. Driver was there ahead of time waiting. The company/Manuel is responsive (WhatsApp and phone call) and was extremely flexible to accommodate changes (the night before) due to our flight cancelation, stress free.

We used Guanacaste Viajes and Tours for our transportation from the airport to Los Lagos Spa and Resort, then from Los Lagos to Dreams las Mareas and then for a 3rd time from Dreams to the airport. All 3 times had Carlos as our driver who was always early and made sure we made it to our destination safely. We were a group of 8 and this company had much better pricing than the hotel. The van was very nice and clean, would definitely recommend this company for hotel transportation.
