I would never use this group just based on my experience with their customer service. I just booked a pick up with them on Viator for June. The pick up point shows Christchurch international airport. I got a response from them saying that pick up must be from a domestic flight and that I should "not book with this kind of misleading information"??? If I mistakenly booked an international pick up, a simple "I'm sorry, but this is only for domestic pick ups" would have been fine. I have no idea what I "mislead " them about. We have booked dozens of airport pick ups and tours through Viator and have never had such a rude response. I was kind of shocked to receive such a rude and unprofessional response to a booking.

We travel all over the world and we’ve used TripAdvisor/Viator on several occasions over the past several years.. this was by far the worst so called tour/adventure we have ever taken.. we basically hired a driver .. he had no dialogue prepared for the day, seldom spoke, had little knowledge of what we were doing & seeing.. basically he only spoke reluctantly if asked a question .. I put together a group of 9 co workers to enjoy this tour with us that were all disappointed, dissatisfied, confused and embarrassing for me to say the least! the entire day was a waist of time (9 hrs) .. there are other options in Christchurch to tour.. avoid this one at all costs.. it was just a long day sitting on a van. This was the 1st negative review I have ever written on TripAdvisor/Viator

My friends and I were looking forward to this tour and finding out more about the South Island area and the history of Akaroa and the places we were scheduled to stop. Unfortunately we basically paid for a safe driver and not a tour. It was very disappointing that we didn't get an actual tour. We made the best of it, but I would definitely not recommend this particular tour operator. Everything we learned I had to pull up online. The stop at the cheese factory was unnecessary.

The trip was good value, but a tailwind caused our flight to arrive 30 mins early. The taxi wasn’t there, but was fine when it arrived

Were advised to book an Uber for transport to Christchurch airport due to price. I was told some taxi companies had been charging up to $36 to go from a home on Harewood Road to the airport (Less than 5 kms). As I did not have the app on my phone, I looked to load it, then looked at what they would have access to on my phone - for one trip!!! and decided to ring the Taxi company. I was straight up advised that at 4 am in the morning it would be a flat fee of $25. The driver arrived, exactly on time. Loaded and unloaded our luggage. Drove sensibly, was pleasant and professional. It made for a totally stress free arrival at the airport and we were very happy with our choice.
