Do not book if you expect an airport transfer. We booked and pre-paid for the transfer. When we arrived the van told us they were overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us. We have a 2 and 5 year old and were told our only option would be a taxi (without car seat). Not impressed at all.

Our driver was lovely but all in all with the booking situation I wouldn't recommend using this company. My partner did the booking & said the system was awful & the person over the phone (rightfully so) obviously didn't enjoy their job. Unfortunately I'd have to give Super Shuttle in Auckland a zero.

We booked late from the hotel. Puckup was on time and we had the shuttle to ourselves. $40 total 2 people. I left my phone and Cc on the bus when exiting at the airport. Luckily I had paperwork with booking number which hotel staff had printed out. I rang supershuttle to get the driver to look. When he was able, he found my phone and returned it intact to the hotel where friends were still there. I cannot express how grateful I was to the driver of the shuttle. Thoroughly recommend. He was originally from Sth Africa. Give him a thanks from me if you come across him.

We booked online a few days before our departure and had plenty of available pick up times to choose from. We got picked up from the hotel on time, in fact a few minutes early, and made a couple of stops enroute to the airport for a few other passengers and we arrived at the advertised arrival time. It was a hassle free service for a good price and happily recommend this as a convenient transfer to the airport.

Pre-booked airport shuttle service from Queenstown airport to Queenstown central (7km). The super shuttle service did not show up. I was one of first people to collect baggage and out airport doors to wait for shuttle. A helpful driver of another transfer company from Johnson's (BTW thank you to this person) told us that sometimes super shuttle arrange green cab transfer instead. No previous communication from super shuttle re change of service. Called Super shuttle and no apology for inconvenience. Plus waited 50 mins for Green cab. The cab driver was very helpful but struggling to confirm booking with Green cab/Super shuttle systems. Eventually got to motel. Very unreliable service, and would have preferred to pay $40 to $50 one way for cab/uber instead of $24 one way with this service. I have travelled extensively and have never had an airport shuttle service never pick me up, despite being pre-booked. Very disappointed!

Excellent across 4 different trips on our NZ North Island adventure! On time and efficient each time. Allowed a change of pick up location on one of our booking without any hassle. Highly recommend the great service provided by Super Shuttle!

I have used Super Shuttle service for our overseas trips for the past 10 years and have always found them to be totally reliable. Friendly service and they will call if running a bit late, which has happened only once or twice.

We had a very bad experience with super shuttle. We booked well ahead a chartered shuttle because we were traveling with young children, had a lot of luggage and were arriving from a long travel. We expected the driver to be waiting for us, but NO ONE was there. We waited over 1h. We looked and asked all over the terminal. No shuttle or driver in sight. We tried calling the office, but had to wait on the line for almost 30 min. When someone finally picked it, they told us to wait and hang up! Plus the follow your shuttle link on the website said our booking had passed 🤦‍♀️Finally, a shuttle arrived to pick up passengers, not us. We asked the driver to check about our shuttle. Our booking showed but no shuttle. The company simply charged us but had no shuttle for us. Luckily, the driver was nice and accepted to take us. He had to leave behind passengers who were waiting and not happy. Our kids who were exhausted from the long travel plus the waiting for the shuttle screamed the whole way (exactly what we hoped to avoid by booking transportation ahead). And then when we wrote to the company to complaint, they never apologized nor offer some form of compensation. They told us our flight never landed (which was false since we did arrive) and that the cyclone impacted there service (but this happened a week before the cyclone). They also blame covid. There reply showed really poor professionalism and disregard for client service. Avoid at all cost this unreliable and disrespectful company!

We have used Super Shuttle from Auckland International Airport to the city on a number of occasions since 2010. We always book ahead and have always found the Shuttle waiting when we exit the terminal. In March 2023 we used Super Shuttle to go to the airport for departure. Booked for 8.15 am and about 8.20 the driver rang to say he would be about 10 mins late and was that still suitable. He was there within 10 mins and we had a speedy trip to the airport arriving in plenty of time for our flight. The driver was friendly and most helpful.

I reserved and paid in advance for a ride with Supershuttle from Auckland International Airport to a residential address in Auckland. I provided my flight number and expected time of arrival as required. Upon arrival in Auckland, I waited at the designated pickup point, but the Supershuttle never came. There were six other people on the same flight who were also waiting for the Supershuttle, most of whom had also paid in advance. We tried calling Supershuttle, but nobody answered the phone. We waited for more than a hour after our plane's arrival, and eventually had to take taxis. Needless to say, it was a miserable experience. It was late at night and I was exhausted after traveling for more than 20 hours. Supershuttle is totally unreliable.

We were late arriving in Auckland due to a delayed flight then a very long wait in customs and security at the airport. We then went to the shuttle waiting area and there was no shuttle waiting for us as promised. Other passengers who hadn't booked already told us they had been waiting for over 30 minutes for a shuttle. After waiting 15 minutes, we called the office and said we were waiting for our booked shuttle and after the office telling us off for not being there on time, they said the shuttle would arrive in 5 minutes. It did and we drove into the city, only for the driver to ask what the drop-off locations were again. Use someone else!

I have pre paid three seperate transfers. No show on the first one in Queenstown. Was not advised that they had transferred my pick up to Go green taxis. Only after waiting for an hour plus half hour on the phone, not one word from Super shuttle. Only because we asked an airport employee after an hour did we find out about the taxis, had to then stop a go green taxi to enquire if they would take us. Yes, Go green was excellecent and did not charge us as we had prepaid super shuttle.
