Our guide Gill (Apologies if the spelling is wrong) was very knowledgeable about the Napier area, wine in general and had a great rapport with the staff at all the wineries we visited.
We were a group of 4 and had 2 other visitors from Australia on the tour, Gill quickly made us welcome with introductions and general conversation.
We visited 5 wineries, all were different in the selection of wines to taste and the winery staff were very knowledgeable about the wine from grape to bottle.
We would happily recommend friends to use Prinsy's for a great day out wine tasting.

Very enjoyable way to sample a few wineries in the Hawke's Bay region. What we particularly liked was that we went to a little known winery that you would completely miss on your own and another one that doesn't actually have a cellar door! They have a special arrangement with Prinsy's only. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and it was apparent that the Prinsy's team have great relationships with the wineries. We've been to several Hawke's Bay wineries on our own over the years and we'll never do it solo again! Definitely will use Prinsy's on our next trip! Go for the full day and enjoy a relaxing lunch!

We had the most amazing wine tour with our tour guide Ian. We visited 5 vineyards and had an absolute blast! Ian was very knowledgable which was fantastic as we did not know much about wine before our trip. We were well received at all of the vineyards Ian took up and have nothing negative to say about our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed this day trip and would highly recommend it, especially to groups of friends to celebrate something. We were so lucky with the weather and the fantastic tour operator! Thank you Ian, we had a fantastic time and couldn't have organised it better ourselves!!

Arranged the tour direct with Hamish, which was very convenient and Rob our guide picked us up at our accommodation in Clive as arranged, 4 of us were on the all day with 5 joining us for the afternoon. Went to a small family run vineyard Mona Park where we were made most welcome and Dan the owner spent time to give us lots of info about the area and the wines. They were great we ended up buying two bottles! Then on to the much larger Church Road, where we ordered lunch (at our own cost) but it was lovely, Again the wine tasting was great and the staff were fab, really helpful and friendly. Rob knew alot about the area and the wines, stopping to show us the vines and explaining how the grapes are harvested and protected from the birds. Next was another small vineyard where we tasted wines outdoors and then on to Trinity Hill another larger winery where Rob produced a lovely cheese board for us all to share. The final was Craggy Range, very informative talk from the guide. Rob then took us up to Te Mata lookout point, a great view over the area, we had a great day and back to the accommodation. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone with an interest in Hawkes bay wines.

Guide was very knowledgeable and took us to 4 super vineyards as well as to Te Mate peak where we had stinking 360 degree views. Great lunch at a vineyard and some great wines. Very comfortable vehicle. All in all a great day and I highly recommend Prinsys

Had a good day, but were disappointed that we did not follow the itinerary that was emailed to us, e.g Linden Estate , Craggy Range or our suggestion of a craft beer that we were told was possible. This day out was for a very special occasion for us and we were looking forward to visiting some very upmarket places and treating ourselves. I did ring the week before and was assured that we were all booked and confirmed. Feeling a bit let down sorry.

We love our wines, coming from the Hunter Valley in NSW and Hawkes Bay did not disappoint. Great guide who was informative and helpful. The wineries we visited were a mixed lot, some outstanding and some average (in wine terms that is). But something to please everyone. Who knew we would enjoy the local Sauvignon Blanc so much!

We had an amazing time on this tour. Well worth choosing the the full day, as we had plenty of time for lunch and informative tasting at Church Road Winery. After first visiting Linden Estate Winery near by on the Gimlett gravel where Sue gave us a really knowledgably tasting. After lunch it was time to head south to Elephant Hill and Craggy Range Wineries. Both of these were excellent choices and all 4 tasting we had exceeded expectations. The highlight was the drive up Te Mata peak and the drive back through the pretty town of Havelock North. Hamish our guide was excellent and had lots of local knowledge to share along the way. Chose this tour if you get the chance.

This day was brilliant. I booked from the U.K., and all advanced communications were spot on. Gill picked us up at the allotted time, (great Merc Transporter) and her manner was perfect. Not over fussy and absolutely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We visited 5 vineyards picking up the remainder of our party at the second. Great boutique vineyards, a Prinsy’s cheese board at ‘Element’ and lots of fun and opportunity to buy. Dropped us back at the end of the day happy and well stocked. Thanks Gill! Definitely recommend.

Yes all tastings are included in our price. There are some premium/elite wines that can be at an extra cost at some cellar doors.
