So glad I tried this as I was curious for sure. The staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming both in person when there and over the phone. The place is clean, tidy and they have a few lovely items in reception you can buy - no ugly drinks, some beautiful teas and candles. I was offered a "tea of the day" when I came out which I happily sat and drunk on the couch before leaving. Defientley would return.

Visited on a wet Auckland day which was perfect. Friendly staff and lovely facilities. This was my second float in the Dreamweaver room and I felt more relaxed second time around knowing what to expect. Had a tea afterwards and did oxygen bar too. Felt great afterwards.

I absolutely loved my float session, I used one of the rooms as a posed to a tank how ever there was both options. The service was great as a first time floater I was made well informed. I am also a wheelchair user and the staff member was as accomodating as she could possibly be and if there was anything I needed she offered to help. The only advise I would have advise as a wheelchair user is to bring a support person to get in and out. I also saw and experienced so many benefits from the float, it was great on my body and mind I cannot wait to go back again!

Lovely staff! Minimalist but great ambience. The float actually does give you a relief from mental stress, I genuinely felt a lot calm after the float. During the float you get into deep state of relaxation and loose track of time. Would be a regular doing this and definitely recommend it for better mental health.

Disappointing how they treat their clients these days, especially one that has been a client since 2018.

Wonderfully relaxing and unique experience. I visited on a suitably unseasonable cold and rainy day and this was a peaceful, de-stressing, warm and blissful undertaking. Facilities were clean / well-presented, there was adequate parking right out front and the staff member was attentive in her explanation of my first float experience.

Infinity float package is an amazing experience which promotes deep relaxation and wellbeing. I have not felt so relaxed as I did once I completed my first float. I will be returning! Give it a go.

Very welcoming team on arrival who explained the process. Really enjoyed floating, I was apprehensive I would not master floating but it was as easy as immersing myself in the tank, resting my head back and relaxing. It was a great experience, very restful and I look forward to going frequently to restore body and mind

First time doing this float on Friday. Mikaela was absolutely 💯 in assisting me and advising me on what I needed to know before and after the float session. The experience was really great. I've booked in again and, added an oxygen float on top. Very clean and beautiful environment. Filling out the info beforehand which is important was easy, but I think having the option of being able to fill it out on paper also would be a plus as well 😀

I was gifted an Infinity Float voucher by my daughter for my birthday recently. Absolutely loved it! Tranquil, relaxing and wonderful.

Without a car, this was very difficult to get to. We were pressed for time and so probably didn't relax as much as others so the benefits were less. I found it a bit of a challenge to get into the pod and because you're so buoyant, it's not that easy to lie down and float initially. Overall it was a pleasant experience though an hour was too long for me and I got out early... only to find my daughter had done the same. The shower was great. The staff were lovely.

Excellent Customer Service by Shyamala the Indian Receptionist. She made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable with my first Experience. My First float was amazing and uplifting. I felt like a new person after the Float

Loved getting into the deep relaxation mode and the feeling of weightlessness, which really helped take the pressure off my muscles to help them feel relaxed and reset

I bought a couples float as an anniversary gift for my husband and I. We didn't know what to expect, never having done it before, but it was fabulous! So relaxing and pleasant. The facilities were pristine. The young lady at reception explained everything to us and was very friendly. Will definitely do it again, am raving about it to family and friends too.

My daughter booked us in for my Birthday. It was a lovely way to spend my special day. The float was relaxing and very beneficial and the attention from the staff was welcoming and helped with the whole experience. Thank you.
