Avoid - unreliable and not worth the hassle
Do not book with this unreliable company. They sent multiple conflicting and confusing emails to me trying to get me to change the date of my tour but never explaining why. They then cancelled my tour 30 mins after they were due to collect me for it and after having lied about being on the way. Seemed more interested in trying to blame me than explaining what was happening or why they were cancelling saying they had tried to call me repeatedly. If they had been clear and honest upfront I could’ve booked with another tour company instead. Thanks to the assistance of staff at my hotel I made my own way to Penguin Island using public transport in the end and for a fraction of the cost of this tour.
