Pinnacles and Yanchep National Park Day Trip from Perth Including Lobster Shack Lunch and Sandboarding

Select Date and Travelers
2 travelers
Enjoy a fun packed day exploring the Pinnacles, Yanchep National Park, Lancelin Sand Dunes and the wonderful Lobster Shack in Cervantes. On this full day tour from Perth you get to see Koalas and Kangaroos in Yanchep, tour around the factory at the Lobster Shack before enjoying lunch in Cervantes (Lobster lunch upgrade available on the day for a small fee), visit the amazing Pinnacles and see the sand dunes as you go sandboarding in Lancelin.
  • Convenient roundtrip transport to Yanchep National Park and the Pinnacles
  • Sandboard down sand dunes at Lancelin—all equipment included
  • Your guide points out koalas and gray kangaroos at Yanchep National Park
  • Tour the Lobster Shack factory with included lunch in Cervantes
What to Expect
Your tour begins with pickup from your centrally located Perth hotel (alternatively, meet your group and guide at the Perth Train Station). From there, you journey about 45 minutes to your first stop, Yanchep National Park. Once in Yanchep National Park, keep an eye out for local wildlife such as koalas, Western gray kangaroos, and a variety of birds, especially on the Koala Boardwalk. Next up is Cervantes, where you take an audio guide tour of the lobster processing factory, appropriately named the Lobster Shack. After an included lunch of fish and chips (or upgrade to lobster), continue on to Nambung National Park to view The Pinnacles rock formation and surrounding reserve. Finally, stop at the Lancelin and sandboard down the extensive sand dunes—gear is provided—before heading back to Perth. Your tour ends where it began, with drop-off at your hotel or a central Perth location.

Our guide Claire did a great job, picking up guests at their hotels, driving, instructing how to sled down the sand dune, and narrating tidbits about the history of Perth, and the points of interest.

Worthwhile trip, but a long day. The tour is 12hours all round. The tour seems more appropriated to foreign tourists and families as its more an introductory tour to regional Perth, and slow paced. Lancelin and Yanchep are good for kids. Cervantes was interesting and...More

From fish and chips to lobster. I would stick to the fish and chips unless you go for bigger size lobster upgraded if not nothing to shout.

I book from Explore Tours Perth. They use a 12 seater mini bus. Its a typical mini bus like others. 2 seater on one side and one seater on the other. The trip is not very long. Most like an hour and a half.
