    Great way to see Rottenest
Touring Rottenest Island by bike is great, and on an e-bike, it’s even better! The island is quite hilly in spots and the e assist sure helps! Paul was a wealth of information regarding the history and ecology of the island. Great afternoon! Highly recommend!

    Don’t miss this fantastic tour
We thoroughly enjoyed our Rottnest Island tour with Paul. The electric bikes worked well for the undulating terrain, definitely appreciated the turbo boost up the hills! Paul has a great knowledge of the history, culture and the natural environment of Rottnest and WA more broadly. Fantastic day I’m in awe of the natural beauty. Well done Paul and thank you. Great day out on Rottnest
My family and I had a great day with Paul on his bike tour. The tour was well organised and allowed us the convenience of traversing the island via e bikes. Paul provided interesting historical and nature insights at each stop. Bring along water and lunch, and enjoy the island's scenery at every new turn.

    Fun family riding
Had a great day, 2 adults hired E-Bikes and 2 kids in regular bikes. We had a basket which was great for carrying jumpers when we got hot. Loved the e-bike for my tender knees and let us keep up with the kids, also hired gel seats for extra comfort :)

Can't recommend this highly enough. It was easy to book, communication was great and the tour was well organised. Paul was a fantastic guide and very knowledgeable about the islands history and ecology.

Great Half Day Tour on Rotto
Our ECO Tour was fantastic. We had visitors from Scotland and they found the Tour very informative. The Tour covered, in great detail, the history of the Island, from settlement to currant day. During the 3 hour Tour we had plenty of stops for photo's, Top up our Water Bottles & Toilets. Paul's bikes were great, with plenty of Battery Life for the duration of the Tour (which is the most important thing) not the fact they are Latest & Greatest.. Thanks Paul

    Fabulous tour of Rottnest Island
Paul provided us with a fantastic tour of Rottnest Island and was a wealth of knowledge about the history of the island. We would definitely recommend this tour and the e-bikes made it much easier going up the numerous hills. Thanks again Paul

Definitely the way to see and learn about Rottnest Island
Paul shares a wealth of knowledge about both the built and environmental history of the island and was very happy to answer questions. The E bikes enabled us to see and enjoy the whole island without huffing and puffing and running out of steam on the hills! We had fun and learnt heaps.

Great tour and well worth it
Excellent tour. Paul had an extensive knowledge of the history and cultural significance of the island and surrounds. The electric bikes were easy to use and made it so easy to see the entire island.

    A Brilliant Experience!
Excellent way to see Rottnest. Paul is a wealth of knowledge and the electric bikes are a MUST! We passed by so many people struggling on push bikes so we were very glad we had electric ones! Highly recommend this tour!

Why quolkka when you can ride
Had a change to the booking, contacted Paul, fixed it right up. Tour was the best way to really see Rottnest - I would have had fomo without it after checking around others' photo location tags. We arrived on the 10.30 ferry with time to grab a cheapie quick lunch sandwich at subway, stroll past some stressed hot quokkas, and find Paul's neat solar trailer for 11.15. Lots of really basic facts for us foreigners, and deeper science answers if questions asked. After the gorgeous spin around the entire island, including stops to refill water at the clever free fountains, we were turned loose about 3. Found some less bothered quokkas, got an ice cream, had a swim at the basin. Bothered some more quokkas as the evening shadows came on, got a beer by the pier. 6pm ferry home. Only a little sweat! 😁 Thanks for a great intro to Rotto. Tech notes: All bikes have a gel seat cover so almost too comfy, haha. Husband's issue with an older bike got fixed mid-tour, and the bike was going back to the mainland that night for more work. As Paul explains in his comprehensive rider training (includes basics like how to shift a 7-speed bike, do not worry at all if it's been a while, you'll be zipping past the other rentals on the hills in no time), they are step-through cruiser models with a retrofitted front drive wheelhub. Battery on the back rack. Pedal assist via cadence sensor.

A very nice daytour, well worth its pricen ecellent experience on av
In fact all of the tour was great. Booking okay, bikes in good condition, Paul teaching us to use them was excellent. And the tour itself good. Wonderful views, enough stops and lots of fun and interesting facts. Paul is a nice ex-officer in the army. So he is a good and very clear teacher, his orders are crystal-clear. And he knows how to keep is troop together, which was sometimes necessary. Tour cover 32 km so it gest you some excercise, although the bikes are electric.

    Fantastic experience
Paul’s Eco Bike tour was fantastic. Paul was very knowledgable and informative regarding the history of Rottnest and all aspects of the island. The E bike was a saviour as I am not a bike enthusiast. It really helped make the whole trip very pleasurable. Lots of stops along the way and Paul really kept track of the group! Thank you for a wonderful tour.

    E-Bike Rottnest
The guide was knowledgeable & we did cover the whole Island, though owning an E-Bike ourselves, the bikes should be in better condition (at least as good as the tour leader). The tour guide seemed quite disinterested in Quokkas, forgetting this is a large part of the attraction for customers booking around the world, especially when the website promotional picture show the Quokka.

Tour itself good, bikes in poor condition
Bikes were badly maintained. Part of the saddle fell off mine half way through. One of the group’s bike had to be changed so we all had to wait in the blistering heat. Although the tour itself was enjoyable, I felt the guide didn’t really want to interact with any of the group

Paul was absolutely fabulous! He was very prompt returning our calls and easy to organise our tour with him. We had a magical day cycling around Rottnest. Paul knew all the best places to see and was extremely knowledgable about the island's history, geology, flora and fauna...you name it! The electric bikes were great fun and suitable for all fitness levels. Don't go to Rottnest without Paul!

It's our last full day in Perth and we decide to soak in the beautiful Perth Coastline and yet not get too tired. Paul's e-bike offering caught our eye and we decided to give him a shot. We had a great time with Paul and his wife Maria that day (Happy Birthday Maria and may you have a wonderful life ahead!). The e-bike was an excellent and easy to ride tool and with Paul's experience in geology, origins of the Perth coastlines and some of the buildings/community history, it's an excellent way to see the beauty of Australia's West Coast. I won't hesitate to join them again for another outing in the future. Thanks again Paul and Maria!

The Electric bikes make this tour a breeze. I did the Lakes to south coast tour. Paul is very knowledgable on geology and botany of the area. The ride along the beaches is spectacular.

Spent a hugely enjoyable morning with Paul doing a cycle ride around Jondaloop lakes and adjacent coastline learning about the flora and fauna along the way. Paul is a highly knowledgeable tour guide having worked in conservation for many years. Don’t worry that you’re not fit enough for the ride because Paul’s custom made electric bikes take virtually all the hard work out of peddling uphill and on the flat. You’ll never get out of breath. Would definitely take another tour when I return to WA.

Great way to see the coast with knowledgeable guide Paul. Bikes are easy to manage and enable the unfit to really enjoy the scenic coast up close. Good value and will be back to try his Rottnest Island tour.

This tour was my first experience with an electric bike and I was very hesitant as I hadn't been on a bike for over 20 years. When Paul gave us our training session I really didn't feel very confident. But by the end of the tour I was a total convert. These bikes are so easy to ride and the tour around the Joondalup lakes area was great. Paul has lots of environmental knowledge about the Australian bush and this is a good introductory tour to Australian bush for visitors and locals to Perth. We are now interested in doing his tour of Rottnest Island and seeing those smiling quokas.

My wife and I did the North beaches/Scarborough tour in the June sunshine.
Bikes were great, electric option really helps on the (modest but quite frequent) inclines. Using bikes as pedal only is also fun and easy.
We cycled c38 kilometres through parks, past lakes and along coastal cycle ways. Very little road riding but some main roads to cross.
Paul was a lovely guide, very knowledgable about local flora, fauna and history with many brief stops to point things out and explain.
All in all a 4.5 hour cycle well spent.

Paul brought us biking around the lakes and told us about the ecology and geology of the places. We also learnt about interesting facts of aboriginal culture. It was a very informative and enjoyable experience. The electric bikes were easy to paddle and saved us a lot of energy. Recommended tour.

What a wonderful day, as first timers to Perth we found the city not only beautiful and vibrant but also user friendly to visitors like us. Having cycled in many locations around the world we opted for a cycling tour with Paul's ECO Tours. Paul is a delight as a guide, his knowledge, local and general is fantastic and was able to answer the many questions that came up as the tour progressed. The electric pedal assist bikes made the 35 kilometre ride so easy and it was a great way to see this wonderful city. We finished our tour riding the stunning northern beaches and found a lovely cafe with great views.
We can highly recommending this tour to family and friends and anyone who likes an active great day out. Well done Paul.
