I booked the trip by phone the morning of the tip and was given a pick up spot and was expected which indicates good organisation. We were taken to the Casino were you change buses for your trip.
The trip had all the included items. First was a wildlife park were you can get photographed patting a wombat, koala and kangaroo. Then we headed for the sand dunes were you could sand board with the free sands boards provided and then a 4WD of the sand dune.
Off to Cervantes for lunch. There is a short tour of the lobster factory followed by lunch. You can pay more for the lobster rather than fish and chips. I stayed with fish and chips which came with salad.
After lunch off to the pinnacles which is an interesting site of 100’s of petrified wood tree remains. A fascinating site which includes a visit to the souvenir shop.
Finally a trip back to Perth in which most people dozed off after a really good day. The commentary was very good
I enjoyed the tour and made some new friends and highly recommend Adam’s Tours the operator. A really good day

I was promptly picked up from the hotel at 7.20AM and transferred to the central meeting point. There it was a bit hectic as different guests had to transfer to different tourbuses, however there was sufficient staff to arrange everyhing.
It is a long tour, visiting the Koalas, Sandboarding/4WD, pinnacles and a lunch. In total the amount of km is around 500, so you will sit in the bus for some time. The guide was very good. Gave a lot of info, but fortunately not too much. Back in Perth around 7.00PM

We did 2 tours with Adams during our stay in Perth.
First tour wildlife Park, 4wd & pinnacles. We found traveling in the 4wd truck for the full day uncomfortable considering we only spent 10 minutes 4wd on the sandhills. Loved the wildlife park & the pinnacles. Only letdown was the tour at the Rock lobster plant was a waste of time as they weren't processing, time would have been spent better just having lunch as by this time it was 2.30pm & we had been on the road since 7.30am. Also we weren't given the option of upgrading our lunch where other travelers were on booking.
Second tour Busselton & Margaret River. A very long but enjoyable day. The tour was 14 hours & we traveled 740km.
Very comfortable bus & great driver. Great lunch stop & we have seen a great variety of things available in the area. Disappointed that Margaret River Township is at 4.45pm when all the shops are closing. It was mentioned that there would be a break at a Roadhouse on the way back but the only food available was KFC & very slow service. This should be mentioned about the stop so travellers could get something in Coles before leaving Margaret River.

The price was totally different. When I was booking, it said 2 Adults x $175.32
Total $350.64(No additional taxes or booking fees). But when I was checking out, it became $250 x 2, total $500. I don’t understand this. There is no booking fee and no additional taxes. I don’t totally recommend to book from this company. You should book through from original organisation and ask price much. (I made phone call to this original organiser and got advice like this)

Every element of the day was wonderful. The driver - Ian - was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable which made the whole day so much more pleasant. He looked after us all so well. Each element of the day had something special about it and the variety of the activities made the time fly by! Great memories made on this tour.

This is a must visit for it unique look and feel. Carry food and water for you won't get anything to buy there. This as a backdrop for a picture will bring back memories. I was seeing something like this for the first time in my life and I was mesmerised by how multifarious this earth is. On teh way to pinnacles, there were snow white sandunes here and there amidst the forest. Some kangaroos were roaming around too. So, while driving, we were careful to not run into one!

Friends
I usually prefer tours in smaller groups but this one was the only one with free places so booked it anyway! First the positive things. Friendly driver and guide and even though the group was big it was well organised to keep the group together.
Caversham Wildlife park, the time we had there was way too short! It was all organized and you didn't have any free time to walk around which was a huge disappointment for me! Still the guides of the wildlife park did an amazing job to let us meet some of their wildlife, wombat, koalas, kangaroos. I would have loved to see more but unfortunately this was not possible.
The lobster shack, It was nice to see but it bored me after a while. We spend more time here than in the wildlife park which didn't make sense.
Pinnacles were worth to visit. I would have loved more time here too but it was decent for sure.
Lancelin, some clear instructions would have been nice. Due to a bad knee I couldn't risk it so I was just watching.
Overall the tour is nice and worth the trip but I feel the schedule needs to be adjusted.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour to one extent, but were also disappointed by it in another.

Our driver Keith was great and knowledgeable about the areas we were visiting, and his 4WD skills impressive on the dunes. However, all of this was rather overshadowed by our so called “guide” Louisa. She pandered to a family of Asians, talking incessantly to them loudly whilst other passengers wanted to rest or be told info themselves. As she was talking so much, she kept over talking Keith’s information on areas, then when we got to places, shouting at us what we’d already been told. On top of that she treated the guests like children who didn’t understand anything. Now I get that there may be certain types of groups that may need handling in this manner, but this group certainly didn’t.

The 4WD and sand boarding was awesome, and the Pinnacles themselves are something else altogether, which is worth the long journey. The visit to the lobster shack is pointless other than for food as you see nothing but lobsters in baskets in the water.

I’d recommend the trip, but just hope you don’t get Louisa.

Had the most amazing experiences today from patting wombat and koalas to wandering through the amazing pinnacles and then off with a thrilling 4WD in a bus over the dunes and finally having a go at sand boarding down the dunes... fantastic
