Woody was a great host, friendly, informative and upbeat. The trip was very interesting and varied; it was great to visit a couple of beaches and the sanctuary. Penguin parade just wonderful. Would recommend this trip.

Really incredible to see the penguins with beautiful stops along the way. Woody did an amazing job as our tour guide, he was knowledgeable and gave great tips for success in each of the stops and great information. We loved our experience!

Mel was the best! Had a great day - highly recommend getting the Penguins Plus option. We were able to see a few penguins pop out of their burrows before the parade began. The whole day was perfectly planned out. Can’t recommend this tour enough!

The tour provided a great overview of the region’s unique coast/landscape, including a hike through a rainforest and views of the awe-inspiringTwelve Apostles. Our guide Jono was knowledgeable, charismatic, and good at telling anecdotes that gave me a deeper sense of Australia’s history, culture, and sensibilities. He also went beyond and above my expectations; when we struggled to find food that fit my particular diet, he tried his best to help us.

It was so much fun riding on the puffing Billy train. Rachel was an amazing tour guide. Also, I loved the half day tour as it gave me time to attend other commitments that I had in the afternoon. It was perfect 👌

The Philip Island tour was incredibly professional, well-planned, and fun! Feeding kangaroos and wallabies at moonlit sanctuary and viewing the penguin march at sunset were unforgettable experiences. There were also some nice scenic nature spots curated by our wonderful tour guide Jacqui. Jacqui really made the tour special with her fun and positive attitude, excitement for sharing her experience and facts, and her impromptu sing-a-longs. I’ve been on a lot of tours and Jacqui was the best tour guide I’ve ever had and made it a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend GoWest!!

Fantastic day trip option put of Melbourne. Saw all the sights along the Great Ocean Road in comfort and safety. Our guide Mark has exceptional and he had the right combination of humour, knowledge and energy. I highly recommend this tour.

Lovely tour to Grampians National Park, which had just reopened following a bushfire. Our driver/guide was Bree, who was a safe driver. The National Park is beautiful and I enjoyed the walk at Mackenzie Falls (which was self guided).

Well organized, Rachael our driver/host was fantastic, very informative, helpful and cheerful. Great scenery along the way. Puffing Billy steam train ride an enjoyable experience for all ages.
