An exciting journey. Jona was really helpful and humorous. He helped us spot wild animals on the way, which made the journey very interesting.

We arrived at the designated pick-up point at 2:10pm and waited till 3:20pm but no one showed up. It was even raining!! We tried to call the tour company and no one picked up. It is so terrible as we came to Melbourne to see penguin and spent lots of money and time for it! Now it is all ruined!!!

We had a wonderful day with Michael. He was very kind and considerate, great energy. He made sure everyone was comfortable and a had a good time. Provided clear direction at each stop and unlike other tours this one was perfectly paced. We didn’t feel rushed at all. He took us to the penguin view area and helped us spot penguins. He also provided tips on what to see in Melbourne. Awesome day and wonderful tour. This was our favorite tour in Australia. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you Michael!

I have no need for photos as such a great time I could possibly forget! Guide had us singing songs, incredibly knowledgeable. I have mobility impairments and he was so helpful to accommodate my needs

Started with a visit to Moonlit Sanctuary, a small reserve. Try to book the Koala encounter - it’s worth the extra $. Loved seeing the beach and the Nobbies (spectacular views) but the highlight of this trip is the penguin parade. It’s magical! Our guide Josh was full of information, courteous, and genuinely a lovely person. He made the trip memorable!

Very nice day in the Wildlife Sanctuary, I seen wombats, koalas, kangouroos... And the greatest moment was the Parade of penguins: unforgettable!!! Zoe my tour guide was very nice.

Chris H was our driver and guide. We were in a small van with seven other tourists. The entire day was great. Chris was very friendly. He was very well informed. He gave us information about each of the locations we visited. Frequently directed us to restaurants and restrooms.

My husband & I did the Phillip Island Penguin Parade Ultimate Eco Tour with Damo. Damo’s cheerful personality and commentary made our tour top of the line. The Brighton Beach Bath Boxes were a perfect first photo op. Then, we enjoyed watching a presentation at the Moonlit Sanctuary. The stop was long enough to walk around and enjoy a snack after. The views on Phillip Island were stunning and we saw a variety of wildlife, including echidnas, wallabies, and geese. We enjoyed some free time for dinner in town and feasted on pizza and gelato. The main event, the penguin parade, was unforgettable. We were lucky to see some penguins before it was dark and were able to snap pictures of them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UPGRADING TO PENGUIN PLUS (the stands, not the underground viewing). The section we were in was much less crowded and offered a variety of views of the penguins. We were also able to ask more questions to the guides. We spent about 20 minutes watching the penguins emerge from the ocean in the stands and 30 minutes watching them waddle to their burrows on the boardwalk. Overall, this tour was well paced and will be a highlight from my time in Melbourne!

We had Jaimes as our tour guide who is AMAZING, super funny, and has loads of fun facts and useful tips for making the most of the trip. We stopped in loads of places and it was all perfectly timed - would definitely recommend!
