Grampians National Park Small-Group Eco Tour from Melbourne
From $97.30
Overview
The jagged peaks and vast bushland of Grampians National Park lie just a few hours west of Melbourne. On this comprehensive full-day tour, take in all the natural highlights including Silverband Falls, MacKenzie Falls, stringybark forest, and Lake Bellfield; spot wild kangaroos and emus at Halls Gap; and hike to the Grand Canyon for a stunning view over Victoria Valley.
What to Expect
After hotel pickup in Melbourne, travel to Grampians National Park by air-conditioned minibus. Along the way stop at the historic gold rush town of Ballarat for breakfast, and Moyston—famously the birthplace of Australian Rules Football.
On arrival at the national park, take a short bush walk to Silverband Falls, and then visit Halls Gap, where you might spot wild kangaroos, wallabies, or emus roaming around town. After lunch, follow the Wonderland Walk to the Grand Canyon, one of the most spectacular sights in the Grampians.
Continue to Reeds Lookout for views over the stringybark forest and Victoria Valley before visiting magnificent MacKenzie Falls. The final stop is at the Boroka Lookout, where you can admire views of Halls Gap and Lake Bellfield.
On the return journey to Melbourne, stop for dinner (own expense) and enjoy nighttime views of the city before being dropped back at your hotel.

Awesome tour of GNP!!!

ADAM was GREAT!! Educational (in a good, interesting way), exciting (nearly lost a tour-ee, but it was totally, totally her fault), great hiking, beautiful sites, kangaroos galore. Extremely worthwhile and fun.

Hi Chantel G, they do offer gluten free sandwich for the lunch break stop. Unfortunately for the afternoon tea stop there is no gluten free cake. I suggest you bring your own snacks and lunch. Hope this helps.

There is one walk that is quite steep and takes about 30 minutes. Do have the option not do it. All others are not difficult. Choose what you want to do.
