My breakfast was delicious. Mark made me the best Chai Latte ever. He & Pauline were very warm & friendly. Stephanie who did the tour was very knowledgeable, well presented & nicely spoken. The taste testing on the tour was yummy. The free Chai at the conclusion was a bonus. The actual markets were kept so clean & smelt fresh.

Had a fabulous morning with Steph. Enjoyed bfast and then walked through markets listening to history and learning about produce and storeholders. Sampling along the way. Enjoyable and highly recommend !

What a great experience, having been involved in the food sector and in food trails it was great to see all the businesses , taking in the history of the markets and sample some great food with excellent hosts Steph and Mark , well worth it and will definitely be doing it again

As a pair of foodie lovers this was one of the best tours we took while in Adelaide. Breakfast was superb at SiSea inside the market and had the best coffee in all Adelaide. Bridie was our guide, and her knowledge of all the food producers and their products was unsurpassed. If you are in Adelaide don't miss one of these tours.

Fantastic Tour and delicious lunch. Our tour guide Bronni was amazing. Her knowledge of the markets was incredible and gave us so much information. We had previously done a tour a couple of years ago and it was nothing compared to this one. We learnt so much about not only Adelaide but the markets as well. Can not recommend highly enough this tour.

We had a great time on the tour! Learnt heaps, explored way more than we would if just visiting the markets without a guide. Our guide Bronnie was great. Lots if free samples, and lunch was great!

Disappointing and poor value for money. The tour guide did not provide much more than the names of stall holders and how long they'd been in the market. Samples consisted of tiny portions such as a minute piece of cheese, an apple, a strawberry dipped in chocolate, a tiny bit of honey syrup on a teaspoon, a very small muffin. It would have been good to learn about the providence of the food, how they produce it etc. The market is worth visiting, but much better to make your own way around the market and ask stall holders for a sample of produce. Breakfast provided would cost you around $15 if you weren't part of the tour - and you wouldn't be sitting for an hour waiting for the tour to start. Our experience was sadly not great, and we certainly were not offered an over abundance of food! Definitely not worth $130. Would not recommend.

For those who love food and history this tour is fantastic. We had been to the Adelaide Central Market earlier in the day just to find the meeting point and see what was there. In the evening we went back and met Cheryl who took us to select venues and explained not only the food and its origins in detail but also the history of the markets and the collaboration between the different operators there. This was one of the best tours we've done and we had the tour to ourselves so felt very lucky. In fact it was so good we plan on doing it again with our son when next in Adelaide. Thank you so much for such a fantastic evening.

We are locals but had not been to the market for ages. This tour reminded us what we were missing! Cheryl was very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting. It’s great to see so many South Australian businesses doing well after tough times.

We all absolutely loved our tour with Cheryl! It was so interesting & really fun trying all the different food & drinks! Cheryl was so informative & her passion for everything to do with the market & the stalls/people inside it really shone through! Great value for money. Will definitely recommend it to everyone! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Cheryl was an excellent guide and made sure that everyone got tastings of a wide range of products. She was very knowledgeable about the market and its history as well as the stall holders and their wonderful produce. We would have loved to be self catering during our stay in Adelaide as we would definitely have bought lots of produce. This is a really important market supporting local producers. I cannot recommend this tour, or our guide Cheryl, more highly. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and fun. The tour give incredible information about the markets and the people involved that even as relative locals we never knew. Absolutely amazing.

Our host Cheryl was wonderful. We packed so much in a hour going from one stall to another sampling different foods and at the same time listening intently to our host explaining the history of the markets and introduced us to various stall holders who had been there a long time.
