Like a great day with friends
Guide, Danny, was relaxed and knowledgeable. The selection of wineries was great and the time at each venue was just right as it gave us time to enjoy the wines and time to get to know each other a little.

Great way to see the Barossa Valley
Dan was very knowledgeable and catered to our needs/wishes We were offered water as we boarded and throughout the trip Dan offered to store anything we purchased in the inboard fridge. The tour itself was amazing, we loved the Barossa Valley. Dan was very knowledgeable of the area and shared lots of interesting information with us. Dan was open to suggestions as to destinations or wineries we would like to visit. It felt like a private tour without the price tag Thank you Dan we very much enjoyed our tour yesterday. A day in the Barossa
We had a fabulous day of food and wine tastings. Our driver Danny C. was excellent. He was so informative and friendly and accommodating. He showed us a lot of Adelaide as well and again knew so much history. His van was immaculate and comfortable. We would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Great way to spend a day touring the McClaren Vale wine region
Danny was an excellent guide. We stopped at four boutique wineries that treated us like VIP’s. The lunch stop was incredible. A curated board of cheese, meats, nuts, dips and warm bread to go perfectly with the wine. Highly recommend this small group trip as there were only three on the bus so we were able to ‘wing it’ and make 1-2 unplanned stops that fit our wishes.

Intimate tour of 4 different wineries
We visited with our adult daughter and we were the only 3 on the tour. Consequently, it was very intimate with lots of time for tastings and questions. We visited 4 wineries, all of which were great. Transport was comfortable and Vince, our driver, was knowledgeable about the area and entertaining. Would do it all again!

Had a great day with Danny exploring the Barossa. Danny shared so much interesting knowledge about Adelaide. Enjoyed the different wineries and had a lovely lunch. Not much else we could have asked for!

          Wonderful Barossa Valley tour
We had a wonderful day visiting the Barossa. Our guide Danny C was extremely knowledgeable and interesting and it was great to hear all about the area. We visited 2 wineries, Maggie Beer’s kitchen, the chocolate factory and the dried fruit factory. All well worth a visit and we bought chocolate, dines and dried fruit to take home. The lunch at Wanera Wine Bine at Angaston was outstanding. We highly recommend this small group tour!

A family day out in the Barossa Valley
My wife and daughters did this tour with me and we had a great time. Danny was the friendly and knowledgeable tour guide and from the outset he let us know that it was our tour and within reason we could choose some of the destinations. The choice of wineries was perfect, including Murray Street Wines, Langmeil Barossa and Rusden Wines, as was the lunch venue, finishing off the day with a visit to Maggie Beers Farm shop. It was an enjoyable, relaxing and entertaining day and if you get the opportunity to go you should definitely try it!

Nice quiet day at the wineries
The tour company was lovely - answered the phone immediately, I was able to book with less than 24 hour notice over the phone. I believe our tour guide’s name was Inez? She was sweet, funny and knowledgeable giving us facts along the drive to stay entertained. We stopped to look at Kangaroos and the beach and a drive to The Cube to see it from the outside for photos, which was really nice to add to the tour! If you are looking for something low key, this is a great tour. If you want “party vibes” vineyard day, this is not it unless you get lucky with a full tour and like-minded people (we had a total of 4) or you are in a large group. I liked 2 out of the 4 wineries, so I would have liked better wines/wineries personally. Lunch was lovely, but I do recommend eating breakfast. Be ready to drink! You’ll start with wine bright and early :)

Fantastic day to the vineyards with Danny who is so knowledgeable. He chatted happily and told us so much information about the region. Even his dad jokes got a few laughs. Really enjoyed Oliver Taranga winery and Dog Ridge which was a hidden gem! Thank you for a perfect day.

Barossa Valley Food and Wine Tour
Great small group tour. Beautiful small wineries, opted to go cheese tasting and a stop at a chocolate shop. Tried the kangaroo for lunch. It was tender with no gaminess.

I really enjoyed this day tour to Adelaide Hills. Danny C was a great guide, very relaxed and he didn’t rush us (which is often the case on other day trips). The wineries we visited were lovely and very scenic. Lunch in Hahndorf was very nice as well. I really appreciated Danny’s calm and welcoming demeanour and dry sense of humour. I definitely recommend this tour and the tour operator in particular.

The full day tour with Danny was excellent. We hadn't been to Adelaide or through the Adelaide Hills before, and this was the perfect, jam-packed day.
From the moment we got in the van, Danny was sharing interesting facts and stories about locations, attractions and the history of towns. We took a very scenic route and drove through plenty of surrounding villages.. truly breathtaking.
Our tour group size was just perfect with 8 people in total. It made it easy to get around, and easy to chat as a group throughout the day.

The attractions and locations we visited were perfect, with just the right amount of time at each. Danny was flexible and made sure we were enjoying our day. We visited wineries, Mt Lofty lookout, the chocolate factory, cheese factory, multiple villages, and spent a few hours shopping in Hahndorf, walking off our huge, authentic 2-course lunch from the German pub.

We saw a huge variety of locations and attractions and learnt the backstories to all of them. The day trip exceeded our expectations and I will be spruiking this to everyone I know.

There are plenty of tour options out there, but this is the best if you are looking for the perfect tour group size, a day full of attractions, and a very informed and enjoyable tour guide.

Our tour guide Innez showed us a wonderful time - from breathtaking views from Mt Lofty & visiting the Ash Wednesday display there, to a fascinating visit to the Beerenberg Family Farm, where we were able to purchase and ship home items. Then a truly memorable visit to Hans Heysen's house & studio, and a large delicious lunch at the German Arms. We then visited the Big Rocking Horse & Toy Factory, featuring beautiful Australian-made toys. We travelled through some of the lovely small towns, shopped at Melba's chocolate factory. Unfortunately due to the excessive heat that day, the cheese factory was closed, but we stopped for cool drinks in Stirling. Throughout, Innez told us the stories of the local area & was always ready to fit in with our requirements. The air-conditioned Mercedes was extremely comfortable.

We have just returned from a wonderful day with Danny to the Adelaide Hills and Hahndorf. Danny is a wonderful person who made our day very enjoyable. We started off with spectacular views from Mount Lofty then on to Beerenberg Factory. The winery was enjoyed very much and we loved driving through the little villages around Hahndorf. We were so lucky to be in a small vehicle with a personalised tour around the quaint little cottages. Danny is a wealth of knowledge and we learnt so much. Also visited the Melba Chocolate factory and cheese shop next door. Also a lovely little whiskey/gin shop. Then on to Hahndorf for an amazing lunch at the Hotel Goodness you certainly need a good appetite. The food is wonderful ! A leisurely walk around Hahndorf followed lunch then we were so lucky to have Danny drive us around some more villages and on to Stirling for a coffee. He finished off our tour with a drive around North Adelaide. We really appreciated how he customised our tour around our interests. Its fantastic to have a small group and travel in a luxury small van. Very comfortable indeed. We enjoyed our time with Danny and the other guests immensely and highly recommend this tour when you are in the area. Cant wait to book another tour with Danny as soon as we return again.

This was an excellent tour around the Adelaide Hills, getting a good flavour of the countryside as well as the small town of Hahndorf. Our tour was 7 people and they operate the small group tour with a maximum of 8. We visited 2 of the smaller wineries - apparently they change the wineries for each tour so they all benefit over time. Lunch in Hahndorf was very good and large, based on classic German dining. Our driver and tour guide was Danny (C?) who was very friendly, helpful and informative. Highly recommended.

With Danny at the helm, we knew we were in for a fabulous day! Aside from his wonderful knowledge of Adelaide and its regions, Danny made sure we had the best day ever! From stocking up at Beerenberg Farm, to tastings at two wineries and spending time walking the streets of Hahndorf, this tour was a fabulous way to spend a Friday. I would recommend this tour for anyone looking for a sampling of all the goodness in the hills, that isn’t just wine. Saying that, the wine is spectacular!

Brilliant day. Excellent places to stop and visit and all well timed. Danny C was our guide and he was ultra friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about all of the places that we went. He could not have done more for us. The small bus was ideal and we got to know the other group with us well and ended up laughing all the way back to town.
We certainly recommend this trip to anyone with a day to spare in Adelaide

This was a great tour for our small staff Christmas! Our guide Danny was amazing, he is very knowledgeable & he did a great job at telling us locals some stories we may not have heard. The tour itself has a wide range of activities, so there's a little something for everyone. If you like wine, chocolate, sight seeing, shopping or cheese (or all of them) this is the perfect tour for you! Highly recommend!
