The crew are amazing @ their jobs and ensure you have the best time. Jay and Joel are Top blokes Bubbly n lots of fun which made the experience even better. Flyboarding and the Jetskii tour I 1000% recommend. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had and I’ll definitely be back with the family !!!

Shout out to the guys on the water and the kind young girl behind the desk only. The rest was a disappointing experience. Our highlight from our Gold Coast trip was a jetski experience but now we have nothing to show for it. You cant take your own hand held devices with as I understand regarding safety but we had a 360 camera and the day prior i asked of we could bring it and the lady said yes and they would give us a belt thing to attach it to, on arrival they didnt have one so all our cameras stayed in the lockers. Ride was very nice and well maintained skis but as I wanted to treasure this memory with photos which you can purchase (at VERY high prices) i have attached the poor quality photos on this review. They emailed them to me for free that I can edit them myself, tried and still looked terrible and when shown to the manager she said oh that looks great (you decide). When the kind young lady asked if I would like the gopro video i said yes please, can you email it to me and the manager reinforced that It will need to be purchased. The gopro video you only see one person, the driver, we had small kids on thr back and nothing to show for it. Photos below for you to devide yourself, instead of management taking this onboard to try rectify for the next groups coming through, all we got were lowsy photos to edit ourselves.

We had Jay for our tour and his service was brilliant. He was friendly,easygoing and very patient in teaching us how to drive the Jetski. Would 100% recommend this company and also this particular tour. 2.5 hours may sound long but it is so much fun that its gone before you know it and you still want to keep going.

An awesome experience!!!!! Love them both so much. Jake was super supportive and experienced with our Jet ski experience, also Rob and Charles with parasail experience, they were lovely, supportive, experienced and professional. We really enjoyed our safari. Although it rained which wasn’t forecasted, our tour guide, Benji, made it really fun. We will absolutely be back. Give that man a beer!

This was one of my worst experiance ever in australia. I was booked for one hour jetski tour for couple. We waited almost 2 hour and said that the reservation is cancelled after we were given safety brefing and all our belongings was kept in locker.

I had an amazing time , the people who took me was very nice and supportive and took really good photos!! Would definitely go again and highly recommend them .

Brilliant time on the jet skis. And well looked after. After passing the slow zone the jet ski was flat out and great fun a chance to go as fast as you like

I bought my sons a half hour jetski experience on the river and while the experience was good, one of the staff members was impatient and angry on the water. Both my sons have ridden jetskis before and hold marine licences in Queensland. I was disappointed to hear that the fun experience was ruined by the yelling and rudeness.

I had a highly disappointing experience with the jet ski rental shop. Despite unforeseen traffic chaos beyond my control, they refused to reschedule my booking, displaying a complete lack of understanding and customer service. I encountered unexpected traffic chaos on the day of my booking, a circumstance entirely beyond my control. Despite leaving 2 hours earlier prior to my booking. When I contacted the rental shop to request a reschedule, hoping for a reasonable accommodation given the unforeseen circumstances, I was met with an unfortunate lack of understanding and flexibility. Despite explaining the situation, the staff insisted on adhering strictly to their policy and declined my request for a rescheduled booking. This rigid stance left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, as it seemed they prioritized policy adherence over customer satisfaction. In situations where customers face genuine challenges such as traffic disruptions, a more empathetic and customer-centric approach would have been appreciated. The unwillingness to work with me under these circumstances tarnished the overall experience and left me with a negative impression of the stores customer service. I would caution others to consider the inflexibility of this establishment when looking for a jet ski rental.

So much fun 4th time and it just keeps getting better. It is our go to for visiting relatives or friends. No prep needed, no jetski experience. I do recommend you buy their sunnies so you dont loose your designers!

The best day. This is our 4th time doing a guided tour with Gold Coast watersports. Amazing service, simple check in an safety brief. Its our go-to everytime we have visitors
