Thank you to our pilot Dhawal, our driver Chuck and Kevin our alround good guy for our fantastic hot air balloon ride this morning. Unbelievable experience. Loved it. Felt completely safe and at ease doing this flight. Great safety instructions and commentary. Highly recommended

What a unique and amazing experience! The crew (especially Frank, Bryan and Brownie) are entertaining, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It was my grandmas 70th birthday and the crew made sure to sing her a happy birthday and make a fuss about her. It was lovely. Big cheers to the crew for such a lovely morning!! Highly recommend!

The crew were fabulous, can’t thank you all enough! Our driver Richard (pictured) was so friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make it a fantastic experience for me and my parents on my birthday, even with a birthday cake at breakfast. Would definitely recommend for both the flight and the jokes, legends!

We loved whole package! The ride, walk inside the balloon, wrapping it up and riding on the trailer! Kelly our bus driver woke us up with jokes and an informative talk; Matt was an invaluable crew member and Jay, a top pilot, who is a Hot Air Balloon Whisperer. He instinctively knows where the winds are and where to go!

I enjoyed my trip very much. The event went smoothly and it seemed well planned with a skilled and experienced team.

We were lucky to have beautiful weather for this trip which had to have been postponed before due to various reasons . The team (Rob , Dhawal & Kevin) were amazing . They worked so well together with good humour throughout, making this trip even more special. Well done guys.

We had a fabulous trip in the air with Dhawal and led on he ground by Richard and his crew. From start to finish all team members were full of energy, enthusiasm and humour, and very eager to please and help take photos or answer our questions. I can't fault them in any way. Lots of nice touches on the way, such as giving us a drink before take off and sharing their professional photos from the trip with us after. Thank you all for making it such a memorable day!

The team all worked well together from Richard our bus driver who kept us informed to Stuart our pilot whoes experience & expertise made us feel safe and comfortable to the ground team who encouraged us to help them pack up the balloon which was great fun . We went in the hot air balloon and oh my gosh it is a must do experience! I was quite scared as I am afraid of heights but the staff were super lovely and reassuring. The communication was second to none- there are updates that the bus driver is leaving and where he is on the road so you're never left in the dark. Literally from start to finish the experience couldn't have been better. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Extra shout out to Dawal, Matt and Rob who were all fantastic! We also got photos sent to us within a couple of hours which were included in the cost. A brilliant bonus.

We were lucky that we had good weather with clear view of Brisbane. Our pilot, Jay is humorous and knowledgable. Our guide, Chuck is also friendly and helpful. The entire team from Hot Air is very well coordinated and constantly keeping the energy up, making the experience memorable.

We opted to see sunrise so when we were picked up at 3.30am from our hotel, we thought we could catch the sunrise. However the van driver spent another half an hour going to different hotels to pick up more people. After that, we spent another 1 hour travelling to the field where the balloon was located. It was about 5am+ by the time we reached the field and the sun was already shining brightly in the sky so we were disappointed that we could not see the sunrise. There was no stop for toilet break so if you can't hold your bladder, you will have to pee in the field before you board the hotair balloon, definitely not very civilised. After about 50min in the air, the descent started. After we landed, we had to help keep the balloon. Then we were driven for about half an hour before reaching the breakfast place at about 7.40am. Breakfast was good and there are alpacas in the farm cum winery. And most importantly, this was the first place with toilet facilities since we left our hotel at 3.30am. Overall, I feel that the travelling time was a little too long. By the time, we were dropped off at our hotel, it was close to 9.30am.

Kudos to the team for excellent service from start to finish! Was picked up at 4.20am by chris and tony, followed by a few more pickups and we were on the way to the launch site. Once we arrived, the team was preparing the balloons and we were helped into the basket one by one. After 10 - 15 mins, we were airborne! The ascent was fast, but not scary. Once we reached a certain altitude, it was so quiet, except for the blast of fire controlled by the balloon pilot. The view was spectacular. Worth every cent paid for this tour. Upon landing, the entire team helped to keep the balloon, which was quite fun. By 8.15am, we were on the way to the buffet breakfast in a vineyard. There was an alpaca experience zone in the vineyard. The drivers dropped us off at the harbourtown factory outlet by 10am. They even came back to pass me my jacket which i left on the bus. Really appreciate the prompt action and service.
