      Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
This was horrendous! Don’t waste your money. The conditions were not favourable and it really screamed greed from the operator to run a tour that resulted in no clear visibility underwater, unpleasant conditions whilst snorkelling and 80% of our boat left sea sick - including those who do not normally suffer it. The staff are mostly lovely. Minus one guy Mario who is the manager on board. Speaks to you like your below him and a child. He sets rules then allows his staff to breach them. I wore a wet suit inside and he spoke to me like I’d committed a murder. Even though I dried outside before coming in to the dry area. I just didn’t take my wet suit off as it’s difficulty to put on. So I dried then went inside. Clearly that’s not allowed. Staff are backpackers some with accents very difficult to understand. Overall. A waste of money. A poor experience. With so many operators doing these tours choose one that is at least decent. Overall a 1 star was generous! Then when you purchase your photos. They give you a collage of images that are not what the reef looks like anymore. Disappointing !

      Great Excusion
Excellent snorkeling trip in spacious boat with knowledgeable guides and a great lunch buffet. Lots of seating, both inside and outside. Good intructions for snorkeling. Offered underwater photos done by a diver at a reasonable price.

      Overpacked customers
Introductory diving - total waste of time and money if you haven't done scuba diving before, These people don't have the patience to teach, The class is for the whole group and dive is in groups of 4 led by a certified diver. You will have about 5 minutes to prove your dive skills and will be disqualified if you can't pass it. Most of the first-time divers didn't make it. This makes your time spent on the class and dive waste, and you won't have enough time for snorkeling as well. I would recommend learning to dive before booking the intro dive as well. Snorkeling - the reefs were beautiful, and the weather was perfect, The staff assisting the snorkelers were of great help Buffet lunch - i would give 2 stars, food is not good. I saw people bringing their food with them and enjoying their own lunch. I think this is same with most snorkel tours Basically, they have about 160 people on board, so the staff available for diving is limited. I even had to wait behind people to get into the water for snorkeling

Do not book with this tour.
Maybe should be called Down Under cruise and die. Day was too rough. 3 of 4 of us spent the day vomiting as did many other passengers. Didn't eat lunch as a result. Nearly drowned, had to be saved because it was so rough, ended up swallowing huge amount of water. Why not cancelled??!! Why not given the option before we left and told how it would be??! The excuse was "oh, other boats went out". 6 hours of Hell. $50 refund. It wasn't worth it. DO NOT RECOMMEND as they do not value the passengers except as revenue. Staff onboard were nice though.

      Top level service and experience
Amazing experience! A full day tour with all services, really well organized and managed. All equipment was available onboard and the instructions clear and attentive to safety. The reef was really an unforgettable place to snorkel and the final helicopter ride the cherry-on-the-cake. A memory that will surely stay.

      The best one out there!
I had the best time ever. The crew is extremely knowledgeable and fun! They made the experience exceptional. I did my first intro to diving and although I was nervous,, they made me feel at ease..The yacht is very big but they don’t fill it out at full capacity so that there’s plenty of space to relax without it feeling overcrowded.

A day on the Great Barrier Reef
There is an early morning pickup and being dropped at the harbor where check-in is taking place. From there you go to your boat, where you hand in the documentation and get assigned a seat/table for the rest of the day. Snorkeling gear is provided in different sizes. Also life vests are provided for those who want/need them. For those who have a moustache, Vaseline is also available. Even in July the water was not too cold once you got in there. It can get pretty busy, so time when you go out there. There is always a lookout that keeps an eye out on what is happening. There are 2 stops and in between lunch is served. The second stop was a little more interesting as the sun came out and it was a little more shallow, which gave some richer colors to the coral. On the way back snacks and a glass of wine is provided for those who want it, but this goes fast. It is a nice experience especially with kids who saw this for the first time. The downside is that it takes at least 90 minutes to get out there and another 90 to get back. For those who get seasick, motion sickness pills are available (and should be taken if you are affected easily).

      Fantastic Day
Diving on the great Barrier Reef is something we all will remember. The ship was large and nicely decorated, Lunch was better than anticipated with steak and fish both being on the menu, served with various salads. The staff were vey welcoming and helpful. The various marine life you will see is well worth the trip. We had a windy day so conditions were a little choppy but without hesitation we would do again. The Lewars Family, Ottawa, Canada

Great day on the Great Barrier Reef!
I would rate this trip as wonderful. We did snorkelling and the weather was perfectly sunny and clear skies. The crew were super informative, friendly and helpful and the whole day ran really well and smoothly. We were given a good amount of time at two reef stops. The only minor critique (if even worth mentioning) was we were seated on the main seating level and right in front on the cooling area, which did get a bit smoky/gassy after a while because there was no window/airflow near cooking station, but that is such a minor point. The BBQ lunch was great food!

Really worth the money and time you invest!
Wonderful experience 100% worth the money you spend! Excellent boat , very careful and cheerful crew, well organised nothwithstanding the number of people ...the boat does nog feel crowdy they care for. Plus you feel all the time safe (good brief9ngs , careful overwatching, and attention to the reef), well cared and you enjoy the personal touch. We did snorkel (as family, woth two kids, 8 &11) plus once certified diver (Padi).Equipment perfect, personnel guiding on the reef and scuba diving , easy getting into the water, wet suits for 10 AUD extra if wished, perfect reef locations, good food and lovely pictures to take if you wish..but the best were the crew..really caring for us and having fun themselves!Thank you !We truly recommend them!

I booked this for my husband and I not expecting a true VIP experience (I thought it was just an advertisement tactic), and we were pleasantly surprised by the service we received. We were escorted by Eddie away from the check-in line and were the first people to enter the boat. We had a private room for the duration of the journey and Sammy was available to use to help sign us up for excursions or anything else we may have needed. Even delivering us our return journey meal personally. The room was very modern and well appointed for the journey with plenty of drinks/snacks available to use between meals. You will receive lunch on the ship and it was nice to be able to eat and relax away from the crowds. Given the price of the regular trips, I didn't feel like I paid much extra to get the VIP experience so I felt it was good value for money.

I booked this trip for my daughter and I.
I would definitely recommend not only this tour with this company but also the Gold Class option.
What a difference it made to be able to retreat to our own private air conditioned cabin.
Included was a well stocked mini bar with soft drinks, chocolates and chips, cakes , tea and coffee.
The personalised attention was also amazing. We were greeted by Nic, the Marine biologist, and were able to bypass the queue for check in. We were given a personalised introduction of what the day included and later had a private snorkel tour with Nic outside of the area the other passengers were swimming.
We paid additional for an introductory dive which I would recommend. The pre dive information and instruction was given by Phil, who is also amazing. I don’t think you could find a more professional and accommodating team and there safety measures seem impeccable.
It goes without saying that experiencing the Great Barrier Reef is a must for anyone… breathtakingly beautiful.
I would recommend this tour and would definitely book the Gold Class option again.

Came to Australia from the US for our honeymoon. I wanted to make the trip extra special for my wife who loves animals and snorkeling so I splurged on the gold class for more time with the marine biologist. (It does come with many other benefits). The room was clean could probably sit at least 6 and was well stocked with beverages. But the best part was Sammy the biologist who talked to us then took us on a tour of the reef. Shay was our purser and made sure we were well hydrated and fed - she was amazing. Eddie from customer service got us right on the boat with no hassles.

I really felt it was a good value for the extra charge.

Great snorkeling at 2 sites! Very comfortable cabin. And an amazing crew deserving of praise!

We very much enjoyed our VIP experience. Eddie and Sammy (our host) were lovely and made us feel very special. The private room was lovely and had everything we needed - the weather was very windy and overcast so it was very nice to have a private space. All the staff were lovely and really helpful.

The boat went out and sped through very choppy water. I take motion sickness meds and even doubled down on them prior to the rode but was sick the entire time. I went on 2 other boat rides this trip and never got sick. The snorkeling was probably the worst we have done. There are just so many people and everyone is just in each other's way. You aren't even told which direction to swim or look. We were supposed to have a guide with this package but she said the water was too choppy and it wouldn't be worth a personal guided tour. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable but mostly gave info at the beginning and then was gone the ret of the time. I wouldn't go on this tour again. Too many people and no one directing people to the right spots to snorkel. The private room also smells pretty bad, like stale and moldy.

From booking to disembarking 5 star service

The tour is worth every penny and if you can extend to take the helicopter it is worth the extra money.

We liked the submersive boat experience.

We loved the gold class was worth every penny.

Special out to Andy the marine biologist. And Brayden and captain Phil!! And all the crew and service centre staff!

    Very very impressed!!

This was an amazing way to see the reef. Having your own cabin was a nice luxury, having your own Marine Biologist to take you on a snorkelling tour and talk with was priceless.
Our guide Ali was super knowledgeable and passionate about the reef it really shone through.

We visited 2 different reefs during the day North Hastings and Saxon Reefs and whilst geographically very close they are very different in terms of structures and marine life.

Having our own 'room' to change and relax in was lovely, particularly as it was a windy day out on the water. The staff were fabulous, in particular, Eddie was extremely welcoming and constantly checking with us to ensure we were okay. Layla was lovely and helpful as were all the staff, but a special shout out to Phil the marine biologist who took us on a private snorkel and showed us fish and coral that we would never have seen had we snorkelled alone and he shared so many interesting facts about regenerating the coral and helping preserve our beautiful Barrier Reef!! He also delivered a delicious afternoon cheesecake on our return to Cairns :) It was a great day and highly recommended.

It was a memorable trip and an exciting adventure.
We truly enjoyed the private Top Deck VIP experience.
When we arrived at the reef, we had an attentive diving instructor taking us on our introductory scuba dive, We had an amazing experience and got some awesome photos.
Snorkeling around the boat was easy and special with an abundance of fish and beautiful corals. We stopped at two snorkelling /scuba diving sights, both could accommodate beginners and advance divers. We learned a quite few interesting facts about The Great Barrier Reef.
Over all it was one of the best experiences we’ve had.
Thank you for making our trip special and unforgettable!

We booked the Gold Class option, it was the highlight of our stay in Cairns. If you want to spoil someone or yourself, this is a must. You get priority checkin, no waiting in the queue. We had a lovey comfy suite, and looked after by Indie all day, she was the host with the most, and she took us out on a private reef tour. Indie showed us where all the best areas to snorkel and commentary on the types of coral and fish.
The boat is new, modern and fast, a great day out, highly recommend this tour.
