We would say the overall experience was so so with some highs and lows. The challenge of this tour is that many spots are packed together and thus, you will feel rushed. The roadwork ( owing to the recent cyclone) will slow you down. However. The drive along the cook highway by the sea is truly amazing. A short stop at the port douglas. Then off to the Mossman village for a tea break. Then was the race against time to get the ferry across the river that carries the vehicles over. We felt the experience was more enjoyable post lunch where we took the boat ride on the daintree river for crocodile viewing and then headed to Mossman gorge for a great walk. The drive back to Cairns was even more beautiful as the sun was setting and the rays of the setting sun just had turned the sea to gold. We were lucky to have a good weather. Also note the van size is quite small so some may find the seating a little cramped.

Amazing tour. Everything went great - from the pickup at my hostel till the end. The bus was good, I loved that it was a small bus for only 14 people but there was only 8 of us so we had space. The driver and tour guide Jim has also been amazing, from the jokes to so many interesting facts the whole way. The whole plan of the trip was also good and we got to see so much. The included morning coffee and lunch were so delicious. I definitely recommend this tour if you’re in Cairns.

My sister in law, husband and myself have just had the most sensational trip of a lifetime. Everyday was so different but extremely interesting with beautiful scenery and great 4wd tracks. Our accommodation along the way certainly wasn’t 5 star, ( understandable being outback Australia) but it was always clean, comfortable and safe. Laurence our guide was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure (when he could) to show us anything extra along the journey. Often going off the beaten track to find amazing little creeks, waterfalls, wild brumbys, flowers or anything a bit different. The food was outstanding and most of the time you got to choose what you wanted to eat and how much. Everything was so fresh and you certainly never went hungry. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to travel to the top of Australia. Amazing, well worth the money and an experience we certainly will never forget. We had an excellent time on this tour, and we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Despite changes to the planned activities due to storm damage, the itinerary was excellent. All the sites, including the alternative ones, food, river cruise and ice cream, were fantastic. Overall, the day was very well planned. The tour guide, Carston, was very knowledgeable, and the family learnt a huge amount. Just a brilliant day.

Good value your to see a snapshot of a few different things. Time to swim in the rainforest if we wanted to. Nice beaches although Cape Tribulation wasn’t on the list today due to all the roadworks after the flooding last year. This was out of the tour operators hands and they had informed us prior to the tour. Modern air conditioned vehicle with comfortable seating. The guides Lance and Jim were informative and funny. Recommend day trip, thank you.

We had a wonderful time. The entire experience was fantastic! It started with a personal pick up & welcome from our hotel by our driver & tour guide Steve. His commentary & local knowledge was informative & his presentation was entertaining. The vehicle was comfortable, extremely clean & after each stop Steve swept the sand from the vehicle. Long day but highly recommended. Thanks Steve!

Highly recommend this all-day tour. We are a couple in our late 30s/early 40s and wanted to see the area without having to rent a car ourselves. This was a great solution. Pick-up and drop off at the hotel in Cairns was super easy. Steve was a fantastic guide. He was very knowledgeable and kept the group's spirits high throughout the day, despite the rainy weather. The morning stop for breakfast was delicious, and lunch was fantastic as well. Overall, the day was paced perfectly with the right amount of breaks and timed allocated at each location.

We are very happy to join this tour. The tour has quite a bit of driving but at the same time never feels boring. Our driver, Mario, had taken good care of everyone along the way. He provided lots of insight and information about various part of the rainforest. The lunch was nice too. The Mossman Gorge was stunning. Absolutely fabulous tour . Flew up and drove down the Cape. Laurence our driver and guide was awesome. 3 couples , newly acquainted traveling in a Toyota 7 seater Land Cruiser loved every place and experience. Food fabulous and very plentiful, accommodation varied from basic to luxury but all clean and comfortable. I can thoroughly recommend this tour as a unique way to visit “the Tip” for anyone who wants a genuine outback experience. Thanks for a most memorable 9 days .

I chose this tour to cover Cairns as much as we could in a short amount of time. The Opening Ceremony started our day's journey. The tour guide shared interesting facts as we explored the rainforest. We enjoy the experience of taking a dip the river. Mossman Gorge was beautiful to watch. We were grateful for the comfortable bus. I liked that we could leave items safely on the bus as we stopped at different locations. The driver shared interesting facts about Jasper and the problems the storm caused. We are in our 60's with our adult son. We would highly recommend this tour to experience the natural wonders of Cairns.

The tour was excellent! So many unique stops and sights were packed into a fun filled day. Our guide, Stephen, was the absolute best!

Cam was a great tour guide. He had a wealth of information and showed us the best way to appreciate our surroundings. Cam had us looking closely at our environment, seeking movement to identify tiny creatures. Morning tea and lunch were delicious, and, of course, we tasted the yummy tropical ice cream.

A very good day spent in the lush green wilderness. The ice cream house was excellent & the lunch at The Tea House was first class. Our guide was very good & knowledgeable of the area & environment. The walks on the beach & tracks were easy including a swim. Enjoyed the whole day.

The hole experience was fabulous. Darryl our tour guide was exceptional. His knowledge and personality elevated the experience. Accommodation whilst basic at times. But was always clean and air-conditioned. The meal proportion were extravagant. Never finished a meal. Prawns ,oysters, mains, and deserts were delightful. Thanks again big fella.
