Thought we would try and do something as a family we hadn’t done before as locals in Cairns. We have kids that are 10, 8 and 6 years old. Thankfully the only just turned 6 year old cleared the 1.1m height limit as this was a cracking ride down the Trinity inlet singing away to a bit of rock music. Everyone was left buzzing and soaking wet from plenty of 360 degree spins. Would definitely recommend this one as a crowd pleaser! My tip would be sit up the back if you want to get wettest but up the front for the best photos. Thanks guys!!!

my workmate recommended Bad Fishy and i am so glad i took their advice.
great team of staff, friendly and welcoming. awesome ride, was exhilarating and exciting. i could barely stop laughing. the driver great sense of humor and personality gave a fun but also informative ride.

As a local, we decided to have an afternoon on the water supporting local companies. Why we waited 5 years to try this is beyond me! What an amazing ride! Reaching speeds of 70KPH, you should expect to get wet! Fortunately we have beautiful weather up here to dry out quickly.
I would really recommend all locals get out and support the tourism industry - you will not regret it!

This boat trip had the best possible vibes. Patrick and his larger than life character brought so much fun to the trip including lots of stories and fabulous tunes. It was everything and more that you'd expect from a speed boat ride. All staff were great and paid particular attention to keeping everyone safe to the extent of lending me sun glasses as I had forgotten mine. Thanks so much for 30min packed full of fun. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Bad Fishy to anyone visiting Cairns. Bad Fishy will not disappoint and is awesome for all ages. Nikki booked us in, Jacob fitted our gear and Malcolm took us out on our thrill ride. Our group was aged 7 to 53 and all of us had the biggest smiles and the best time. It was hubby's birthday so he sat in the back row and absolutely drenched. Malcolm knew his stuff out on the water and we felt safe the whole ride. We could not fault the staff or the experience and will recommend Bad Fishy to anyone visiting Cairns. Well done to all of you for giving us an experience to remember.

This ride is an absolute must do when in Cairns. Our driver Malcolm was fantastic he told us about the history in the area and played some great tunes.
The 360’s were awesome and yes you will get wet on this ride. The whole family really enjoyed this activity. Thanks Malcolm and his team for making it fun.

What an incredible experience! Adrenalin of speeding across the water and the epic spins, croc spotting and taking in the gorgeous views of the river and the mountains. Truly a one of kind experience and the Pat the skipper was so on point in taking us around and keeping us smiling. Highly recommend.

We took the 2pm trip on Wed Sept 30th we had a group of 12 of us, Roy drove the boat and made it so much fun from start to finish with his music pumping loud, his happy fun attitude. We all had a blast I would highly recommend this Jet Boating. Its a family owned business by Nikki and Roy always good to support them.

Had an awesome ride on Badfishy Jetboat in Cairns. Staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, funny and experienced. We headed out on the river to a few locations where the skilled jetboat driver would talk about some local land and croc features. Along the way there was plenty of speed and circle work in the boat. All passengers loved the high speed manoeuvres, but be prepared for a drenching. Had a lot of fun, every one had a smile on their dial. Take sunnies, then you don’t need the goggles they supply. Highly recommend.

Pat is a breath of fresh air. Recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cairns. Support this tourism operator who not only provides thrills but gives great and engaging info about the area. Thanks for a great afternoon my 3 teens enjoyed the fun and was lovely to go in the inlet and see the mangroves. Thank you also for accomodating our last minute booking and looking after us.
