Fantastic day out - Niko our pilot was the perfect tour guide, as well as explaining all safety aspects pre flight and during, made us all feel very safe. A consummate professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company and experience.

Phenomenal. Amazing. Everything that you have read is true and then some. Niko has managed to put together an incredible tour. A true professional, yet warm and welcoming at the same time. The helicopter we were in was brand new too. We saw dugongs over the moreton bay, we had oysters which were brought up by the locals who drove us to one of the pubs. We saw the gold coast skyline from eagle heights and got to see some of the country pubs along the way too. It's a must do, a true highlight of our trip from Malaysia, one that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Bravo

Professional, timely, clean and caring are all words to describe Bekaa Air. The Team (Niko, Purav and Noami) made it incredibly easy to organise a once-in-a-lifetime event that went off without any issues at all. The care that was demonstrated throughout the organisational part was also reflected in the utmost professionalism during the flights. Safety briefings were clear and concise, the helicopters were well looked after and you could tell the high level of care and dedication the Team are able to maintain. I would recommend Bekaa Air for special events, corporate projects or to simply explore South East Queensland in a novel and relaxed way. Absolutely First Class from start to finish! From the moment we contacted Bekaa when planning out special trip from the UK, Naiomi was responsive and professional. Come the day of our flight we had a courtesy text message from Naiomi and a truly personal service. What you aren't getting here is an overly commercial, conveyer belt of passengers and flights. What you are getting is a personal and friendly service. From the moment we met Naomi at the air field we felt welcome and not rushed. Loads of time for photos and questions. The custom glass doors of the chopper make the visibility from any seat, second to none! We flew as a family of 4 with 2 young-ish children but Naomi's fun and friendly approach made sure we were all relaxed and really enjoyed our flight. I'd personally recommend Bekaa to friends and family travelling to Brisbane and looking for a special helicopter sight seeing experience.

This was my first helicopter flight. The whole experience from booking to flight was exceptional. Our pilot Mith was so lovely, explained everything and ensured my experience was amazing. The view of our wonderful city was awesome and the flight was over too quickly. I was really enjoying myself. I will definitely fly with them again.

The pilot was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and it was so interesting to see what goes on and how many things need to be cleared before takeoff. He explained what he would do before doing it to make sure we were okay with it. The view was absolutely amazing and unbelievable. The time did go a little bit quick and wish we could’ve been up there longer.

What an amazing experience. Nicko was fantastic in keeping us informed about logistics and timings for the day well before the event. On the day he was an attentive, and friendly host and quite the pilot. He gave us plenty of time at each of the 3 pubs we landed at and we felt no pressure to keep moving. The flight around the Gold Coast was unforgettable.

This has to be added to your bucket list! We did a full day pub tour and it blew us away. The bekaa air team have chosen the most amazing varied locations. We started by landing on Moreton Island which was just so beautiful to view from above. A very cool isolated pub and such a must do. We then headed to Beenleigh distillery which was a very pleasant stop even though we aren't normally rum drinkers. The flight then took us to a beautiful pub for lunch. After this we flew right along the coast before heading over towards the mountains and saw some waterfalls along the way. A stop at the bearded dragon was very cool and has such a good vibe. We finished up landing at the veresdale hotel which rounded the trip off nicely. 5 very different stops, a diversity of scenery and all done by the nicest pilot. I couldnt review more highly. This is the ultimate day.

Amazing!!! The best experience! I love so much Flying and I wanted to have a big and rich day to surprise my husband. Before making any decisions, because I was confused, I wrote in the chat of the Bekaa Air website to ask for more details and some advice and I spoke with John, who was too kind and honest in his explanations. So, I decided to have the Kooroomba vineyard and the lavender farm tour. On the day of the meeting we met Nico who would be our pilot. The service was of a high standard. Everything was so perfect! We also had the scenic flight which was the perfect touch! Nico's comments during the flight were very nice! Kooromba Vineyard and Lavender Farm is truly the perfect place to celebrate a special moment! very exclusive, divine wines, delicious food! the day was wonderful! Of course we will enjoy another experiences with Bekaa air! Thank you very much Niko and John

I can't recommend Bekaa Air highly enough! John could not have been more helpful, accommodating and professional, both over the phone, and then as our pilot. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bekaa Air to anyone.
