Through my enquire to QLD Tourism we were directed to Co-X-ion Airport Transfers. The return fare to Hope Island ( over a hours drive away ) for 2 was very reasonable for a door to door service. The driver was punctual, the bus clean & the ride took the worry of car hire, the stress of finding our way in unfamiliar territory, traffic congestion & roadworks right out of our hands & we were able to sit back & enjoy the trip, arriving safely at our destination. I would highly recommend Con-X-ion Airport Shuttle service.

Excellent service; punctual with a friendly and helpful driver. By mistake I booked one person too much... The driver immediately suggested to ask for a refund at headquarters. The refund arrived inside 10 days, without any fuss or problem.

Safe, fast trip to catch my plane home. Excellent luggage service from a nice smiling driver, who was attentive to my age with steadying help on and off the bus.

Our international student made a booking and they didn’t arrive. I called on her behalf and was told that she was sent an email informing of a schedule change for an earlier timeslot. I checked her inbox and junk mail. No such notification. Management excepted no responsibility and wholly blamed the passenger and I was told she would just have to call a taxi. No emails , no sms , no call to allude her to the change. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend especially if you’re thinking about airport transfers.

The van left Brisbane Airport on time, there were plenty of seats, so the bus was not full, and it was a smooth hassle free ride to our door, have used before and would use again….

Easy to book. Great communication. Pick up right at the door of MCY airport Safe transfer to the door of our accommodation. Excellent service from our driver Jorge.

Good service. Have been reliable in pickup and drop off between Caboolture and Brisbane airport. Would be great if they offered a door to door service to residences. Would also be helpful if they provided addresses for the pickup points such as which exact bp station you need to wait at and where exactly at the station you need to wait

This shuttle is so convenient. I was picked up outside my address and dropped off outside the terminal. Bus was on time, and it's very cost effective.

Don’t use this service. Not flexible even if flights are delayed. They could even wait 5 minutes. Uber is a much better choice and doesn’t cost much more. Call centre unhelpful, really just a rubbish service with poor customer service

This company are really efficient, prompt service with easy directions from Brisbane airport to pick up point outside the terminal. Everything ran smoothly & the driver Bruce was an excellent driver.

We came through Coolangatta customs and walked to the bus waiting area with about 20mins to wait and departure was on time with everyone on board. We were last to get off so enjoyed seeing all the other destinations. The driver was friendly and informative and a good driver in the traffic on a Saturday night. Would recommend.

Simply - it was easy to book, arrived on time, the vehicle was clean, comfortable and had seatbelts, and we felt safe. Our trip was from Noosa to the airport.
