- APD520 contributionsSunset and Sunrise at Uluru and Kata TjutaWe took 3 tours with SEIT, sunrise at Uluru, as well as sunset at Uluru and sunrise at Kata Tjuta. SEIT made all the difference. We enjoyed being in a small group and the great attention given to us by our guides, James and his team. Their explanations made us live Uluru and Kata Tjuta as sacred aboriginal sites. Sunset at Uluru with sparkling wine was a great experience. The two breakfasts were also excellent. We recommend SEIT as a must.Written September 16, 2024
- 488lizzis0 contributionsYou must do this tour! You won’t regret it and the memories will stay with you forever.Absolutely amazing! Words don’t express the beauty and magnificence and it has to be experienced for oneself. Photos and screens don’t do it justice. SEIT were great and Max our guide was so knowledgeable and told us stories and history of this great Australian icon and the Arnangu people. We had such fun with him too with the 9 others in the group. Highly recommend!Written September 12, 2024
- BmthBelle0 contributionsAbove and beyond.I simply had to write a review now. We haven't even been on the trips yet. This is about the customer service ; the communication; the engagement and ease of booking. I really need to write that this company have gone above and beyond to help my husband and I for his up-coming surprise 65th birthday trip. I couldn't quite sort what I thought we could do and Karyn of SEIT has made it happen for me. Incredible personal service Cannot thank her and SEIT enough.Written September 9, 2024

- Q4974GEandream0 contributionsSunrise uluru walk - incredible!A magical morning seeing the sunrise over uluru and our guide Pete was excellent!! Loved having a small group that we could connect with and the time taken by the guide to give us so much invaluable information and storytelling along the way. Breakfast at the base of uluru was such a cool thing to do and they were great at catering to my gluten intolerance. Had lovely meusli and a selection of snacks. A must do experience!Written August 28, 2024
- USAAworldtraveler0 contributionsEssential tour for Uluru visitorsWow. So special, so unique. Yes, Ayers Rock and Kata are must sees. But the Mount Connor trip is a better overall experience. Our guide, Max, was enthusiastic and fun. Many stops on the way. Each an individual and outstanding perspective on this region. Unmissable!Written August 26, 2024
- T6182NYeleonorac0 contributionsAmazing experience! We have done the tour at the sunshine (Kata Tjuta) and at Uluru at the sunset both with Elena. - Meander161185294540 contributionsGreat tourWhat a great tour this was. We were picked up right on time by Max who in our opinion is one of if not the best tour guide. We were lucky enough to have him for two of our tours. He was very informative, professional but we could also have a bit of fun. We loved the small group tour. So much more personal than larger tours. We even got to see some emus on our drive through the cattle station. The salt lake was amazing to walk on and the steaks for dinner were delicious.Written August 15, 2024
- Alberto B0 contributionsKata Tjuṯa and UruluWe went to see the dawn at 7.15 in the morning and have a little breakfast at Kata Tjuṯa then we visited it. In the afternoon we move around 14 I’ clock towards Urulu until the sunset, drinking sparkling wine! Elena guided us in both tours. She was really helpful and patient with us. We recommend Seit especially Elena! We missed her!Written August 14, 2024
- ksneddon10 contributionsOur fave activity in Uluru - thanks Hayley! We did the small group tour including sunset with Hayley, and all absolutely loved it! We were four adults and a tween, and everyone had the best time. Hayley was knowledgeable, passionate and friendly, and we learned loads while seeing the amazing sites. She was also fantastic at timing things perfectly to avoid groups of people. Also very appreciative that she made an extra trip back to the toilet block when one of us left a phone there. Definitely the best activity we did by FAR during our time here - highly recommend.Written August 13, 2024

The places we went to were amazing, especially being able to go on the land of the Anangu people and watching the sunset from the viewing dunes with an amzing view of Uluru and Kata-Tjuta. However, I hoped to learn more about the culture of the Anangu people or even about the places we visited. Even though the guide was really nice and enthousiastic, she did not tell us much about the places we visited which I would expect from a guide. The traditional owner of the land who was with us only spoke a few words of English and did not speak much either. The tour was a bit disappointing in that regard.

Simply the best tour I have done. It is a must do if you are coming to Uluru. You get to learn from a local anangu (indigenous) elder who's family's traditional lands are around Uluru.
From pick up at the hotel until drop off in the afternoon, you are taken care of the entire time. You are taken onto traditional aboriginal lands and learn about indigenous culture, stories, bush tucker and bush medicine. I had the honour of being on one of these tours with local anangu elder - the one and only Sammy Wilson! I had bought his family's book I am Uluru and was lucky enough to get him to sign it and had my photo taken with him.
I had a wonderful time learning directly from Sammy. He told us many stories about his family and pointed out areas of interest throughout the day and we even had a few laughs throughout the tour group. I even got to try some bush tomatoes! We had a lovely morning tea of tea and italian fruit cake with sammy telling us more stories. We stopped for some views of Uluru as well. We had a light lunch at the cultural centre as well.
A thoroughly enjoyable time spent learning directly from a local elder. It was very inspiring and I learnt a lot! I will definitely do this again when I am back at Uluru.

I did an aboriginal tour with my sister and we loved it. The tour guides were very nice and caring and provided a lot of knowledge about the local plants and animals. The stories the aboriginal guide told us, we're also really interesting. A very unique experience getting to know the aboriginal history. Would highly recommend it.

Wonderful afternoon with Michael Uluru and Dan our S.E.I.T. guide. We met a Thorny Devil. Michael spotted the tiny creature by the road sunning in the sand. Dug for witchetty grubs and saw the land through Anangu eyes. This tour gives context for the whole experience of this sacred and marvellous place.

Maika was our guide and Tom was our Anangu teacher. We drove over 100 km through the area, stopping and learning first hand the importance of the land and traditions. Felt very honored to be able to share this experience. Very impactful. A truly rewarding experience.

Gareth was an excellent tour guide. It was encouraging to meet a young positive Aboriginal role model in TJ and hear his ideas to move forward with Parks and with his people. Loved the whole tour.

Small group experience travelling into the private lands of the Anangu people with Ken, son of senior traditional owner, Sammy Wilson who shared the knowledge and teachings of their people. Beautiful views of Uluru and Kata Tjutu with sunset.
Highly recommended for those seeking a first hand insight into this wonderful part of our country. Our 2 SEIT guides were very good joining Ken in stories and history.
