Travelled comfortably in a small Mercedes Sprinter coach, not uncomfortable large coach. Our guide Sharon kept us informed fully of local knowledge and her shared experience. We fully covered the full circuit of Uluru and it left nothing to desire. We had prime sunset positioning, where we were indulged with sparkling wine and tasty bush tucker canapes.

We are so glad that you got to experience how stunning Uluru is at sunset. The colours and mood is definitely something to remember. Thank you for sharing your experience with future travellers to Central Australia and we hope to see you again soon. Cheers, The SEIT Outback Australia Team

Jay was outsourcing as our tour guide. Knowledgeable with a sense of humour and ability to allow banter and laughter by the group. A great ambassador of Seit and if all tour guides are like Jay and Wayne I would recommend anyone to go with them. Well done boys keep it up. Rob & Angie

Dan was our guide for the afternoon. He was terrific. He told us creation stories as we walked, showing us the features of Uluru relating to each story. He even had photos and videos of his own to enhance our understanding of the stories. The sunset views were breathtaking. Imogen had delicious bread and dhukka with South Australian champagne for us to enjoy as we took in the colours of Uluru.

At SEIT we strive to help every traveller experience and understand the culture and stories tied to these amazing sites, and we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your tour experience with Dan. We hope to see you in Central Australia again soon. Cheers, The SEIT Outback Australia Team

One can’t control Mother Nature. It was cloudy so the sunset was dull. However we thought it could be a great tour with a local guide and light refreshments. It turned out the tour guide was as dull as the sunset. I don’t remember him saying much about the rock or it’s history and the light refreshments was crackers and dip.

Hi Kathy, Thank you for leaving your feedback on our sunset tour at Uluru. We appreciate your response to our tour. I'm sorry to hear the tour didn't meet your expectations. The tour you booked and joined is a 2hr sunset viewing. It does not include any commentary, rather, it is a chance to view the sunset away from the crowds of the busier bus sunset viewing area. This is one of SEIT Outback Australia's goals. To stay away from the crowds and provide a small group experience. The driver/guide is there as a host and will answer any questions you may have but does not provide full commentary. If you were looking for a tour that includes information and commentary about Uluru, we offer a 5hr guided sunset tour. If you are ever in the area again please book on. We would love to see you again and show you what an incredible place Uluru is. Hopefully you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Central Australia. Cheers, Monica

Dan was awesome, we had a small group of great people. A glass of bubbles and nibbles added to the experience. Also place to set up the tripod without worrying it will get knocked over. I would definitely recommend.

Together with our guide Tamim we had a wonderful experience. He was well prepared and entertaining, answered all our questions and offered us an amazing Middle Eastern style aperitive! We really appreciated his passion for the work and the place.

We had Tamin as guide and the tour was amazing. He knows very well about what he is talking about. The walk was great and the explanation about how the rocks were formed is fabulous.

Our guide, Daniel, picked up 4 of us at our resort and took us on 2 walks to water holes in Uluru. He was very knowledgeable and explained the history, geology, and stories of the Aboriginal people. He then took us to a sunset viewing platform and set up a table with sparkling wine and bread. It was a beautiful afternoon and evening.

This was a small group tour that I was assigned to as my connection make me miss the full Ayers Rock tour. We were quite a distance from Ayers Rock. Our vantage point was west of the rock. All we saw was the rock darkening as the sun set. There was no narrative, just answers to our questions.
Don’t waste your money and book this tour.
