An Adventure I could never have imagined.. breathtaking humbling
Bluey was the most amazing knowledgeable, humorous , engaging storyteller ... His 4WDing wasn’t too bad either!

The Macdonnell Ranges adventure with my mate Bluey a couple of days before, left me in owe of the beauty and detail of the landscape, its history and it’s people

Great tour
Apr 2021
Our driver Bluey was full of stories ( 1 too many) & information about the area.. It was an amazing day. We were in a 4WD coach which Bluey dealt well with. Amazing location & so worth doing if you are in Alice Springs. We did 2 walks, which most people should be able to do. you could only go here if you had a 4WD. so this is a perfect tour for those who don't have a FWD

Fantastic Palm Valley
Bluey, our tour guide was brilliant. He knew so much about the landscape, history, botany, culture. Loves his job and made the trip very special. Thoroughly wonderful day. Thank you Bluey.

Great experience with precessional driver / Guide
Perfect 4WD experience on all terrain vehicle. The driver has great character, professionalism and great digging skills! His knowledge of each area was fantastic. The food on offer was plentiful, the attraction had low visitor numbers which were perfect for absorbing the scenery.

Impressive Tour
May 2021
We had a very professional Tour Guide. The tour was a great adventure and fun in terms of navigating thru the rough roads. Bluey, our tour guide showed expertise in the drive to and from the valley. I also gained a lot of information about the Valley, plants in the area etc. from him. He is a very knowledgeable and a professional tour guide and a larrikin too.

Exciting day out
May 2021
This was our favourite tour from Alice. We were not expecting such an exciting day driving along the Finke River with our driver, Bluey. He was so enthusiastic. It was a great trip ending in the beautiful views along Palm Valley. We were impressed with the way National parks had made the walks accessible to many without impacting on the natural environment. Despite being in a remote spot Bluey gave us a delicious lunch. Unfortunately my camera went into shock mode due to the rough terrain and I got no photos. Lucky my husband took some as well. We also enjoyed visiting the Hermansburg Mission and enjoyed their delicious strudel. Great trip!

Beautiful scenery with a great tour guide
Mar 2021
We went on the tour in the 4WD bus with 15 people. Bluey had a vast knowledge of the places and history and we could feel his enthusiasm/passion of his local area in his voice. The places we visited were beautiful. We went through some rough and wet roads and he was so cool. The lunch was health and delicious. I would recommend 100% for this tour. Thanks Bluey!

Bumpy ride
Sep 2019 • Friends
We travelled in a 4WD small bus, which had new shock absorbers fitted, but the ride was still very uncomfortable. Luckily the bus was not full. While the commentary was reasonably informative, I have seen better on the way to Yulara, for example, where the driver was very knowledgable

I would have expected better commentary from AAT Kings. But everything else was good, the driving the program, the food.

Hi Eva317, thank you for the informative feedback. Will make sure that the Operations Team will hear this. Despite what happened, we do hope that it did not divert too much from what would have been a magical experience. Cheers

Small group tour with exceptional driver
Oct 2019
As a small group tour with our exceptional driver, Gav, our group thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our day. Gavin made it fun, informative and interesting. He had a very engaging personality that made everyone comfortable even though the terrain was a little rough at times. We all felt safe in his hands and we learnt a lot about the terrain, history, flora and fauna. I would have no hesitation in recommending this day tour to anyone that likes to get off-road and see the environment up close and personal. Thanks Gav for being a great guide. I hope you get your beer. You definitely deserve one.

Awesome tour guide and wonderful Day trip
Oct 2019 • Solo
Mark the tour guide was AWESOME. Super smart and down to earth, warm and wonderful to talk to. Taught me more in one day about indigenous culture than anyone else has after living in Australian (albeit Sydney) for over ten years. The only reason I give four rather than five is because of the GUESTS not the tour. There are was an awful sour woman with purple hair who was miserable and sulking the whole day because she was “tired” after being in Uluru the day before. She was incredibly rude and impacted the mood of the rest of the tour. When we arrived at Hermannsburg on the way back (which was the main attraction for at least 5 of us) she proclaimed she “wanted to get home” so we were limited to 25 mins to tour AND buy art. Such a shame as we were extremely rushed. If only she stayed at home it would have been a much better day!
