Excellent trip
Bluey, the fountain of all knowledge. How lucky were we to not only have Bluey as a great driver but also the depth of knowledge he had about the geology and the Aranda people and their culture. We left immersed with knowledge. Thank you Bluey.

'Bluey', our guide was fantastic. Lots of information, delivered in a great way to make your day fun, but also informative. We went to many gorgeous places, which when armed with the stories associated with them, provides you with a whole new appreciation and understanding of what you are seeing.
Our day started off quite bleak and cool, but warmed up to a very enjoyable temp. The lunch was self made wraps, fresh and healthy, which I personally appreciated. Well done Emu Run Tours. We both really enjoyed the day.

Incredible West Mac Ranges Tour
My partner and I booked onto this trip through the Alice Springs visitor centre. Emma was an incredible guide, so friendly and lovely to talk to, and constantly providing us with knowledge and insights into the wildlife throughout the day. It was super enjoyable and fun, and it’s always special when you can tell the guide loves what they’re talking about. Thank you again :)

Thanks for an amazing day
Sep 2021
We were booked with another tour operator who let us down at the last minute. However, we were very happy to have been able to book into this tour through the Alice Springs Tourist Centre. It was a wonderful day in various locations of the Wes Macdonnell Ranges, and the tour guide and bus driver Emma was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and highly personable and a credit to Emu Run Tours. I would definitely recommend this to tourists in Central Australia.

Wonderful and awesome
Oct 2021
Did this tour yesterday and it was absolutely fantastic. Guide Emma was so knowledgeable on everything we saw, including the region's geology, flora, fauna, bush tucker plants, history. She was always ready to accommodate the wishes of everyone on the tour, and definitely enhanced the joy and wonder of visiting this magnificent area. Each place on the tour has its own magic and majesty.

Fantastic Experience
Sep 2021 • Couples
We have just returned from a full day of exploring the West Macdonnell Ranges with our guide Emma. She made the trip interesting with her wealth of knowledge about the area, and went above and beyond with her hospitality. If I were her employer she would definitely be deserving of a pay rise. I highly recommend this tour and if you're considering booking the tour make sure you ask for Emma as your guide. You won't regret it!

Brilliant, brilliant place
Sep 2021
This was such a fantastic trip with Emu Run. Our guide, Karen, was so very knowledgable she really added value to what was a brilliant part of the country anyway. Never did you feel rushed although there was a lot to see. The West MacDonnells are a must-visit for anyone visiting Alice Springs - and a reason to go there anyway! There are so many beautiful and interesting places in the West MacDonnells and it takes a full day to really be able to cover them all. In fact, I enjoyed the day so much, I actually returned to some of the places again a few days later. Thank you Karen. Couldn't have had a more knowledgable or friendly guide or one who was dedicated to ensuring her passengers really enjoyed their day.

Great tour!!
We had an excellent day with Harry from the Emu Run company recommended by our trusted travel agent

Picked up on time we visited various stunningly beautiful sites, with plenty of explanations from Harry
We had plenty of time for toilet stops, Harry provided us with morning tea, a lovely wrap sandwich lunch and afternoon tea.

This is a very good day trip operated by a very good tour company
