Amazing day with wildlife, waterfalls and hiking!
We had a fantastic day with Ben, our driver and guide. He was very knowledgeable, engaging and all his recommendations were excellent. He provided water for the hiking, use of rain ponchos for the drizzly parts of the day and interesting fun facts throughout the days activities. At the wildlife park, you are able to feed the kangaroos (there is an albino kangaroo too) view koalas, penguins, Tasmanian devil, dingoes, variety of native birds, reptiles and wombats. Due to the small group, we were able to fit in extra sight seeing. What a wonderful way to spend the day…up in the Blue Mountains!

Fabulous day out in Sydney with Naomi.
We had a lovely day with Naomi on the Sydney city tour. Got to see all parts of the city, lunch at the Sydney Fish Market, wonderful photos taken by Naomi, and fabulous company and conversation. Thanks!

Good day trip for overview of Blue Mts experience
We had a great small group of 6 travelers and a friendly guide. Loved the stops and glad we had started early due to Saturday Crowds. Was nice to be in a van with a good driver who knew all the stops/ pick up locations.

          A beautiful day
What an inspiring guide Ben is! He gave so much info about Sydney, the surroundings and the blue mountains. We were with a nice group, only 8 people (plus Ben) and the weather was excellent until we were in the bus on our way back. I forgot my hat and Ben ws so nice to bring it to the hotel the next day, many thanks!

A perfect day on the mountains
Our tour guide. Mark, was amazing! He was a font of knowledge about the beautiful country of Australia! He showed us the highlights on our blue mountains tour and was able to easily adapt when we encountered trail closures and rainy weather. We learned so much about the flora and fauna of the area and had some incredible hiking experiences. The stop at the featherdale zoo was fantastic! We were able to pet and feed animals that we'd only read about in books before our visit. This small group tour was the best part of our trip to Sydney so far!

Excellent Scenic Day Trip From Sydney
Out of the four guided tours we’ve done in Australia, this was by far the best. Our guide Mark was excellent. He kept us informed, provided us good background on Australia, took us on a good vigorous walk, and was entertaining. He also has a good voice for being a guide. The Blue Mountains are scenic, like the US Grand Canyon but with vegetation and a waterfall or two. The Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park is very good; much better than the equivalent park we stopped at outside of Melbourne. The whole day was well scheduled and each stop was worthwhile, but we could have spent longer than the allocated hour at the wildlife sanctuary. The sightseeing walk at the canyon wasn’t aerobically challenging but was a bit of a hurdle for old people with bad knees, which we knew going in, but the scenery was overwhelmingly worth the discomfort. Leura is a really good lunch stop.

          Blue Moutain and Featherdale
Good tour. Knowledgable guide. Maybe a little too much non-stop talking on the drive back. Great walks throughout Blue Mtns and informative stop in Featherdale. Good lunch stop in mountain town.

          Overpriced for sight seeing
Blue Mountains are beautiful but for the cost of this trip and "luxury" name you expect a bit more differentiation compared to the standard tours. Fair to say that we were visiting at the busiest period of the year and so it was very busy but hard to say this trip does anything different than the cheaper alternatives. We were taken to a very busy wildlife park and the busiest town nearby for lunch. Tour guide was friendly and competent but didn't really demonstrate much knowledge on the blue mountains and limited "guiding", just driving, pointing out good spots for pictures and making some jokes. Advanced warning for those wanting to hike: this trip visits the busiest sections of blue mountains mostly for a quick picture rather than true trekking/exploring. In total we walked 2km in an hour, otherwise trying to find a spot to see the view in crowds of other tour groups. We were also required to take a taxi to an hotel 30 minutes from our accommodation, even though the trip asks for your pick up address. They did compensate us in the end but it's just an additional faff which undermines the "luxury" claim. Overall this is a costly way to see blue mountains, it seems better to self guide and do a proper hike.

          What a day out!
A brilliant day out in the mountains. The view is beautiful and you go really deep into the valley. It can be done of anyone with good fitness and is worth the long hike. Patricia is a wonderful guide, kept us on track and the whole day was full of stories.

          Beauty, knowledge and activity.
Mark was a wonderful guide. He is knowledgeable and convivial. He was in touch with what the group liked and able to adjust to those likes. Ie. Enjoying Featherdale so we had a few more minutes to enjoy and just had a slightly shorter lunch. He was proud of the Australian history and evolution. We learned about plants, animals, aborigines, settlers, government and the mountain range. My 10 year old was on the tour and she also enjoyed the information he shared. We got to do some light bush hiking and see wonderful views and a waterfall. He seemed to care and really wanted us to enjoy the experience. Which we did very much. It is one of the highlights of our trip.

Featherdale wildlife park was perfect for our two families with 2yr olds. We got the Aussie wildlife experience and the toddlers fed the kangaroos and petted the koalas. The blue Mountain View’s were breathtaking and Naomi our guide was absolutely amazing…took us to some amazing spots that weren’t packed with other tourists and was great with the kids..they had car seats ready for our trip and singing and soothing the kids as they got tired and cranky..highly recommend!!

My family took two private tours with Craig this past week. One was a day trip to Blue Mountains and another to the Southern Coast. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The Mercedes van was spotless and very comfortable. Travelling with Craig is like having a friend take you around. He is friendly and personal and makes an effort to understand our interests and meet our needs. He was also very flexible and planned the itinerary very well. We never felt rushed and he knew where to bring us instead of just to touristy spots. He is knowledgeable, professional and responsive to our emails or whatsapp messages. His tours were the highlights of our stay in Sydney. Highly recommend this company.

We did a private blue mountain tour and could not ask for anything better. Our driver and guide Rebecca was the best we have had in all our travels.
Beautiful clean well maintained Mercedes van arrived on time driven by a very pleasant, safe driver Rebecca.
If anyone wants to visit Blue mountains on their trip to Sydney go with none other than this tour company. The owner Craig is a laid back guy with some awesome staff like Rebecca in his team.
They have both private and small group tours.

If you are booking a private tour ask for Rebecca as your driver and guide.

Our good friends arranged this private tour as part of the celebration of their daughters wedding. Craig's mini coach was really comfortable and he shared a lot of interesting information on the way to the Blue Mountains and during the guided tour he gave us during our visit to the visitor areas. Highly recommended.
