- RanceC_1300Outstanding!My wife, adult daughter, her boyfriend and I recently visited Sydney. We wanted to spend time in the Blue Mountains, but didn’t want to rent a car. We also wanted to avoid the “small tours” as they seemed impersonal. We came upon the “Blue Mountains” tour with Greg at Sydney Nimble Tours. It was a private tour for only the four of us, with Greg as our guide. This was one of the best decisions of our entire 3-week trip! Before we even arrived in Australia, he asked us about our sightseeing goals. Although there are stops already listed on the website for the tour, he was very flexible and wanted the day to be exactly as we wished. He made suggestions of things to add and subtract. He also adjusted the order of our tour to optimize smaller crowds. We wanted to do some hiking, and he recommended a hike with beautiful views and incredible rock formations. Greg picked us up from our hotel. He did all the driving, telling us various interesting facts along the way. He dropped us off at Scenic World for a visit and to ride the three rides, then picked us up and continued showing us spectacular views, stopping periodically for optimal lookouts and photo ops. We enjoyed a picnic lunch at a quiet grassy area near one of the lookouts and he made us sandwiches, served with side salads and drinks. He drove us deep into the mountains and we hiked the Butterbox Trail and saw stunningly unusual ironstone rock formations. Greg knew all about the rocks and flora and told us native lore and history from the area. We stopped by the Carrington Hotel in Katoomba for a late afternoon tea on our way back to Sydney. Greg was a tour guide extraordinaire! He was so kind and knowledgeable, a safe driver, local lore storyteller, knower of plants and rocks, hiking leader, and even took great photos along the way. We have been raving about our day with him in the Blue Mountains. We all highly recommend this Blue Mountains tour!
- nzp0ppy00Fantastic day at Royal National ParkAbsolutely brilliant. Greg was helpful, great advice and loved our day at the Royal National Park. The highlight being fhe stunning coastal walk and views, eagle rock (and the music). But then we stopped counting the whales after 30, waterfalls, lyrebird, swim, bridge - it was all fabulous. Beautiful lunch and a very enjoyable day. Thanks Greg and we will definitely recommend you to others. Im so appreciative to the person who recommended this tour to us.
- Mr_Sudhir00A wonderful, pleasant, enjoyable tourIt was a wonderful experience going along with Anne Maree to the Symbio Wildlife Park where we were lucky to see the cassowary. The trip continued to the Bald Hill Lookout where the view was beautiful and then a walk along the iconic Sea Cliff Bridge. This was followed by a healthy lunch packed by Greg. The trip concluded with a memorable Rainforest Walk where Greg and Anne gave us informative details about the forest and then a visit to the scenic Wattamolla picnic area. Many memories made!
- I5082VKkayl00Definitely a 10-star tripAbout to leave Australia after many years here so we decided to go somewhere interesting, and we’re glad we chose Greg from Sydney Nimble Tours to lead the way. Not our first tour with Greg but definitely the one most worth remembering! He took us to see so many breath-taking views and opened our eyes to a whole new different side of Blue Mountains. We enjoyed his hospitality and the talks along our long drives. Definitely a 10-star trip!
- Alipat48600Blue Mountains and MoreGreg picked us up for a three day trip that included the Blue Mountains, Capertee which hosts the second largest canyon in the world, Lithgow and Mudgee, with lots of sightseeing along the way. Greg is such easy company, knowledgeable and very flexible with what to see and do. Lunch, drinks and snacks were all provided, so all we had to do was enjoy ourselves, which of course we did. Thanks Greg for all your hard work, we were very appreciative and can highly recommend you.
- Yukosu00Great day out to Royal National Park with a professional driver/guideWe had a great experience joining this day tour to Royal National Park by Sydney Nimble Tours. It was a perfectly private guided tour, so we were able to decide what to do accordingly to the weather and our conditions. That day we had fine but a bit hot weather so our great driver/guide Greg took us to Big Marley Trail first thing in the morning (before the temperature goes too high) which led us to magnificent viewpoints overlooking Marley beach, Wedding Cake Rocks, other various incredible earth formations. That was really worthwhile. Then we took a delicious and healthy picnic lunch Greg prepared for us. When we walked he provided us with adequate cold water which was really essential in such a hot day, also some snacks and fruits. After the walk we visited Bold Hill Lookout where we enjoy fabulous landscape of NSW coastline including the Secret Bridge. As we were leaving Australia very soon it baca me an unforgettable memory to us.
- H4860HDgregoryg00Blue Mountain exploringOur day in the Blue Mountains with Greg was an amazing experience. His knowledge of the best hikes and lookouts enabled us to see and experience so much. He brought a delicious picnic lunch for us to enjoy that was a very nice touch! Our group highly recommends him for a truly high level personal guide experience at a very reasonable cost! Will certainly contact Greg again when we make our way back to Australia.

- 919sandyn00This tour was the highlight of our Sydney TripWe had the best time on our private tour with Greg. He was very friendly and provided so much information throughout our time with him. There were plenty of options on which area we wanted to see in the royal national park. We were very impressed with his knowledge on hidden gems throughout the park, we managed to visit a waterfall to ourselves where we got to swim and have lovely pictures taken.Greg provided a delicious lunch which was a nice way to recover from our hike to Eagle Rock (which we highly recommend seeing!)During the tour Greg was taking amazing photos which was sent to us after the tour, we also loved the T-shirt we got. The day with Greg was the highlight of our Sydney trip, we would recommend anyone visiting Sydney to do this tour!
- 106clarem00Fantastic Day out with Greg. Highly Recommended!A great day out with Greg in the Royal National Park. As first time visitors to the area he took us to places we would have never found on our own. He was so flexible, knowledgeable and great company! Highly recommended and so much better than joining a large group.
- SaritaNair2900A wonderful day at Royal National ParkI had a wonderful experience with beautiful beaches, rain forest walk, marvelous look outs and cool animal encounters in Royal National Park. I was accompanied by my elderly mom and Greg was very helpful and supportive throughout the trip by customizing it with her health situations. He is extremely friendly and informative.
- Luvpeace71300Will look for Greg should I visit Sydney againMy friends and I loved every part of the trip especially having Greg as our tour guide. He is the most hardworking, passionate and nicest tour guide I have met thus far. He fed us with information along the way. He carefully guided us through the trails but he set strict rules about boundaries in us taking selfie too near to the edges for our safety. He prepared simple but yummy picnic lunch for us. He took great pictures for us. So glad to have have him as our superb tour guide. The part that left a deep impression was at Lincoln's Rock. The sky was blue, the sun was setting. It was breath-taking. It was well worth the hike. So thankful for the good weather and blessed to have Greg as our guide.
- nathanhamelund9100Great hike. Fantastic viewsGreg is a fantastic guide. His meticulous planning for the day is superb. He offered to pick us up from our Airbnb which made the travel so much more smooth. Greg is passionate about nature and photography and this is evident in his tour. He does recommend good walking shoes and one should not slough this off…wear hiking shoes! Greg keeps a fast pace to ensure you get the most of your day so be ready to walk and hike about 8 miles. My wife and I LOVED this tour. Spend the money and enjoy your day with Greg.
- Go56092200Wonderful rain forest experienceGreg the tour guide was informative and knowledgeable about the area and was mindful of our fitness levels. It was beautifully quiet and serene in the forest and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Although Sydney Harbor is impressive, getting out of the city center is once again, a great option. A tour of the North beaches up to West Head and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park is a great way to spend the day. My wife and I took a tour with a relatively new company (Sydney Nimble Tours) and the owner/operator, Greg, was extremely nice and very accommodating. Even though we booked last minute, he gave us a custom tour based on our interest in scenic photography.

We were pleasantly surprised by the breadth of this tour. We covered many, many sights, but had the flexibility to enjoy each one. Greg clearly tailors the tour to your desires, and is knowledgeable about each area.

Thank you for the wonderful review. Small private groups allow the day to be adjusted to achieve the best outcome for Sydney visitors. Very pleased to hear that you have worn the Sydney Nimble t shirt after the tour!
