A really great morning - Matt was a great guide. Had a great paddle around the Harbour and got some great photos. Goat Island was really interesting. Definitely a brilliant thing to do if you are in Sydney!

I joined the trip alone but immediately felt welcome and like I was with friends. Probably going to be the highlight of my few days in Sydney. So worth the money - top end equipment, guided tour of Goat island and quality photos included! If you’re thinking about it then just book on - you won’t regret!

Just back ashore from a wonderfull morning on Sydney harbour with Pirate Matt and our crew of paddlers. We had broad levels of experience in the outing but Matt made us all comfortable and matched equipment to best suit the needs. Make sure if driving , you allow time to find parking. Sydney Harbour has a wealth of history and Matt is right on top of it. A perfect morning on the harbour today and the paddle to Goat Island was as good as it gets . Goat Island feels as though it has more secrets from days gone past than it reveals today. Matt has great facts on the history. We had a great morning and thoroughly recomend this Pirate Adventure. Karen and I are into our 60s and whilst feeling the old muscles this afternoon , it has been a great experience.

I made this trip yesterday and it was really great! At the beginning there was a detailed introduction and you could choose whether you wanted to go alone or in pairs! Our guide Matt was super nice, helpful and showed us the most beautiful corners of Sydney and told us a lot! It was a great experience, which I can recommend to everyone! And at the end there were still quite nice pictures for everyone - a great memory!

This is my second kayaking experience with Matt so that says a lot right there! Matt really knows his stuff when it comes to kayaking (and recommending a good pub afterwards). This will be a regular stop for when I have visitors in Sydney!

A wonderful experience on the harbour. Learning to kayak and learning about the history of Australia is a plus. It’s really helpful that Matt has a variety of kayak-appropriate clothing that we could borrow, especially for international travellers who didn’t expect to go kayaking.

Matt, our passionate guide was absolutely wonderful. His passion for kayaking, the sea, his city and history made this adventure one to definitely remember. Step out of the beaten tourist path and see Sydney by the sea... up close! Small group made the experience even that more interesting! And don’t worry about photos. Matt is a professional photographer. He has that part also under control. A must do in Sydney.

We were fortunate to have Matt all to ourselves for several hours. His knowledge of the area and it's history led to a fact filled experience. We weren't too familiar with the equipment, so his patience was comforting. The stop over on Goat island was a welcome and interesting break. The photos he sent later that day were very good and will give a lasting memory of a very happy, fun and knackering day. Thanks Matt!!

Matt was a great instructor and tour guide. He definitely knows his way around. He is a funny and sweet guy and just made the experience a breeze. He is a full time photographer, so all my pictures came out great. Thank you for that. The weather prior to the trip wasn’t ideal, but luckily enough it cleared up and made my first time kayaking experience unforgettable. Thank you again Matt! Much love mate
