Take a day trip from Sydney to the spectacular Blue Mountains, leaving the navigation and transportation to someone else. Soak in the mountains’ scenery and enjoy all the region’s must-dos on a tour that covers the main sites in one day and also includes lunch and entrance fees. Plus, unlike many tours, your trip includes time at the Waradah Aboriginal Centre to see an indigenous dance.
What to Expect
After central Sydney pickup, relax during your ride to the Blue Mountains in a comfortable, 20-seater minivan.

Cross Sydney Harbour Bridge into the Blue Mountains, stopping at a clifftop viewpoint to gaze at the Jamison Valley—a rain forest-filled ravine framed by sandstone cliffs. Then, visit Scenic World where you'll glide between clifftops on scenic walkways before heading to Echo Point for views of the towering Three Sisters.

Next, enjoy a 2-course lunch at a historic hotel (dietary requirements can be accommodated). Next, visit award-winning Featherdale Wildlife Park, where you’ll see kangaroos, koalas, emus, and crocodiles, before a ferry ride to Sydney along the Parramatta River. Pass Sydney Harbour’s landmarks, including the Opera House and disembark at Circular Quay, where your trip concludes.

We also did the Koala encounter (was an additional expense as others noted) and had plenty of time to see other animals. We waited about 10 minutes in line. As for July, this is winter season in Australia so crowds may not... More
