We went on the Vagabond last Saturday and were delighted with everything about the 3 hours on the water. Clara was our hostess and did a wonderful job of making sure we were all happy with our meals and came to our table a few times to ask if there was anything else we needed. Our meals were delicious with the prawns and oysters and salad entree cold and presented well, our main meal was presented hot and looking good. The attendants were all very courteous and respectful and contributed to making this an exceptional outing for our visit to Sydney.
Michael and Rebecca were an amazing jazz duo, singing lots of favourite songs and provided lovely background music during our lunch.
I had read a few reviews that were good and some not so good but we had a great time and would happily recommend this cruise to anyone.

The cruise was a gift and we chose to take it to help celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We had some minor special needs at the time and from the moment we rang Vagabond's office to discuss this we received the most fantastic service and assistance. On boarding it was obvious that this information had been passed on to the crew, whose manner and service was of the highest order - not just to us, but very attentive to all passengers. Table layout was good with plenty of space, drinks and food were easily accessible. The seafood and carvery buffet was first class (could do another review just on it!!) - great selection, great range and seemingly endless quantity, served in an efficient and pleasant manner. The jazz entertainment was also first class and we were chuffed to have a song dedicated to us. I notice that previous reviewers mentioned a photographer: maybe Vagabond could consider re-introducing this as it would be nice for special occasions. The vessel seemed a little tired in appearance and not as glossy as the one in the brochure but this didn't detract from the day. The only negative was the quality of the coffee (bit like luke wearm dishwater) however the beer and wine overcame that little deficiency. We wonder if a commentary may be of assistance to those unfamiliar with Sydney Harbour but recognise that it would not want to be constant.
In summary a wonderful experience and a big shout out to Elliana from the office, Cruise Director Gabriela (Gabby) and all the crew. We have already recommended this experience to many friends and family members as well as through social media.

My husband and I really enjoyed our Jazz cruise. The staff onboard worked hard to make the afternoon a great experience. Special kudos to Gabriela, the cruise director, for being so warm and welcoming. We were the last table to go to the buffet and we were very impressed because fresh seafood was brought to the table, so we didn't miss out on any yummy prawns, etc. The bonus is seeing Sydney harbour from the water. I recommend this cruise to overseas visitors and locals.

The weekend after Valentine's my partner had booked us on the Jazz Cruise which was so much fun. The lady who greeted us made our whole experience one to remember and her team were attentive throughout. We paid for the extra drinks package which was totally worth it! Instead of going to the bar for each time for my prosecco, the bar man just gave me the bottle and an ice bucket!
Seafood was lovely and so much of it.
Would definitely recommend to a friend and looking at booking one of the other cruises soon :)

Took the cruise with 2 teenage boys in tow.
The Roast and seafood buffet was very good.
Really enjoyed the Jazz, both the singer and pianist were very good.
Music was not too obtrusive and prI voided a nice background to the cruise.
Having done a harbour cruise before, I was aware of many of the landmarks we passed.
Not sure if there was a guide available for guests, I might have missed this.
Perhaps for new visitors to Sydney it would pay to have a map or App which gives a guide.

This luncheon cruise is such excellent value for money. 3 hours versus 2 hours on other cruises. Staff so attentive and full compliments to tour director - Gabriela. Fabulous meal - prawns, oysters and such a variety of other foods. It was a great option for my visitors as it was pouring rain and we were still able to stay dry and enjoy the harbour.

We went out on the Jazz lunch cruise on 19/9 for hubby's birthday. We had a great time - the staff were awesome and the singer even remembered us from 5 years prior on his birthday. The food was different due to COVID measures but we had a great time. We'll be back!

We just completed a Jazz luncheon cruise and must say it was one of the best we have experience in a long time. With Covid19, when we boarded the oysters and prawns along with a Greek salad was already on the table along with a bread roll. Luch was server either beef or chicken (table service) then desert cakes and fruit with tea and coffee. We had the drink package which was also enjoyable. Things have changed since Covid, however we need to get use to it. A special mention to Elaine who was friendly, helpful and very professional

Fantastic 3 hour cruise with hot meats, prawns, oysters, salads, pasta, roast vegies and dessert. Great way to spend a few hours cruising around the city. Carl was an excellent host.

Jazz lunch cruise. The jazz music was really enjoyable. The seafood lunch was yummy and in particular the prawns were very fresh. Very enjoyed our day. Only down side was the smoke from the fires, but then Vagabond can't control everything.
